They performed collision repair work, front end aligment, full brake job. I drove the truck for a short period before one day we noticed a noise in the front driver's wheel. I turned around right away and was lucky to get truck home. I contacted them about the problem but the owner didn't contact me till the following week. My mechanic said the wheel was about to fall off. He said they should have not missed this, between doing the front-end damage work, alignment it was missed all three times. The owner Jose actually tried to blame me! LOL. They refused to pay anything so I will be filing court claim in Morristown soon. How hard is it to just own your mistakes? SAD!!!

He was told "well, it's supposed to rain tomorrow and I don't feel like getting under the car if it's raining" which I found a bit odd. The following day, the rain stopped at around noon and my boyfriend called to see if he should bring his car in later that evening. They told him "I told you not to bring your car in if it was raining so why did you even bother calling?" We will no longer even attempt to use this place, and will be taking our business to one of the many other mechanics in Madison. I wouldn't even recommend so much as calling this place let alone brining your car in.

This is an update to my previous review:…read more I have been a long time customer at Aberdeen Auto Collision. I have brought in several vehicles for body work in the past and each time the repairs were performed flawlessly. The cars looked like they just came out of the showroom. My most recent experience was when my wife's SUV was hit in the parking lot of an elementary school. I immediately called Aberdeen Auto Collision and asked if I could bring the vehicle in for an estimate. I spoke with Larry, who immediately told me to bring the vehicle in. Alex assessed the damage and provided me with an estimate, which was more than fair. I also asked if they could restore/recondition the vehicle's headlights as they were becoming quite dull. In addition to the excellent workmanship and craftsmanship that this shop consistently provides, the owner and manager are outstanding people. Alex and Larry are two of the finest people you would ever want to meet. Both incredibly knowledgeable, personable, extremely customer-oriented and take great pride in the work they do and, of equal importance, they proudly stand behind the outstanding quality of their work. They set expectations as to when the car will be ready and typically exceed expectations. My wife's SUV, which is 12 years old, came looking like new (showroom quality). If you have to use a body shop that prides itself on excellent workmanship, craftsmanship, very fair pricing and an owner and manager who are professional and exceptionally customer-focused, no need to look any further as you found such a place in Aberdeen Auto Collision . Yes - they are that good!
