The following day, the rain stopped at around noon and my boyfriend called to see if he should bring his car in later that evening. They told him "I told you not to bring your car in if it was raining so why did you even bother calling?" We will no longer even attempt to use this place, and will be taking our business to one of the many other mechanics in Madison. I wouldn't even recommend so much as calling this place let alone brining your car in.

They performed collision repair work, front end aligment, full brake job. I drove the truck for a short period before one day we noticed a noise in the front driver's wheel. I turned around right away and was lucky to get truck home. I contacted them about the problem but the owner didn't contact me till the following week. My mechanic said the wheel was about to fall off. He said they should have not missed this, between doing the front-end damage work, alignment it was missed all three times. The owner Jose actually tried to blame me! LOL. They refused to pay anything so I will be filing court claim in Morristown soon. How hard is it to just own your mistakes? SAD!!!
