Review is solely based on their shitty customer service and attitude. Please check your employees on how they treat potential customers who are willing to give you their business when they're are TONS of competitors in the area. Called and was told on the phone that no appointment was necessary, walk in was welcome. Had me schedule an appointment anyway (even though it wasn't required). Took down my cell # and unfortunately arrived late. Guy gave me a huge attitude upon arrival, saying someone else has took my spot, but wait thought walk ins are welcomed? Also they had my # but didn't receive a call either about not having time for my car. Rejected my business, So for the rest of the day there are no more openings? Ridiculous and just shitty way to treat a potential customer. I do not recommend anybody to come here as they clearly don't care if they lose customers. read more

This is the spot to come to for tints! Nicole and the gang(Route 1 location) tinted up my 750Li with great caution. I requested for them to be very careful since I have automatic shades in the back and the use of too much water may damage the electric components. So they taped everything up to the max and used minimal water. Great job. Great service. Great prices. read more

Before going into my review, I wanted to say that this place showed a lot of potential. I was shopping around various businesses and saw the outstanding reviews, so I was determined to get my tint done here, but then...I called the shop. I told the guy over the phone I wanted to get a quote. My first outreach was done via their website to get a free quote, but never received a response back during a week. No big deal. I told him that I wanted a quote for my sedan. He then asked whether I would come in today or tomorrow. I asked if he had availability for tomorrow. He told me to wait--I assume he was checking the appointment listing--but then said that he will have to call me back because he had a customer on the other line...I guess he didn't want my business. Apparently, this place is doing so well they didn't need any more customers. He never asked for my callback number so I assumed he had caller ID. Never heard back from him. This is a shame because all these reviews praised the customer service, so I expected a better first impression. I'm sure their work would have been exceptional, but I guess I'll never know. Suffice to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

They cut the seal between the window and door when they were cutting the film. When they finished, they missed several corners and the bottom of the tint is too high so you can see a gap between the tint and the edge of the window. For this quality of work, I could have done it myself and it would have come out nicer. Will take it somewhere else to get redone. read more

You will always get a full disclosure from me, start to finish. I called to schedule an appointment to have the front door windows tinted on my 2015 Overland. I wanted ceramic and was told by a gentleman named Luke that it was not currently in stock. He agreed to order a bulk load of it, and would call me when it was available. This took about two weeks. Most customers would have taken their car elsewhere, but after a few friendly conversation with Luke, I decided to have some patience. Besides, they were near-by my job, and it wasn't a dire needs. When the film arrived and I brought the car in, I met with Nicole and her brother Lex. They both know what they are doing, have years of experience and were prepared to begin. It was then that I decided to request additional work and ended up tinting the headlights and tail-lights. The lights are Nicole's expertise as I came to find out upon completion of the vehicle. Ceramic is a thicker tint and thus, needs a little more care during installation and Lex did a great job in that department. The total of the work was $310 and I was extremely pleased with the entire outcome. Please don't let a bad review make your decision. I took the chance, did my research, knew what I wanted and trusted them. My result was satisfactory and I would recommend them to anyone. I plan on having my wife's Pilot tinted in the near future. The only thing holding me out is having to trade cars with her the day of, knowing how much I enjoy driving mine. Thank you Winning Window's! read more

Walked right in the same day i got my new car and got my tints done. Dude had good knowledge of the products he sells and showed me different options. Guys here have great customer service. I asked how long it would take.. he said normally about an hour but to be safe he told me 2 since i had JUST walked in. Tints were done in a little over an hour and it was perfection, just what i wanted. They took before and after pictures and even made a video of it on their youtube channel. I got 5% film all around on my new BMW and after they was finished i didn't even have that hazy look that most shops give you and tell you to wait 5 days for it to heal. Worst tent job and even worse customer service. Had my 2012 Toyota Camry tented yesterday with 20% tint in the rear windows and 35% tint in the front for $120 dollars. Explained that I wanted to tint the rear windows for privacy and didn't want people to be able to look inside my car tents in the back and Lex recommended that I get 20% tint for the rear windows. After they finished, I was able to see through every single window, even at night. I kept staring at the car trying to figure out why I disliked it so much and why the tint job looked so cheap. I called hours later and was told to make an appointment and they would rectify the situation. When I got there today, they told me it was cost $80 dollars to remove the tint and $100 to replace it with a darker tint. Although, the receipt says that if you are not 100% satisfied they would redo it at no additional charge, they wanted to charge me more than I spent in the first place. I went to Baba's in Newark and he not only took of the terrible film used buy Winning Tints and replaced it with a tint that I love, but also did a great tint job and all for $140 dollars. I work in customer service and have to say that this place is a scam. Word of mouth is a powerful tool, and I will tell everyone I know and on every site I can find to stay away from this place. I have been to a few Window tinting Business's in my past but this place is without a doubt the most professional , courteous, honestly the nicest bunch of hard working guys I have ever meet .
