Keeps most of the heat out and makes my car look more sleek. I got 5% on the back three windows and 20% on the front two. They personally don't effect my driving experience, but if you don't have good eyesight to begin with or simply feel uncomfortable about semi-dark windows, then go for the lighter options. Honestly I was looking for a way better experience and service…read moreafter reading so many good reviews but instead was left disappointed and probably won't refer people here. I had to knocked down 1 star when I got into my vehicle and did a quick inspection to make sure everything was up to par before I drove away. For starters the inside of my passenger door jam had numerous scratch marks from top to bottom. Almost as if the tint was cut from in the inside. Also noticed the same thing but not as severe on my drivers side door jam and very minimal scratches on both passenger door jams. I know for a fact these marks were not there previously because this is a brand new car, fresh off the lot. I spoke to the gentlemen in the front reception area about my concerns and he said he would grab a manager and kept saying how "crazy" it was that all those marks were on there. Another gentleman comes out which im assuming installed the tints to see the damage I was referring to. This gentlemen kept saying how he "wasn't sure how it happened" and "how he's never seen anything like it before" and insisted on bringing the squeegee he uses for application to show me it wasn't his squeegee tool. The moment he took a few strokes and hit the side window area numerous times with force proves that in fact was the culperate. Also, had to point out a huge bubble on the passenger side that almost looked like a huge scratch which they fixed while I was standing there with no questions asked. Another gentlemen came out which I believe is the manager to take a look at my complaints. The manager did apologize many times, was very sympathetic and was very pleasant the entire time. He even went out to call up a local autobody in the area that he works with to get them to fix the damages. Had to knock down another half a star because no one ever followed up with me as far as my appointment with the autobody as mentioned by the manager. Even though they stressed that they had all my information inside and not to worry someone would call me. They never notified the autobody my name or a number I could be reached either, which didn't sit well with me and made my decision not to go to this autobody. Had to knock off another half star because after 4 days I still see bubbles on my back and side windows. These bubbles don't look like they will be coming out because I can see a particle underneath the bubble and when you gently pass your finger over each bubble you can feel there is something there. I am however grateful they were able to accommodate me on a Saturday morning as a walkin since they were completely booked that day and upcoming days. Which I feel explains why I had such a lousey experience, it may have been rushed because I wasn't scheduled. My suggestion to anyone who still decides to come here, maybe put something up on door jam area for protection. Blue tape or some type of rubber guard that can absorb the impact of when they squeegee out the liquid from the tint. Good luck!

I was looking for a…read moresecurity system for my Rubicon 392 and, at first, Jay spent a lot of the time on the phone with me explaining all the options available to me. He then suggested that I come down to the shop where he felt it best that I see the various products in person and discuss things in further detail. Everything was done in a professional manner, discussing the pros and cons of each option. I was allowed to decide exactly what system I wanted in my own time without any high-pressured salesmanship. I felt that I could have walked out without purchasing anything and it wouldn't have mattered. Once we decided on a system, it was determined that Jay was going to have to write some custom software to meet our specific goals. That said, the vehicle would have to be there for at least a full day as we didn't know what issues may pop up due to the rewrite and we didn't want to add the pressure of a time constraint. We wanted to be sure to get the job right the first time. Jay totally worked around my schedule ensuring that I wouldn't be inconvenienced more than necessary. Sure enough, Jay finished the job on time, and everything worked perfectly. Not to mention the respect that he showed my vehicle. It was practically ripped apart inside but you couldn't tell that it was even worked on. I have done my fair share of installs, and I know the work involved; especially with something this extensive. When it was time to pick up my vehicle, Jay stayed way past closing time demonstrating the system and explaining everything in great detail. He wanted to be sure that I understood everything completely and made sure that I had his cell number in case I ran into any issues afterwards. I was told to call anytime with any questions or concerns. All in all, it was not an inexpensive project. However, when you factor in that you're trying to protect something you own that is attractive to thieves, the fact that you got a custom system tailor made for you, and all the time and attention that went into the project, it was a tremendous value. Anyone could have just thrown in any generic system and let me be on my way. Instead, Jay listened to my needs, came up with a comprehensive solution and I now rest a bit easier knowing my vehicle is protected. Especially since I hear more and more how 392s are disappearing. I cannot recommend Jay and System Addicts enough!

The only issue I have with them is their lack of communication I had an issue with the remote on my car. I took it in on my only day off Saturday. I spent 3 hours there when I could have brought the car to them during the week and they could have kept it the entire day. Went there at 10:00 and didnt leave until about 1:30. My whole day was shot. There is this stupid mook girl with multi colored hair who wont tell you what the problem is. They went to the side to discuss what the problem is and will not communicate with you and you wind up wasting precious time. They keep you there longer than what they need to because they want to lose business. I was really upset with them. They need to communicate with you so you will know what the problem is. Not keep you there for 3-4 hours. I would have given them the business but do not hold me up. Then they tell me they have Zelle when then the cash machine next door exceeded the limit I was able to withdraw. They do good reliable work. They just need to communicate so you know the time you are up against. Dont hold you captive and say nothing;. If I were not going to go back there, that is the only issue that I had with them.
