unfortunately, this place isn't what it used to be. I used to get car washes from here all the time for about $25. The lowest amount you can pay now is about $90 even though they still have lower tier options. I went a few days ago and they tried to tell me I can't just get a car wash that I have to pay for the VIP but I explained to them all I wanted was the outside of my car washed and I didn't need any extras or anything like that then they told me I couldn't get a car wash and I had to go to team car wash which on the other hand was quite the opposite experience. They were super nice and got the job done quick unfortunately this car wash even though it has lower/cheaper options does not offer those cheaper options and they will make you pay $90 for a car wash. I do not recommend coming here. They'll just rob you for your money go somewhere else. ps don't offer gold and silver options if u can't get them. also disclaimer, the rest of the reviews are from months ago when they did offer the service and years ago trust me you won't be having a good experience. read more

Honestly the cheapest gas around! The man who pumps the gas is always very friendly. They charge more if you use credit so bring cash and fill that baby up. The occasional run out of gas which blows! I've never been to the car wash or the car repair shop, but I do recommend getting gas here on the low. read more

The employees are very friendly. Shane in the maintenance department is very nice and knowledgeable but they are a little on the expensive side. The gas is cheap though and this place is in close proximity to my school which is cool. But all of this means nothing if I pay $24.91 for a car wash that looks like this. This car wash almost got me in trouble with my who was pissed that I spent that type of money for the car to look like someone was waving a paint brush with white paint in the air and splattered it on Super Saiyan Blue! On a Monday night at 4pm they were quite busy. Not being from jersey and having them fill my gas is still a trip to me and I like not being in the cold, however I felt doing this way takes longer when it's busy. My tank only took a few minutes to fill and I ended up sitting there for 5 or so mins waiting for him to give me credit card back. I saw him help like 5 people I between me, which I get but if you hear the tank stop, it's good finish it to let me go and have another person take my spot since there is a long line. The guy filling my tank was nice and worked hard, just need a more efficient system. Otherwise, it was a good experience and the only gas station I could find off the free way. read more

I came here getting the whole deal, car wash, oil change, inspection- everything! The gentleman in charge of the inspection part told me exactly what needs to be changed or updated but told me those items can be replaced a bit later and didn't pressure me into buying the services on the spot. The service may not have been the absolute friendliest and since my tires are pretty old he refused to do a tire rotation but didn't give me a voucher or anything for a future time, hence the 3star rating. Went there as part of a Living social offer. They seemed to know what they were doing and it didn't take too long to bring the car in for service. I don't think they rotated my tires as stated though. The Car wash is great. Fast and the workers do a thorough job. I'd consider giving them another try, but watching the work a little closer next time. There is a window in the waiting area to watch your car being serviced. read more

When you pay for "full service" washes here it apparently doesn't include anything on the interior aside from vacuuming. I thought it was a once off error but after having this happen a second time I won't be coming back here. The exterior wash is fine and it is a hand wash, but don't go and charge for full service if you don't plan to clean the INSIDE of the windows or even wipe the dust off the dash. read more

My car needed a good exterior and interior cleaning after a couple of snow storms occurred. I paid for a full service cleaning; however, there was still some dust and dirt on my mats and doors. I do understand that there was a line of cars ahead of me which may have resulted in the less than thorough service. The exterior cleaning was great though! I would be willing to go to this car wash again in the future in hope that the employees will do a more thorough interior cleaning. I purchased their Groupon for a "Silver Car Wash, Oil Change, Tire Rotation, and 16-Point Check-Up at ENR-G Services." My experience there was so terrible that it led me to finally create a Yelp account. I tried posting my concerns on ENR-G SVC's social media (FB) page, but instead of offering a solution, they immediately erased my negative review and gave themselves a 5-star rating. Good thing I saw that coming and saved my review to share with you guys. =) When I took my car there, the manager said they would not rotate my tires because the treads on the front tires were worn, so they could only do the oil change and car wash that day. I understood that, but since the Groupon I paid for includes a tire rotation, I asked if I could get the tires rotated at my next visit. He refused and said that it's a package deal and everything has to be done at the same visit, even though their fine print on the Groupon says "May redeem across visits." He said that if I wanted my tires rotated, I would have to come back with new tires and pay full price for a rotation. Why on earth would I do that if I already paid for a rotation? So I told them to forget the Groupon package and the tire rotation, just do the oil change and I would pay the regular price listed on their sign outside (which was a lot cheaper than what I paid for the Groupon). I figured I could use the Groupon next time since it didn't expire for another 6 months... He seemed fine with this, but then told me it was too late because his employee at the front desk had messed up and redeemed my Groupon for the full amount as soon as I checked in. I was forced to accept the oil change and car wash without a tire rotation. The manager refused to reimburse me for the tire rotation, even after acknowledging that his employee made a mistake by redeeming the Groupon. They took money for a service that they did not provide. These people are dishonest, and they only proved this more by deleting my review on their page. I will not be going back, and I will warn anyone I can against this place. read more

I recently bought and used the LivingSocial deal for an oil change, tire rotation, and full car wash from ENR-G, and I had a really good experience here. (I actually got it for $7 since I had a LivingSocial credit already, so it was MUCH nicer for that reason as well!) Upon coming here around 3:30 pm on a weekday, my car was immediately taken in and started on. The gentleman I spoke with at the counter was very nice and courteous - always a +1. The oil change and tire rotation took about 15 minutes total. Then, you drive to the next building over for your full car wash. The crew was really nice - multiple people helped clean out the trunk and car of trash, and the drying crew was also about three people deep. Again, always nice. I definitely plan on doing this deal again for my next oil change, should it be offered! The crew at ENR-G were really nice, and I have nothing to complain about with my service! read more

I've finally learned my lesson to not come here anymore! There always is dirt left on my car when they are done washing, they do not do a good job scrubbing the dirt off. My car isn't even that dirty, it's white so collects smog quick. Yet they still can't manage to remove it completely. Also when cleaning, they do not clean the door pocket! How is that a thorough clean?! Today when I got home I noticed the back seat mat was still dirty also! I wasted another $20 today. While I have always been a fan of this place, my last visit was a huge disappointment. I couldn't believe that the guys that are supposed to vacuum were so quick to dismiss certain areas that I had to point out needed to be attended to ~ pebbles on the floor, ect. When I mentioned this to management I was shocked that they told me I needed to pay for the $40 full clean when all I wanted was for a basic vacuum. Whatever, AVOID this place.
