Wanted to post a review of Anthony Wohlrab 's outstanding car detailing business, Wohlrab Detailing . If you have been waiting, this is your sign to give him a call: Anthony was incredibly professional throughout the entire process! I was kept appraised on the status of the vehicle, which needed a very heavy cleaning after dealing with flooding and major wear-and-tear. Throughout the process, I never felt that I was being over-sold a product. He also kept price top of mind on my behalf, since I was doing this as a gift, plus spending a good deal (again, justifiably so. The videos he sent me throughout the process had me amazed that one car can hold so much dirt). I trust Anthony and his team for their hard work and dedication to their customer base. His appreciation for those who take advantage of his services were evident. While speaking with him about the car, he not only remembered me from using him years ago (my trunk and a can of WD-40 did not mix. No matter what I tried, I couldn't get the smell out, but he did), but also while we were talking, recognized a car driving by and immediately waved and exclaimed how much he loved that particular customer. He treats each individual like family, while offering top-notch service. Each product he used was high-quality, making even the dirtiest of cars come out like they just rolled off the dealer's lot. I am definitely coming back to Anthony when I want to give my car a good pampering, and highly recommend him to others as well. read more

Impressive, showroom quality work by Wohlrab Detailing. The reviews online are no exaggeration of the quality of work my vehicle received. I opted for a complete package which included clay bar, compound, wax, and a ceramic coating for the exterior. As for the interior, a steam cleaning along with leather care was requested and remarkably delivered. Upon arrival to pick up my vehicle, I was met with superb customer service with a brief conversation accounting the attention to detail that was observed in previously flawed areas of the vehicle; the proof of effort was evident and prior paint flaws were absent. Would recommended to family and friends. read more

I recently got my car detailed with them on 01/10/2020 and I couldn't have been more pleased! This was the first time I have ever gotten my car detailed so I was pretty reluctant on dropping so much cash into this. Luckily, the Wohlrab Detailing time was providing customers with a sale that weekend so I thought, "okay this is the time, do it and don't look back!" Well, I did it and I don't look back! The job this team did was spectacular and so detailed (pun intended). The customer service was amazing, and the owner was super informative and made sure I was comfortable with all the services I got..... It was so good that I even added onto just the Interior Detail. I highly recommend Wohlrab Detailing! If you're looking for great customer service and a job well done, this is your spot! P.S. They even do car pick ups and drop offs - if needed! read more

Fantastic job on interior cleaning I highly recommend Wohlrab for detailing. They transformed my sticky, dirty fabric seats and carpet to a showroom looking car! I love getting in my car now. Anthony took the time to look over my car and recommend services that would make my car look great. And he did! I couldn't believe how clean and new my car looks. Don't hesitate to call Wohlrab- the best there is! read more

Wanted to surprise a family member with a much needed detail for their vehicle. Anthony and the crew at Wohlrab Detailing did a fantastic job. The car looked like it was just driven off the lot. Having a ceramic coating applied was also something I recommend to anyone who wants to protect their vehicle's paint and make regular washes a breeze. read more

I recently had my first appointment with Wohlrab Detailing and I am blown away by the service and care I received from Anthony and his team. I made an appointment for my car to be detailed with Anthony after I saw some white mold growth in my rear carpets due to what I believed was a small spill in my car. Upon arriving at his shop, Anthony revealed what I thought was a small spill was actually flood damage due to Hurricane Ida from 3 weeks prior and was sprouting mold on and under the carpets in my car. Obviously I was shocked by this discovery as I had been driving the car for 3 weeks with no issues. Anthony sprang into action and explained to me exactly what needed to happened. He explained exactly how he would clean my car, walking me through the price of everything, the importance of each step and how to report to my insurance. Anthony even jumped on to the phone with my insurance adjuster for almost 40 minutes to explain exactly what was happening in the car, and helping me to search for a rental car. After picking up my car today, I am so happy to see how clean and fresh my carpets are after Anthony's teams' work. Anthony not only took extreme care to ensure my car was cleaned and free from mold and water, but also made sure that I was informed and understood every step that he was taking to restore my vehicle. After just one experience, I cannot recommend Wohlrab Detail Center more. I know I will be returning to this shop for many years to come. Thank you SO much Anthony & team for getting my car back in safe condition for me and your kindness and help through this process! read more

Anthony is the guy my family and I go to and trust!! Him and his team perform an outstanding job. He's very personable and cares about his clients. If he doesn't think you need a service he will not suggest it or steer you clear from spending extra money. I dropped off my car earlier today for the VIP Platinum Sedan package with condition and clay bar. With his expertise, knowledge, and passion for his business he called me every step of the way and told me/suggested additional treatments to my car that would keep it looking brand new inside and out! He suggested a way to get the scratches off the roof of my car. The before and after pictures are amazing!! I agreed to some suggestions and declined others when he called. No pressure at all. Anthony and his team are the real deal, honest workers, and you will NOT be disappointed! read more

As much as I would like to give a good review as we're happy with the end result, and Anthony was very friendly, I can't recommend this business due to the extreme overpricing. The base price was around $300 which is already a bit steep - but it was agreed to. At the end of the night when the car was ready he texted us that the total was over $930, which I've never heard of for a car detail. Throughout the day he kept insulting the car saying how dirty it was and how much time and extra work was going to have to do in order to clean it. But it's not like we have kids that destroyed the car, it was normal use- crumbs from lunch and leaves from outside. The pricing was as follows: 190 for an interior clean & condition An extra 75 to clean the seats (wouldn't that be included in the interior clean?) 45 to steam the inside doors of the car (see note above) $55 to vacuum the sand in the car (there was not much, see initial note) $40 to clean the ceiling He also said he found mold- which we had never seen in the car but either way he charged the following: Mold costs 70 to kill bacteria 90 to also kill the bacteria? 65 for a chemical to kill the mold 40 for cleaning the heaters? 120 for an extra chemical 490+265+120+ 7% = $936 And this was without even touching the exterior of the car Deep clean- more like deep clean of my wallet. Plus the car still strongly reeks of chemicals weeks after the detail was done. Everyone who I've spoken to about this thinks that we were taken for a ride with this company. There were endless positive reviews on Facebook and online that we thought he must have been paying people to give 5 star reviews. The car looked nice at the end of it but definitely was not worth almost a thousand dollars. read more

Contacted Anthony to inquire on ceramic coating options and was provided with a number of services that could protect and prolong the life of our vehicle. Anthony was very professional and thoroughly explained the process of each service and timing required to do the job right. Pickup and drop off options for delivering the car to begin and after services were a real plus. We love the job that was completed and will be back for detailing services and upkeep over the years. Thanks again! read more

I brought in my used Forrester that I purchased stained and of course I added my own mess (it was bad). I picked it up the same day and it looked and smelled brand NEW, I was highly pleased and impressed. He even cleared the fog on my headlights which was great, I didn't think anything could be done without dropping $$ for new ones. I love driving my new looking Forrester. Anthony is a true professional and a great communicator. He explained the price, kept his word on completion and pick-up time. I will reccommend everyone here and love that he's local. Thanks Anthony and team! read more

I recently acquired a 2012 Corolla for my daughter. Light beige cloth interior. Previous owners had dogs. Based on recommendations, I took it to Anthony Wohlrab at Wohlrab Detailing in Garwood to clean the stained interior carpet and seats. Holy cow! It took a lot of work -- double shampooing, for example -- but it looks brand-new. And I'm talking as somebody who used to be the car washer for a car rental agency, who sometimes had to do some minor interior detailing... this was well beyond anything I know how to do (or have the tools and chemicals to do). Highly recommended. read more

Heard wonderful things about this place so decided to try. When we picked up the car, it was soaked inside and we mentioned this. They said it's ok, it'll dry. For 3 days we couldn't use it. I tried towels so kids can sit and still soaked through. Even started to smell. Didnt even get our money back. Never again. read more

If you want your car to look better than the day you bought it, call Anthony. I would not trust my cars with anyone else. Anthony has unmatched attention to detail and extremely fair pricing, especially for the amount of work he puts in. He is honest and trustworthy. I would (and do!) recommend him to everyone. read more

Excellent care detailing service! Efficient and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you Anthony and Wohlrab Detailing for the amazing job you guys did on my car yesterday. She was in need of some serious TLC, more than what I can provide, and you guys beyond delivered. The last time I saw her look like that, I was driving her off the Ford Lot 3 years ago, and I take care of my cars. But level of detail these guys put into my car is beyond what words can describe. I will definitely be back and will be recommending them to anyone and everyone that loves there car. read more

Wohlrab has to be the best detail service in town. My car is spotless and trust me when i say it was disgusting. I received my fathers car after he could no longer drive it. It wasn't washed in years and was covered in dirt, grime and dog hair. After i got it back it was spotless. I couldn't be happier. Be careful of purchasing a Groupon. There's additional fees that aren't specified on the coupon but they make you aware of them before they do the work. read more

They did a very good job cleaning the car - spick and span! The car came out shining like a new one after the auto detailing - like a car deep cleansing. Unfortunately while cleaning the car, my car seat torn off but Anthony himself took the car to mechanic to get the seat repaired and made sure we are satisfied with the service. Overall we had a very good experience and would highly recommend this place. read more

Anthony and his team are the best in the business. They took my 2017 jeep grand Cherokee and made it look brand new. I have a 135 pound bull mastiff dog that has Destroy the backseat of my car... Nonetheless covered my car and dog hair. Anthony and his team were able to make my car look like it just came off of the show room floor. He also gave me tips and tricks on how to do spot cleaning here in there to keep dirt from setting into my leather seats. Lastly, his customer service was outstanding... He even texted me pictures of the car as he cleaned it. I highly recommend Anthony for any of your car detailing needs. read more

Just got my car back and it looks great! Both the exterior and interior look almost good as new (2014 car) and the chrome and wheels really gleam. Anthony was also extremely communicative, so I really knew what was going on with the car. Had a full detail, ceramic coating and interior done. read more

I used Wohlrab from word of mouth, my vehicle is almost 9 years old, it's taken a beating from my kid getting in and out, and being the primary vehicle for him. I went with the Platinum package, which does everything, I added a couple of extras ( Clay bar treatment and headlight restoration ), it was worth it for the few dollars more. There prices are very competitive to other detailers around. When I booked my appt, it was going to rain that day, so I was only charged $170, with the extras that I mentioned, it was $250, total homerun for the job they did on my vehicle. My wife and I are 100% satisfied, and highly recommended Wohlrab Detailing. Before I left I was told that they also offer, pick up / delivery service as well as doing it right at your home. read more

Wohlrab Detailing - Like it came off the showroom floor. - Auto Detailing Near Me - Garwood, New Jersey

My only regret is that I did not take a before picture. My car is 12 years old. Never been detailed. Went through my last year of college, mud runs, two nursing jobs (coffee stains galore!!), after Crossfit sweat, and two kids ... Anthony and his team made it look like it was brand new. The stains, the smell, every disgusting detail about my car---gone! It was worth every penny!! I cannot rave about them enough read more

Anthony an his team did an outstanding job. He took my 7 year old Explorer an made it new again. Years of abuse by my twin teenagers and now it looks better than when it rolled off the lot. We highly recommend Anthony!! read more

Anthony and his crew are top notch! Brought my car back from basically being a total loss due to previous owner smoking. So incredibly honest and thorough wish I could give them 10 stars!!! Highly recommend for any type of auto detailing. read more

Anthony was incredible from start to finish! He was transparent, responsive, and patient. I'm a smoker and I didn't realize how damaging it was to smoke in my car. In trying to quit, I wanted to detail the inside. Anthonys work was cut out for him and he absolutely came through. My car was returned looking BRAND NEW inside. I will be using him again in the future. read more

Anthony and his crew worked wonders on my 12-year-old pickup. Looks nearly as good as the day I bought it, and there's no sign that a heavy-shedding black lab has been my co-pilot for nearly a decade. Anthony was responsive, walked me through my options, and made service recommendations without ever seeming to push unnecessary add-ons. Highly recommend! read more

This car detailing shop is amazing! Money well spent! The attention to detail and the service was superb. Anthony spent the time to get the look of the car to exactly what I was looking for. The restoration he did to my wife's car was astonishing. He brought life back to the black paint of her car, it no longer looks faded and grey. No doubt that he has gained a repeating customer from me. read more

Anthony and his team are great! I called him super last minute and he was able to squeeze me in and took me the day of. My car was a disaster both on the inside and out from dirt road trips out-of-state and from my dogs joining me. After looking at my car Anthony talked about the lowest price point considering the condition of the car to the highest price point and what was included in each. He also made it a point to mention he wouldn't touch the car until I decided what I wanted done. This gave me time to think about it and get back to him. Anthony's before and after pictures speak for themselves on his social media platforms. Unfortunately, I only have the before and didn't take after pictures. My car looked brand new and shiner than ever. I would recommend Anthony and his team time and time again. read more

Anthony and team are amazing! They did a really nice job on my 2003 accord that had tiny dog hairs, on top of years of dirt on doors, floors, etc. Anthony's attention to detail is impeccable and I can tell he is genuinely passionate about his work. Car looks good as new - I can even see scratches that I didn't know were there because it was so dirty (from years of wear and tear I guess). Will definitely go back (we have dogs and another car that needs some TLC). Thank you Anthony and Team! read more

Another great detailing job by Anthony. My cars had tons of sand from the beach in them and it's all gone now! I highly recommend. Thanks!

My Highlander was in a desperate need of detailing. From my first interaction with Anthony through delivery of my car, he was a pleasure to deal with. My car looks brand new inside and out. Anthony is a hard working professional and he and his team deliver a showroom quality result. read more

Got my car detailed for the first time in 3 years. Anthony & his team did an incredible job. I appreciated how Anthony worked to accommodate me amidst a very busy schedule the day after Christmas. After picking up my car, I noticed my dashboard looked a little scratched (which was previously invisible under a thin layer of dust). Anthony hand-polished the screen until it looked sparkling new. 10/10 would recommend & will be a return customer when I'm in town. Thanks Anthony! read more

Anthony from Wohlrab detailing just wrapped up detailing my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I called him this morning and he immediately responded and was able to fit me in day of due to a last minute cancellation. He traveled to my house and required an outlet and spigot. Thanks for a great job Anthony! read more

My car looked liked NEW! I was very happy with the result. Anthony pays attention to EVERY detail. I have used other detailers in the past and was always disappointed. Not when I used Wohlrab Detailing though; they did an awesome job on my car! I'll use them again. read more

I was a little sad because I booked the vip truck package for my husband as a Christmas gift. It's not a fancy car by any means but I wanted to give my husband something special because he never buys anything for himself. I was greeted by the store owner and he said it would need to be upwards of $240+ which is almost double what the package would cost and that's only for the inside. He said he would not risk doing a bad job and me putting it online so instead he did not want to do it at all for that amount. The final insult was when he said he wasn't going to break his machine on my car. That being said, it does look like the majority of good customers are highly satisfied but for those of us with a lower budget and less fancy car- it may be better to get other quotes as well. read more

Anthony did an amazing job with my Denali XL that had never been detailed ever!!!!looks like new now THANK YOU

I just started to drive for Uber and really needed my car cleaned last minute because of my two year old so i can work, i called Anthony and last minute he let me come in to do my interior only- i thought because it was done quick that it wouldn't have been quality work but my car is completely spotless and looks awesome. I was able to Uber that night like i had planned and be confident that my toddlers mess wasn't making riders uncomfortable... i was in a bind and Anthony helped me out. I would highly recommend their interior detailing I'll keep you posted on the exterior next time! read more

Excellent service . Anthony is a hard working owner . He never disappoints and makes the process easy. I brought my brand new 2 month old vehicle in for a full exterior detail , especially wanting an exterior wax for the upcoming winter season . When the vehicle was washed there apparently was a fine scratch already on the driver side along the door and I mentioned it to Anthony. He told me he would throughly wash the vehicle and see if he could compound it out but would call and clear everything first. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else to be detailed. The vehicle was exceptionally detailed and it looked better then when I picked it up from the dealer ! The scratch along the door was successfully compounded out ! I would recommend Wohlrab detailing to anyone ! The videos he posts before and after are amazing ! He is honest, hardworking, trustworthy and does nothing less of exceptional quality work! you have a customer for life! read more
