They wrapped the hood, mirrors, and recommended some fragile interior pieces. I would have never thought to wrap the shiny interior piano black plastic but it kept finger prints off and ended up looking better and more consistent than the original surface. After all these years the wrap looks like new, and the interior pieces are perfect. My only regret was not wrapping the entire car, which is why I returned to have a new car fully wrapped. Felix, once again, made some important recommendations but not once tried to upsell or suggest unnecessary services. He suggested a ceramic treatment for the interior. I didn't realize the tendency for the white interior to stain, and managed to actually stain it before I could get it treated, unintentionally proving Felix's point. They also got the stain out. While I don't live close, it's worth the trip for their attention to detail and exceptional service. Also, when revisiting the original receipt the prices are still similar to nearly 7 years ago. You can still get fair prices in 2026.

I was involved in a minor fender bender that impacted the front bumper of my 2020 Tesla Model 3, and decided to employ Peotter's after reading great reviews on this shop. They completed repairs within 1.5 weeks and made extra efforts to allow me to pick up my vehicle even after they lost power after a hurricane hit their area. The exterior hard body work performed looks clean and at the moment I'm satisfied with how it came out. The alignment of the new front bumper with the frunk and headlights looks near perfect and the paint job matches the paint perfectly with the rest of my vehicle. In terms of restored autopilot function, I will have to drive it for a bit longer to properly evaluate if sensors were properly aligned and fixed. When it comes to customer satisfaction, it's not something Peotter's just states on their website to look better. It seems to be a true core value of their business and they act with integrity as a trusted professional deserving of their high star rating. After having a ceramic coating job done on my white interior, I was not pleased with the outcome. Peotter's swiftly reached out to me to address the issue, offered a full refund no questions asked, and requested an opportunity to redo the seats. I had oxidation on my hood and rear spoiler. My rear bumper was showing rust as well. I wanted the car repainted to the same color (rally blue). There was no overspray on my gold BBS wheels. I will update in 2-3 months on the paints condition but if you're a big car guy and you were on the fence with getting your car painted because it's a Maaco, hopefully you decide to make the right choice.
