I dropped my car yesterday morning and he couldn't have been more professional not only inspecting the car before we left but explaining the process and exactly what the price would be and what it would cover. Throughout the day the owner kept us informed with texts about the timing and the car was ready exactly when it was expected. They even have a bathroom equipped for wheel chairs, how is that for service. I needed some scratches removed from a car I'm leasing and returning next month. I didn't want to chance getting penalized by the car dealer so I called these guys up. Took the car to them and the magic wand came out and poof all scratches gone. My car looks showroom ready.
