Just had our car cleaned and detailed -- went for the full luxury detail-- and I was blown away. Reviews said these guys were thorough, but I didn't expect almost 5.5 straight hours of work to get our car looking almost new. Showed up on time, delivered an exceptional experience, and with great service and pricing. Will definitely be coming back to them for future work, and suggest you get your car treated well soon too! By far the best automotive experience I've ever had. read more

I first met Brandon when he did his full detail on my Land Rover. He made it look better than when I bought it brand new. I recently had him detail my brand new model X. Why have him detail a brand new car? Because he makes them better than brand new. That's why. I will never use anyone else. My only wish is that he would tell me what that scent is that he put in my model x! I love it and want it in my other car. Brandon! Let me know please!! I've been trying to text you. But ya, don't hesitate to call Brandon! You will be mind blown at the results! read more

Had a detail done back in June, a treat for my partner's Rav 4. I live in West Orange. Brandon came on time and really went above and beyond. Spent much more time on the job than I expected (not slow, really thorough). Gave me some advice and was very professional. I will definitely use them again. read more

excellent job everything as promised beautiful clean professional very very grateful definitely recommend and hope to use again! read more

I had full detailing done today (int and ext) and I couldnt' be happier. Brandon explained before, during, and after what he found with my car, did an amazing job, was here for 5 hours (and the price remained the same). Thorough, informative (transparent), friendly. He arrived a bit late but had called me two hours before to let me know that would happen. The interface, when ordering, was also user-friendly, easy, and clear. I would not hesistate to recommend this service. Wow. read more

My fathers GLE 350 needed a good detail. I searched around and found two locations. One was more expensive and I had to take my car too, the second was Brandon at Illusionz which cost less and he came to your house. After seeing the reviews I wanted to try Illusionz. Brandon came on time, he reached out to give me an ETA. He took about 5 1/2 hours to finalize the job and when he was done my dad said it looked like the car was just purchased from the dealership. My dad didn't see value in detail as he felt a car wash did the same thing. After the detail he was amazed on how the car looked. It felt like a brand new car. I inquired about pricing for our two Teslas and will Be reaching out to him for those. I would highly recommend him again. read more

GREAT SERVICE! We contacted Illusionz mobile auto spa to wash the exterior of our work vans. we have a fleet of 8 electrical service vans that are white with company lettering. needless to say they were rather dirty. Brandon was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, professional and detail orientated . He was flexible with the very cold temps and made multiple visits to get the whole fleet clean. A+ indeed! I would highly recommend using Brandon and his cleaning services! read more

I selected the 0 21 100 service on my Honda CR-V because my kids had puked on a road trip and food was spilled in my car. It was long overdue for a cleaning. Brandon fit me in within the day and he was on time and confirmed the appointment with me prior. He worked on my car for 5 hours. He was so thorough and went through each stain and told me how he would deal with it. He brought a van with all his equipment and made my car look brand new again. A couple of my neighbors have also asked me for his information. I was very impressed with his hard work and effort and what an amazing service he provided for such a great value. I highly recommend him! read more

Big fan here of Brandon. He showed up to do a car where I work and ended up doing 10 cars over the next several days because we were all so impressed with his level of detail and amazing results. He takes his time, and explains everything when he is done. We will all be calling him again next time our cars get that 'used look' again. My car is a Tesla with White seats that I could not keep clean, and after he cleaned and treated them they are now ALWAYS clean. read more

I had just recently purchased a used vehicle that's 20 years old (2002 model) and I hired Brandon to do the whole interior. The car was pretty clean when I got it, thought it was just dusty and thought a nice vacuum, steam cleaning, and protectants would be great for the car. Little did I know, Brandon transformed the interior of the vehicle. He spent about 3 hours on it and it literally looks and smells like it just came off the showroom, no exaggeration. Pieces that I thought were dull from old age were clear as glass after he was done and everything had a nice matte touch to it. No grease or anything. I could tell Brandon is a perfectionist and it shows. Brandon was also super friendly and a stand up guy. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer and am so glad that I found him. 10000000% recommend. read more

The best in business! Drove my 911 all the way to Boston from NY and back during 4th of July weekend. There were so many dead bugs all over my car and other contaminants from the long road trip. Long story short, I had my turbo S detailed and it came out phenomenal! Brandon and his technicians seriously blow any competition out of the water. Every single detail of the car was meticulously attended to. This company has my business for life!!! read more

Brandon came and cleaned my car, he did an amazing job. Two thumbs up, would definitely hire again.

So I don't have a fancy cool car. I have a Honda Sudan. I'm a working mom with a toddler who eats and gets sick in my car while we sit in traffic everyday and Brandon made this car magically look like NEW! It was gross and smelled like puke and mold. It's legit brand new looking! Thank you so much, Brandon at Illusionz! read more

Another great job by Brandon! He makes the interior and exterior look better than the day the car came home from the dealership. He's my new, "go to" guy for my cars six month detailing. Maybe even before the first car show of the season! read more

Brandon is prompt, courteous and professional. He spent hours on my Tesla, insisting on cleaning every drop of sap off the exterior and scuff on the interior. I would absolutely use him again and recommend the service to others. Thank you, Brandon. read more

Hands down the best detailing I've ever gotten Brandon is a professional found him on Yelp. At first I didn't know what to expect since I've never gotten my car detailed with a mobile detailer. He came right to my house even informed me that he was running a few mins which I appreciated. He took his time and made my car look like I got it off the lot of a dealer. I had a visible scratch on my driver side door and he literally made it disappear. read more

Illusionz has a billion 5 star ratings for a reason. Brandon is amazing at car detailing! He was so thorough and had excellent communication through the entire process, especially when we had to reschedule due to weather issues. He's thought through every step of this business to make everything user friendly (calendar invites and email confirmations and contactless payment) and he explains everything that's going on with your vehicle to you really well. I'm so happy with the results. He was able to reduce a lot of the scratches I had on my truck and is upfront about what's realistic to achieve. I also want to make a note that he was super on top of COVID safety which I really appreciated. A lot of guys in these sorts of industries don't take it seriously but Brandon did. Thank you Brandon!! read more

Good communication, punctual, super thorough and the end result looks fantastic - thanks for doing such a great job!

Brandon spent 3.5 hours getting my car cleaner than it has ever been. He was right on time, very thorough, and wore gloves and a mask the whole time. It looks great. Very happy with this service and would highly recommend! read more

1000% recommend! Brandon did a very detailed and excellent job on our SUV. It looks brand new! Very clear communications, arrived on time and finished on time. Very courteous. Will use Brandon again in a heartbeat! read more

Told me they had to do a two car minimum because where I was located even though I was in the region that he marked that he served.

Brandon is not only a master at what he does - he's an honest guy, even when it might cost him money. I ordered a service that my car didn't need; he could have just performed it and not said anything. Instead, he told me that I should choose a package more appropriate for my car. Then, while looking at my second car, he spotted mold in the insulation. He could have went ahead and detailed it - instead, he notified us of the situation, and suggested we have the mold taken care of first, and even suggested people he knew to deal with it! He's a good person and I will use Illusionz every time. read more

what a great find! A mobile Auto/Truck/RV Spa. I contacted them on a Wednesday and received a call later in the evening. Brandon said that he had a cancellation for Thursday and could come by and do the girlfriends' BMW, my Ram 3500 dually, and my Honda CRV. Brandon and his partner arrived around 0945 finished the BMW after 1pm. The girlfriend said her car was prettier than when she bought it from the dealership. They started on my truck, exterior only, then onto my CRV. What a great job they did on all three vehicles. The price was right and I can't wait for them to come back and wash and wax my 5th wheel. If you are looking to get your vehicle detailed I strongly recommend giving Brandon a call. I will use them again and again. They listen and pay attention to detail. They will come out and just wash the vehicles at a very reasonable price. read more

Did fantastic work on my Dark Blue 2016 Mustang. Was very courteous and professional. Answered any questions I had and gave great tips on how to maintain the beautiful work he did. Polished and clay bared the whole car, great interior cleaning too. Seats feel soft and clean and the car smells great. Looks better than the day I bought it. I look forward to using his services again and will gladly recommend him to any friends with 100% confidence. read more

I recently had my 2015 Tundra detailed by Brandon. I bought the Luxury package and could not be happier. Brandon is a master at his craft and you can tell he truly has a passion for what he does. He was meticulous with my truck, no corners were cut and nothing was left untouched. My truck honestly looks better now then it did from the dealership. Will have him out soon to do another vehicle and will not hesitate to recommend to my friends and family. read more

This company isn't #1 on yelp for car detailing for no reason. Brandon and his technicians seriously blow any competition out of the water. I just had them detail my parents car and it seriously looks like a brand new car that just came from the factory. I mean every single detail of the car was meticulously attended to. I will never use anyone else as long as I'm within their mobile range. They have a truck that can pull up anywhere and make your car brand new basically. You could be in a desert or a side street They have everything. It is truly a mobile detailer. I don't even know if I would put them in the same category as detailers. They just blow everyone away. They are seriously like magicians for making your car look brand new. If anyone needs picture proof contact me. They are on point and deservedly hold the #1 spot. No ones gonna ever top these guys. Thanks for your hard work guys. They didn't leave until everything looked perfect and I mean perfect. You couldn't find anything missed if you tried. I'm already scheduling them for my car. Gotta give Brandon and crew another shoutout the came to give my Honda Accord an interior "bomb detail". Class A work as always. If u want the best in the business and are in north jersey don't bother looking anywhere else. Brandon is the owner and does the work himself with some helpers at times. He doesn't just sit back as an owner and dispatch other people to handle. He takes so much pride in his work and is hands on doing it himself so there is no way possible you won't be more than satisfied with his knowledge and work. That's why you won't find a bad review for his business. Mad respect for him and associates. He knows what needs to be done in every situation and knows the best products to use. I'll never use anyone else as long as he's in business. I've been to other places before finding Brandon and sadly it doesn't even come close and even more expensive in my experience. Straight up. Thanks again guys for coming out today and doing another awesome job. read more

My car was trashed. TRASHED. I have a 7 year old who basically treats my car as a play space + garbage dump, and a very smelly pup. There was literal slime melted onto the backseat. My car is ~5 years old, and I admittedly hadn't prioritized keeping it clean. I thought it was hopeless and I'd just have to start fresh when I get a new car one day. My husband suprised me with a visit from Illusionz Mobile Auto Spa and Brandon, the owner, spent 5+ hours cleaning my car. I have never seen a harder worker. Brandon was professional, showed up on time, and basically did not stop wiping, scrubbing, vacuuming, spraying the entire time. He spent an hour getting the slime out (and he did it!!!!). My car looks brand new - I honestly couldn't believe it. I would recommend Brandon to anyone. What an incredible service he provides! read more

Scheduled 2 cars for luxury details. Detailer arrived 1 hour late to initial appt without adequate staff and only finished 1/2 of 1 car! Took additional car elsewhere to keep things moving and scheduled follow up of initial car to complete it. Got cancellation 1 hour before appt after I confirmed the evening before. I recently had Brandon do a full paint correction and ceramic coating for my 17' Porsche 911S. I could not be happier. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was unparalleled. Brandon spent a whole day making sure my 911 looked better than new. It was obvious to me that Brandon loves what he does. I plan on telling everyone I know about this detail company. I had an appointment with Brandon on Monday (my first with Illusionz) and was very impressed with the service. I'm about an hours drive away and wasn't sure they would come to me, but they did for a small $25 extra distance traveled fee. I scheduled a Mr. Freeze package and it was supposed to rain later in the day so Brandon called before coming to make sure I didn't want to reschedule. He arrived on time and started by asking me if there were any spots I noticed that needed extra work. While cleaning, he found some Plastidip residue on some of the paint that was already set in and took the extra time to make sure to get all of that off. Everything was explained thoroughly and he gave advice on what I should be doing to keep it protected as long as possible. I would definitely recommend these guys. read more

Wow! We got our Type R ceramic coated. He came to our house which was very convenient. He was prepared and ready to work first thing in the morning. The car turned out amazing and he really took care of the car. He worked for over 12 hours and he worked hard and diligently the whole time! He is a professional and very personable. He treats the car like his own. A true business man! We highly recommend this business for anyone looking for ceramic coating or just for a very thorough class A cleaning. So, I'm not one to post reviews; however, this is an exception due to the impeccable service I received. I drive a large SUV, which I would take the car wash every now and then. I admit, it should have been more often. Nonetheless, I wanted my car to be detailed and I searched and searched for a reputable detailer. I came across Illusionz Mobile Auto Spa and could not be happier with the results. The attention to detail and thoroughness provided by Brandon is noncomparable to any other. And I know, because I've gotten my car detailed in the past and wasn't pleased with the results. His level of professionalism is also to be admired.
