Can I give them 0 stars?
This place is an absolute rip-off, and I would strongly warn anyone considering bringing their car here to think twice.
I brought my brand-new car in for what should have been a professional car wash/detail, and the condition they returned it in was completely unacceptable. The windshield was covered in water marks, the car was not properly cleaned, and instead of actually removing the dust and debris around the driver's area, it looked like they simply pushed it underneath the seat.
I called immediately because I could not believe I had paid for that level of service. I was told to come back and speak with a manager, so I took time out of my day and returned. The manager apparently could not even be bothered to come out and speak to me face-to-face about the problem.
Then, instead of simply correcting THEIR mistake, I was told that I needed to purchase a more expensive service and pay the difference if I wanted the car properly cleaned.
That alone is outrageous.
You perform a terrible service, the customer complains, and your solution is to make the customer pay you even more money to fix the job you failed to do correctly in the first place?
Against my better judgment, I paid another $60 because I wanted to give them the opportunity to make it right.
They still failed.
After paying them a second time, my brand-new car was STILL left with wax and water marks all over the hood and roof, and there was even wax/product residue left on the leather seats. At that point, there is absolutely no excuse. I paid twice and gave this business two opportunities to properly clean my vehicle, and both times the work was careless and unacceptable.
What makes this even more ridiculous is how hard the owner pushes customers to sign up for a monthly membership. Why would anyone commit to paying this business every month when they cannot even perform one basic service correctly or take responsibility when they mess up?
Instead of constantly trying to sell memberships, maybe the focus should be on training employees, quality control, competent management, customer service, and accountability.
Customers should not have to chase down management, pay extra money to correct a bad job, and then STILL leave with a dirty vehicle.
I spent my money here in good faith, gave them a second chance, paid an additional $60, and was still left cleaning up their mess afterward. That is unacceptable.
If you care about your vehicle -- especially if it is new -- I would seriously reconsider bringing it here. Take pictures before and after, inspect every inch of your car before leaving, and do not assume that paying for an "upgrade" means the job will actually be done properly.
A business should stand behind its work. This one had every opportunity to make things right and chose not to.
I will never return, I would never purchase their monthly membership, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone. read more
