Full detail, Opti glass are my current options since we took my car back in again. I hadn't been here for the past couple of years, it was time to check in again. We recently purchased a bigger car and immediately, my husband returned to get another Opti coat pro plus and Opti glass to his new car. Our cars were back in great condition within a couple days this past week. I was PROMISED it would be ready by Friday or Saturday at the latest. Fast forward to 4/26/25 -- THREE WEEKS LATER -- and I'm just now getting it back. And guess what? It wasn't even fixed properly. Moe -- who clearly has no clue how to run a business -- never called me once. I had to track him down like a bill collector just to get basic updates. When I finally got him on the phone FOUR DAYS later, he had an attitude, like I was inconveniencing him. By 4/12/25, I was so fed up I showed up unannounced. And there was my car -- untouched -- while they happily worked on other cars. Moe, being the snake oil salesman that he is, fast-talked me AGAIN with more empty promises about it being ready "next week." No call. No apology. NOTHING. They just left me stranded without a car and expected me to be okay with it. They will LIE to your face, dodge your calls, make excuses, and waste your time without a second thought. Moe is a fast-talker who will try to charm and distract you instead of taking any responsibility for the garbage service they provide. And if that wasn't enough, one of his own workers called my car a "piece of shit" -- and Moe had the nerve to send me that in a text message like it was totally fine. Absolutely DISGUSTING and UNPROFESSIONAL behavior. I spent money on a rental car for weeks because they couldn't deliver what they promised. When I finally picked up my vehicle, it wasn't even fixed right -- things were dangling loose. I had to sit there for OVER AN HOUR while they half-assed a patch-up job. Bring up the issues to Moe and he acts like you're the problem, huffing and puffing instead of fixing the mess they made. This place is a SCAM. They don't care about your car, your money, or your time. They'll sell you dreams, steal your cash, and leave you with headaches. I wouldn't let these people work on a lawnmower, let alone a car. Save yourself the stress and take your business somewhere else.

I went into this with some trepidation however after meeting James, he made me feel confident enough to let them do the job. The shop looked clean and organized. Front windshield, 70% (Looks almost clear, no problems night) Front Side Windows 55% (Should not attract the law) They were punctual and completed the job in the timeline they gave me (just under 3 hrs). The tint came out perfect. There were a few tiny bubbles that disappeared after a few days. Again, perfect. Wow, very impressed and very happy with results and do not hesitate to recommend.
