T and his team did a fantastic job. I went there on a whim and I'm glad I did, the "gold package" covered full inside and out and the car was like new. I will not be going back to other detailers in the area..only auto spa! read more

We took our 2008 Chevy here for detailing. We made an appointment for a Saturday morning, right when they opened. There was a line when we arrived, but they were quick to get us checked in and very clear about how long it would take, as well as the price. Everything came out clean and looking new. Just wish they had used a shampoo that didn't have such a strong scent for the carpet in the vehicle--it has been nearly 5 months since we had the car detailed and there is still a very strong scent in the car. Otherwise, this was a great place for detailing a car that had coffee stains and other schmutz everywhere and they made it look new. Thanks! read more

I was not impressed to be honest. The car didn't look fully cleaned on the exterior. I would not come back.

Westchester Auto Spa HQ did quite well with my Elantra! I had a LOT of dog hair in there which is typically priced at $100+ to remove but it was only $80 for them. They also provided an exterior wash on the house aside from me only purchasing an interior detail and pet hair removal. They were quite diligent and also allowed me to stay in their waiting room with access to TV/video games and water. I would definitely recommend the location. read more

These guys are always great. They are so respectful and do a great job even with the basic wash. They spend an hour at least and it really shows. Great customer service. read more

Driving with water-streak windows is a massive turn-off for me. Plus, visibility is crucial for me- especially since I leave at the crack of dawn to head to work. I bypassed the only car wash+ interior detailing spot on Central Ave in White Plains because both their last window wiping step has only left streak marks and their interior cleaning lacks majorly. But I recently got a pre-owned 2020 Subaru and wanted something more professional and detailed to thoroughly clean EVERYTHING out than just a regular interior wash. Westchester Auto Spa was heaven-sent and super glad they're around. We had inquired by phone and were given some details about the work these folks do- plus their Yelp reviews say a lot AND they're legit. Getting the 'Ceramic Coating' to protect my cloth seats was important in case I spill anything. I left my car for about 2 hours (or so) for the that process as well as getting my interior detailed and exterior washed. Altogether, hubs paid at least $150+ for my car and was WORTH IT. Even though this car wash is small, these folks are truly motivated to deliver satisfaction and there's high attention to detail that I couldn't find at that other wimpy car wash. Chin(?) the owner, was super professional and patient. Price is a bit up there- but fear not. read more

Excellent service, great pricing, and great people! This is the second time I've brought a car here, and both experiences were fantastic. The first time was over two years ago. I brought in an older Camry that had been sitting for over a year and was in terrible shape. They did a fantastic job bringing the car back to life. The second time was just yesterday. I bought a new car with a factory matte finish for its first wash. Once again, they handled the car with care and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this place for its professionalism and attention to detail! read more

Very friendly and well-run business! I met T and Chin when they worked on my car for window tints and PPF. We initially called to get pricing for window tints and PPF. They were able to tint my windows in a few hours and had my car washed for me when I picked it up. A few days later we dropped it off for PPF, it took 2 days to do the front end and mirrors. The owner actually picked me up to drive me to the shop to pick up my car the day it was ready! It was very reasonably priced for the amazing work that was done and amazing service they provided. Highly recommended! read more

this guy and his workers are the best! never had an issue with them, especially as a female, it's hard going to masculine place to get any car needs and desires. The owner will always looks out for you! fair pricing read more

When I first looked into Westchester Auto Spa I was hesitant if the 5 stars everyone was giving was in earnest. Also I was a little anxious I was dealing with the XXX Vin Diesel group from the Fast and the Furious. And as a verified customer now, I would honestly give ten stars if I could. 1. Tee answers the phone right away and is polite and knowledgeable 2. The copper wash/treatment made my car look brand new - I didn't even recognize it (thanks Chin). 3. Then I asked Tee if he knew anyplace for a paint job on a back area of abrasion. He got me two quotes right away and even helped me drive the car to the autobody shop and bring it back. The car came back pristine. They even made sure the gas was filled! Amazing customer service. This is going to be my go to place from now on. Highly recommend. read more

My second time coming here and can't wait to return. They do a great job. My car always leaves and stays shiny for a while :). The staff is very nice and the owner was generous with sharing helpful ideas for things that could help improve my car, at reasonable prices. Highly recommend read more

Very very expensive. They did a good job, but I don't think it was worth the money, honestly. People were friendly, and the car was done in the timeframe they promised. I just don't know why it was that expensive. read more

I'm still in awe of how these folks made my 11yr old car look brand new! I booked a Silver Treatment and window tinting as my wife will be taking over our old car and I wanted to give it a little more life and they succeeded! I live in Manhattan and have been searching all around for a reliable, professional, and knowledgeable place to get my car washed, waxed, and other relevant services. No longer do I need to look! I found it! I saw this business online and called off-hours to inquire of its offers. My call was returned before the business was opened! The owner explained the services provided and sent a link to more details. I was impressed! I eventually made an appointment and had the "Premium" car wash. It was great! My Tesla Model X looked like new! The employees were very accommodating and helpful. We stayed in touch during the process. I fully recommend this business to anyone looking to have any type of washing, detail, ceramic covering services, to name a few. read more

Best. Detail. Ever. I had previously had my Porsche detailed by the dealer, but the work of Tee and his team exceeded that. My car came out looking like it did the day I drove it out of the showrooom. Tee was responsive, helpful and really paid attention to what needed to be done. I highly recommend the services here. I was confident I did my due diligence and saw the positive reviews so I decided to head over to Westchester Auto Spa HQ to get my front windows tinted. When the work was complete, the installer explained that there may be some moisture under the tint, but that would go away in a day or two. Ok, not a problem. In the shade, all looked ok. As I drove away and was sitting in the sun at a light, I noticed that there were multiple air pockets. Upon closer look, I saw the dust bunnies that we all hate under our phone covers. I had to run an errand, but called the shop and returned about an hour later as they said they would take a look at it. When the looked at it, I was told "The owner most likely will not do it again for just a few small dust bunnies." I pressed and said that is not acceptable. I paid for a service, and dust bunnies under tint is not what I paid for or expect. I expect a quality product for the price that was paid. He said he would call the owner back. I waited around for about another 15 minutes when he returned and stated "Well, I can do it again, but I cannot guarantee it will come out any better because there is glue underneath it now". Take note that they offer a 6 year warranty on their tint... So how after just an hour I can't get it replaced without a headache. So now the ball was left in my court... Accept the crappy job or roll the dice and possibly receive a worse job due to the circumstances. I chose to drive away and take it up with my credit card company. Now, my review is not based on the install. Sh__T happens. I am not that type of person. However, I do base my review on the lack of backing their product, terrible customer service, and refusal to provide a product that I paid for an expect. I do not recommend this company. Put your car in better hands and don't be asked to settle for poor workmanship. read more

The service provided by T and his team was outstanding. T (the owner) personally provided exceptional workmanship on my vehicle and there is no evidence of the area on the vehicle that had several scratches was ever scratched. He did a wet sand then compound and polish and explained step by step to me. If you ever have the need for a detailing work on your vehicle, call WestChester Auto. I was at the wrong place wrong time when someone ran over paint on the highway. I had paint splatter all over my windshield and car. I called Westchester Auto Spa and they were extremely friendly and got me right in that week. Interaction with Tee was seamless. I showed him my car, he gave me an estimate, 4-5 hours later my car was ready. As a woman I do not want to deal with these things so I was happy to hand this problem over to someone else! He did a beautiful job. No more paint and a spotless shiny car inside and out! I felt his pricing was reasonable. As a professional myself I know you get what you pay for! read more

I recently just became a new driver and every corner of my car needs to always be immaculate these days :) I used to travel to the Bronx/Yonkers for decent car washes and with gas prices and the sub par quality on clean up I used to get, I figured to find something more local. I am so happy I found this place! They are extremely thorough with cleanings and I had a hand me down- so you can imagine how much gunk and dirt was in between places. Additionally, I got my windows tinted and I am so happy with the results! Places I had asked before were charging the same or if not more and were a bit sketch with the tint % and I surely did not want to pay a price to get something knowingly illegal to them. But these guys are honest ( I was going to sign up for a more premium package for the cleaning and they actually told me I didn't need- which I mean WHO DOES THAT THESE DAYS?!), are transparent about pricing, and are extremely professional ! read more

Amazing experience here! My car really needed a cleaning and by the time the were done, it looked almost as if it was right off the lot -- gleaming, so clean and shiny. It was clear that they were in no hurry and they really took the time needed for customer satisfaction. I got the basic package but their attention to detail and deliberation were anything but basic. It's more expensive than your basic car wash, but so worth it as my car was infinitely cleaner than its ever been from a regular car wash, and thus will last longer. Would absolutely recommend. read more
