We took our 2008 Chevy here for detailing. We made an appointment for a Saturday morning, right when they opened. There was a line when we arrived, but they were quick to get us checked in and very clear about how long it would take, as well as the price. Everything came out clean and looking new. Just wish they had used a shampoo that didn't have such a strong scent for the carpet in the vehicle--it has been nearly 5 months since we had the car detailed and there is still a very strong scent in the car. Otherwise, this was a great place for detailing a car that had coffee stains and other schmutz everywhere and they made it look new. Thanks! read more

Westchester Auto Spa HQ did quite well with my Elantra! I had a LOT of dog hair in there which is typically priced at $100+ to remove but it was only $80 for them. They also provided an exterior wash on the house aside from me only purchasing an interior detail and pet hair removal. They were quite diligent and also allowed me to stay in their waiting room with access to TV/video games and water. I would definitely recommend the location. read more

Driving with water-streak windows is a massive turn-off for me. Plus, visibility is crucial for me- especially since I leave at the crack of dawn to head to work. I bypassed the only car wash+ interior detailing spot on Central Ave in White Plains because both their last window wiping step has only left streak marks and their interior cleaning lacks majorly. But I recently got a pre-owned 2020 Subaru and wanted something more professional and detailed to thoroughly clean EVERYTHING out than just a regular interior wash. Westchester Auto Spa was heaven-sent and super glad they're around. We had inquired by phone and were given some details about the work these folks do- plus their Yelp reviews say a lot AND they're legit. Getting the 'Ceramic Coating' to protect my cloth seats was important in case I spill anything. I left my car for about 2 hours (or so) for the that process as well as getting my interior detailed and exterior washed. Altogether, hubs paid at least $150+ for my car and was WORTH IT. Even though this car wash is small, these folks are truly motivated to deliver satisfaction and there's high attention to detail that I couldn't find at that other wimpy car wash. Chin(?) the owner, was super professional and patient. Price is a bit up there- but fear not. read more

Very friendly and well-run business! I met T and Chin when they worked on my car for window tints and PPF. We initially called to get pricing for window tints and PPF. They were able to tint my windows in a few hours and had my car washed for me when I picked it up. A few days later we dropped it off for PPF, it took 2 days to do the front end and mirrors. The owner actually picked me up to drive me to the shop to pick up my car the day it was ready! It was very reasonably priced for the amazing work that was done and amazing service they provided. When I first looked into Westchester Auto Spa I was hesitant if the 5 stars everyone was giving was in earnest. Also I was a little anxious I was dealing with the XXX Vin Diesel group from the Fast and the Furious. And as a verified customer now, I would honestly give ten stars if I could. 1. Tee answers the phone right away and is polite and knowledgeable 2. The copper wash/treatment made my car look brand new - I didn't even recognize it (thanks Chin). 3. Then I asked Tee if he knew anyplace for a paint job on a back area of abrasion. He got me two quotes right away and even helped me drive the car to the autobody shop and bring it back. The car came back pristine. They even made sure the gas was filled! Amazing customer service. This is going to be my go to place from now on. Highly recommend. read more

I was confident I did my due diligence and saw the positive reviews so I decided to head over to Westchester Auto Spa HQ to get my front windows tinted. When the work was complete, the installer explained that there may be some moisture under the tint, but that would go away in a day or two. Ok, not a problem. In the shade, all looked ok. As I drove away and was sitting in the sun at a light, I noticed that there were multiple air pockets. Upon closer look, I saw the dust bunnies that we all hate under our phone covers. I had to run an errand, but called the shop and returned about an hour later as they said they would take a look at it. When the looked at it, I was told "The owner most likely will not do it again for just a few small dust bunnies." I pressed and said that is not acceptable. I paid for a service, and dust bunnies under tint is not what I paid for or expect. I expect a quality product for the price that was paid. He said he would call the owner back. I waited around for about another 15 minutes when he returned and stated "Well, I can do it again, but I cannot guarantee it will come out any better because there is glue underneath it now". Take note that they offer a 6 year warranty on their tint... So how after just an hour I can't get it replaced without a headache. So now the ball was left in my court... Accept the crappy job or roll the dice and possibly receive a worse job due to the circumstances. I chose to drive away and take it up with my credit card company. Now, my review is not based on the install. Sh__T happens. I am not that type of person. However, I do base my review on the lack of backing their product, terrible customer service, and refusal to provide a product that I paid for an expect. I do not recommend this company. Put your car in better hands and don't be asked to settle for poor workmanship. read more

Amazing experience here! My car really needed a cleaning and by the time the were done, it looked almost as if it was right off the lot -- gleaming, so clean and shiny. It was clear that they were in no hurry and they really took the time needed for customer satisfaction. I got the basic package but their attention to detail and deliberation were anything but basic. It's more expensive than your basic car wash, but so worth it as my car was infinitely cleaner than its ever been from a regular car wash, and thus will last longer. I called Westchester Auto Spa and they were extremely friendly and got me right in that week. Interaction with Tee was seamless.
