They will use a hard bristle brush all over your car leaving thousands of scratches across the paint. Not to mention they use the same brush on your rims (which don't come out clean) & then drag the dirt all across the paint embedding the deep scratches. DO NOT GO HERE. AWFUL. I wish I could give ZERO stars. To start, they slam on the gas of every car and spin your wheels when they drive a car into the wash. Every car. They are rude and quick to rush you out. Why? Because the cars do NOT come out clean! Their machines never touch the back of your car and it comes out just as dirty, just now wet and dirty. Don't get me started on the wheels.... But wait, it gets worse. The spinning brush inside the car wash that makes contact with the driver side of your car is slapping the wall on every rotation the brush makes. And they spin fast. What sucks is that it picks up little chips of the concrete wall and lashes the paint of your car with it. I will NEVER come back here and I hardly ever leave a Yelp review but it had to be done. Armondo at Ardsley listened to my needs and gave me the right direction on what to buy. The car is very clean, waxed and the door wells were done. The mats are very clean. What a waste of $25. I went there today and got the ultimate. The employee tried upselling me on the 'armor all interior' for $15 extra bucks. He basically said they wouldn't clean anything inside but if I paid $15 extra dollars they would. I felt like this was just some sleazy sales move as I read everything the ultimate (option #4 of 4, the top tier option) included and saw it did in fact include an interior vacuum, interior dash clean and trunk vacuum. Well I guess he wasn't lying and that they don't abide by what it says in writing that you get because my car didn't look like it was cleaned at all on the inside. There were still twigs and dust in the trunk and throughout. I felt swindled big time and won't be coming here again any time soon. There are way better, more honest car washes in the area. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

Let my experience serve as a warning to you. This place has gone WAY downhill. I used to come here with frequency, and for a while they did a really good job. But it has deteriorated - and more recently, the place has been awful. I took my completely empty (no seats, no contents at all) minivan in today for an "ultimate" - What could be easier to clean than a big box on wheels? I noticed that they had about half the staff I'd seen previously, and they workers didn't seem to be hustling like in the past. No one entered the back of my van to vacuum nor clean the inside of the windows, although they always used to. The reason you take a car to a car wash that cleans the interior is to get it vacuumed and have the windows cleaned! When I got back in, the back window was absolutely filthy, so I complained before I left, "Hey, you guys didn't clean the inside of the windows." One guy hastily wiped the one rear-facing window but missed all around the edges. The windows they had cleaned in the front were smudgy. The car was clearly still full of dust, pet hair, sand, etc. It had not been properly vacuumed. And when I stopped for gas afterwards, I noticed that the passenger side (which was not visible while I was at the car wash itself) was splattered with some odd white spray that feels rock hard. Some kind of car soap or wax that's going to strip the paint off my car? This is completely unacceptable and shameful. It would be one thing to waste $25+ for the wash itself, but wasting the time - and possibly having damage to my car's finish - is worse. Now I have to go clean the damn car myself. Update: After being unable to wash off the white matter myself, I called to ask what they put on my car and how to get it off, and they asked me to return so they could see. They kept trying to tell me that I must have driven through road paint on the way home, although there is no "paint" on the tire(s) - and the white splatter occurs elsewhere on the car, albeit more sparsely. I have hard, crusty, small, white specks even on the rear-facing back window and panel. Driving through something on the way home is not going to put paint there. There was none of this material on my vehicle when I took it there. When I got gas afterwards, just down the dry road, this white splatter was on the vehicle; clearly the only way it could have gotten there is from the car wash. I don't want anything from these people other than knowing what the stuff is and how to get rid of it, but they're insulting, hostile, and flatly dishonest. I was repeatedly told that they put nothing on any car other than "soap and water," even though I paid for what the sign said was carnauba wax. Well, do they or don't they use wax? I was told the boss had just left and was unreachable, until they eventually decided to call him. Etc. Their whole attitude was "not our problem." The bottom line is that they screwed something up, they will not admit to their error, and they didn't even get the car clean inside. read more

a quick decent car wash is what i needed after having a small dog as a passenger in the back seat that made a piss mess along with dog hairs on the seat situation. they do a good quick job for under 20 bucks and no lingering smell or sight that a dog was in the car. this ardsleys car wash gets crowded especially on weekends but early birds get the early quick in and out service. the interior is clean , the exterior is clean and now its time to hit the road without smelling a trace of a doggy. read more

Every time I've been here my car was not fully clean what so ever. Today was my third and final visit after my rims being extremely dirty still after the was. I paid for Armor all on my tires and there is no shine lol also they do not take they're time getting the car in the track. The turn ratio into the track is tiny. I have a huge scratch on my rim from two weeks ago with no idea where it came from but no evidence that it was them. I got the ultimate car wash and my car came out with a crack down the entire windshield. I let staff know and they said they would look at the cameras. After 35 minutes the guy came out and told me the crack was not there when I pulled in, confirming that they caused it. He tried to tell me that a rock must have hit the windshield previously making a chip and that the pressure of the car wash made the crack. When I asked if he could see the chip on the camera video he said he couldn't. I asked him to keep with the facts and not create hypotheticals. The owner refused to come in to discuss this with me and kept having his staff relay information to me via their phone calls. I asked for a copy of their insurance, the owner/managers full name, and a refund. They refused all requests. I had to call the police and they still refused to give the police any information, insurance, etc. Ardsley Car Wash has a complete lack of customer service and care for the customer experience. The staff acknowledged they caused the windshield crack but quickly refused to offer any insurance information or compensation - which is suspicious. This situation could have been rectified quickly with a copy of their insurance and a $30 refund - now they have made it much worse for themselves. Go at your own risk. read more

This place sucks. Literally everytime I visit these guys do the bare minimum for the highest price wash. They dont wipe down the inside. They don't wipe down the wheels. They don't use the tire shine. Nothing. They just vac the seats and run the car through the wash. That's it. Waste of 27 bucks. read more
