Generally when you go through a local car wash and spend 28.00 to get it washed, they vacuum the inside and do the windows real quick. Not these guys. They take their time. Air blower to blow out all the nooks and crannies. Good thorough vacuum, windows done nicely, and door jambs cleaned up too. Hands down the best car wash I've ever been too. read more

I would have rather have went to a machine car Wash that's how bad this place was.... They left big frozen patches of dirt on the car and they are now scratches on the clear coat because they were using brushes that they were had laying on the floor to scrub the dirt around the side of the car.. I would have never drove my $130,000 SUV to a car wash but I had no choice today as it was freezing read more

They do an excellent job cleaning inside and outside of car. Although it was busy when I went they are thorough with cleaning the car.

Went today and got a Amazing clean! Left my car spotless, with a great detailed cleaning.

I absolutely love Suds Car Wash in Yonkers! This place is hands down the best car wash I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot. They really take their time and make sure every little detail is done right. My car always comes out looking super clean, inside and out, like it's brand new. Most of the time, they're pretty quick, but it does depend on the day. Weekends get really busy, so you might have to wait a bit longer but it's worth it because they don't cut corners. The staff is friendly, professional, and you can tell they care about what they do. I am one satisfy Customer.! If you're looking for a car wash that's thorough and actually worth the money, this is the spot. I won't go anywhere else! read more

This is one of my favorite places to wash my car. The quality is great and I'm happy with the price too. This is one of the cheaper hand washes and they're thorough. I always come here all the way from my college to get a wash and never leave disappointed. All the guys are hard workers too so please be sure to check this place out. read more

This car wash used to be good. But now the trying make everything quick and are sloppy and not detailed. I paid $40 and they didn't clean well inside. their response was "we can't spend more than 7 mins on a car." I hate to write bad reviews but when I spoke to the manager, he was on the phone and he just opened the car and kept talking like I wasn't a paying customer. I just left and cleaned the inside of my car on my own read more

They did an amazing job!! They were able to remove some extremely stubborn stains from my car. They paid close attention to the issues I called out and my car looks amazing. Give them a shot, go earlier in the day If possible. Shorter lines ;) If they miss something or your car requires some special attention - point it out, they are very hospitable, helpful and quick to assist! I will definitely be back. read more

I was so excited to give my car a wash.... paid for the suds deluxe that includes the basic wash + armored all, vacuum, carpet clean, interior cleaning etc. Well 1 tire was not done, garbage all around the car still found.. so sad that the workers are not up to the task. Looking around on how they clean other cars and they miss the mark big time. I don't think I will recommend or come back. read more

Best car wash in New York ! This place is top-notch. Hand wash service that leaves your car spotless, and you can tell they really take their time and care with each vehicle. The attention to detail is unmatched. On top of that, they have the best prices in NY and I've been to plenty places. You won't find a better deal for the quality of service they provide anywhere else. I will not come or recommend this place. I came to get my car washed because my husband said he came a couple of times and supposedly had a good service. Well I guess things changed because this time it was a major waste of money for me. My car still had gunk everywhere. Things as simple as the interior door and cup holder area were left disgusting. I had to wipe down myself just to feel ok in this car. It's like they rush the job. They weren't even going to do the mats of my car until we told them like hello you forgot something because they were ready to send us off and move onto the next. Super disappointing and i really want my money back. read more

Deluxe Package is $27 dollars but does NOT include an interior cleaning... so no vacuum, no dash wipe down and no mirrors cleaned...which are the basics of any car wash! Overly priced for mediocre quality! Workers are nice but the cost is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! read more

Plaice is a rip off. They signs do not warn you of the super over priced car wash. They charge over $40 for a car wash and they don't tell you how much until you are in. Stay away it's a scam read more

This was my first time at Suds Car Wash and it won't be my last. This was actually my very first car wash with my first car! They did an excellent job. If you want a sub-par car wash, vacuum and an attitude for $21.00 go to Suds. I had to explain to the cashier/manager (different color shirt) that my car was a car (because he charged me for a minivan). He pretended not to speak English and pointed to the receipt, which had my license plate number on it. I said yes, that license plate is on my CAR. Unfortunate start. The employees did an okay job drying it if, hard to mess up. Then I pulled up behind one other car, waiting to be cleaned and vacuumed and the staff starts working on the car behind me. OMG, are you kidding me. The cashier/manager comes out and does the least he can do, vacuum and window wipe, to call it done. Whoever the "new management" is needs to shape this place up. The original owner understood customer service. read more

Great Car Wash. Whenever I'm in the area I make sure to stop by and get my car serviced. You will not be disappointed with the results.

This has to be the worst car wash experience ever. First I waited between 20 minutes it a half hour which is fine it was busy. Then I was told they weren't vacuuming cars due to be being busy ok fine. I went through the wash and my car still came out dirty. I brought it to their attention and was told I had to wait at the end of the line which was almost 3 blocks long. Why should I wait again for a service I paid for and dine right the first time. The 2 guys in the front didn t even want to deal with it. What kind if service is that? I'll go to another place read more

Took my car to the Blauvelt, NY location. New management and prices went up and quality went way down. Left and windows were dirty, took the mats out last. Exterior wash was average at best and water spots. Just a horrible experience . read more

Solid hand car wash. I got the "Super Suds" option... car came out looking really good. Paint was glistening! They did a pretty good job vacuuming inside too, I had dirt/crumbs everywhere... Suds is convenient for us. They're located very close to our residence and their pricing is pretty decent. They offer a thorough clean on your car and I am always happy with the job. We first tried them out with a voucher deal a few years ago but have continued to use their services. It's definitely not as good as detailing but for the price, you can't really beat it. I've driven past and have seen lines of cars, waiting to have theirs cleaned and luckily, I have never been on those lines. It's pretty fast. They power spray and soap your car before you head in and then the magic happens; I'm always transported to when I was a kid and rode in the car while my dad has his cleaned. After you emerged from the mechanical brushes, they wipe your car down, inside and out and vacuum, depending on the type of service for which you pay. SUVs get a $1 extra charge but i they still clean your car the best for the amount of money you're shelling out. I believe they also have a frequent cleaning special where you pay a certain amount and can get unlimited washes for a month or so. You should definitely inquire about that if interested. read more

They fly the 'thin red line' flag outside the business. All respect to firefighters injured or killed in the line of duty. This flag is easily mistaken for the fascist "thin blue line" police state flag, but it's not. Both of these flags violate United States Flag Code, but the 'thin red line' flag should not be interpreted as a violent, authoritarian, or racist message to the community. Solid car washes. read more

The guy who collected my money didn't do anything he was supposed to when entering the car wash but collect my money and play on his phone. Half my car went through with zero soap falling on my car. No air blowers at all to remove excess water b4 drying car, instead using wet towels to "dry" the car. Car was still dripping wet when moved for interior and vacuuming. No windex in spray bottles, instead it was poured on dirty towels and used for windows and interior etc. All for $25!!! Never again, I'd give minus stars if possible!!! Used to be a great car wash!!! Again one of the closest to where I live. I come here for a quick car wash, it's not the most clean but I'm satisfied. When I need a drive thru I just come here for $11.00 soap suds #1 you'll get your car shiny. For an additional $5.00 you'll get your dash board, console and carpet cleaned. Just add tip at end of the car wash after they armorall your tire. Or you can pay $20.00 monthly for an unlimited car wash. read more

My car was caked in filth. They did an excellent job of cleaning it. I got the standard $10 wash and was very satisfied with the job they did. Totally worth it. They blast and scrub you car before you drive through the wash. Then after a thorough cleaning in the drive through, they hand dry your car. Very good service. Will go back! read more

Don't waste your money. They dry soap spots into your paint and plastics!! It takes so many washes to get the stains out and it's VERY noticeable. I don't understand why they don't take the time out to fully rise the car before drying it...If you don't believe me, just watch the cars come out after being washed, you'll see the soap suds still on the car and see them DRYING it like that. read more

This is by far the worst car wash I asked him what is the best one you guys have they got the $25 supposed to include everything they are sloppy if you value your money you take it somewhere else I'm sure you can get a better deal for $15 the whole package somewhere else they are horrible the line forever the vacuums don't even have enough power this place is a joke the Spanish people talk s*** behind your back they forget about wiping down Windows they don't get in the crevices of the cup holders I paid for armor All they forgot my arm roll I told the lady she forgot my window gave me an attitude I had to grab a towel myself and clean it people told me this was a good car wash I guess that was a big lie and I'm sure the owner doesn't care about customer service cuz he's never there read more

I live upstate and when I'm leaving the city I make a stop when I need a wash. I've paid the same in other locations and cannot compare. I'm always satisfied with my wash. I've had to downgrade my rating, cancel my subscription, and quit frequenting Suds after: (1) their large brushes knocked off and scratched my driver's side mirror ('though the owner, Denny, reimbursed me after some negotiation, the workers there advised me that happens a lot), (2) their equipment spiderweb-scratched my vehicle's finish, prompting my detailer to advise he'd prefer my not washing the vehicle at all between details to going there and my family attorney to concur, (3) one of the workers deeply scratched the front quarter panel all the way through the paint to the metal read more

Great people great service friendly staff great atmosphere they know what they doing Nadeem from Yonkers

I've bought the monthly was package. I have been going there for a few months now about 2x a week. I'm fairly disappointed with the service. My biggest problem is with the prep wash guys. They are just plain lazy. I have yet to see them take out the brush and clean my wheels. I get a lot of brake dust on them and the machine just doesn't do the job up yo my standards. Secondly they do a half ass job on the initial soap up. One guy will half spray down my car and barely touch it with the brush and the other will spray some solution on my rims and that's it. When going through the machine the left side brush doesn't even make contact with my door. The dry off guys are decent but aren consistent as well. They are just trying to rush me through so they can sit down and get back on their phones and the kicker is that I'm the only one there so why rush! And to top it off I just seen a sign there that said prices will be going up for the monthly. If you own this place and are reading this please light a fire under your workers asses. All I'm looking for is some consistency. I'm not half ass'n my monthly payments so please stop half assign my service. Sincerely, Soon to be ex customer. read more
