I put my gps and saw that its was literally 4 minutes away from my house so i went by to check it out. I gave the owner Charlie a call and was given a quote for my request, we set up an appointment. The day of my appointment i finally met the owner charlie and let me tell you this guy is genuine and amazing at what he does, i went there for a winter package which included the full car detail (interior,exterior) also undercarriage salt cleanse and 3 months ceramic coating. Charlie and his Wife took great care of my car and left me amazed with how great my car looked, honestly it looked like it just came off the dealerships floor. Will be a returning customer for sure!! I came back on a weekday afternoon and the wait was much shorter. I got an exterior wash with an undercarriage clean, and everything was under $20, which is a great price. I had gone to another place before and paid close to $30 for a similar wash. I was a little hesitant to try Oakley's because of some negative reviews, but my experience was positive. The service was good and the price was even better. They also offer a discount after 6pm, which is a nice bonus.

When my car was side-swiped in a parking spot, he worked with me to find a convenient time for the repair, and coordinated with insurance, the rental car company, and me while I was traveling out of state, making the process easy and painless. He outsourced part of the detailing work, which resulted in a tiny dent on a panel, which I completely missed. I would have happily rolled off the lot but he made sure to flag it, and scheduled a quick return so he could make it perfect. I hope I won't have much need for autobody repair anytime soon, but if I do I'll be happy to take it back to Fernando. He's a pleasure to work with.

Brian was about 15 minutes late for our appointment but he texted to advise of his late ETA. Traffic can be unpredictable so that was understandable. He was very cordial and professional. Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results.
