I paid for the "Best" service - however my car was left with water marks all over the body and glass..... the tire shine was on only 1/2 the wheels and the interior mats were completely wet. BEWARE of what you pay for at this car wash! First off, the staff are friendly and attentive. The service provided was terrible! I ordered "The Best Wash" at $25.99, which includes hot wax, triple foam polish, RainX, etc. As I watched the vehicle run thru- NONE of those indicators lit. The cashier politely shared that this happens at times and offered to run the vehicle thru again. No problem, I could deal with that. Unfortunately, they accidentally locked my key in the car, not once but twice. I had to wait 20min with the vehicle running outside for someone to bring a spare key. I noticed the vehicle still had bug guts on the windshield and front fender. They ran the vehicle thru a second time- and still NONE of the extras I planned to pay for. Again, my key was accidentally locked in the vehicle (thank goodness I had the spare). That said 40min later, I was still expected to pay for a the service and inconvenience of my time. My friend and I both came here to get our cars washed today and we left beyond disappointed. We both paid for "the best." My friend's tires were dirty, her handles were firty as was the lining of the trunk. My car has been sitting with some bird poop for a while that I was hoping to get out. I knew that it might stain, but I simply wanted the bird poop off. When the car came out, the bird poop was still there. I voiced my concern and was told that they could do nothing about it. Instead, I was given a card to a related detailing place from "sam". It was to the point that my friend asked for a rag to clean up her car. We both ended up driving to another car wash where with just the automatic car wash, the bird poop did come off. This was ridiculous. And the people were pretty dismissive and rude. read more

This car wash used to be the best. I used to come to this place a lot before it changed owners. They use practically NO soap, half of the sprayers and brushes didn't work and only the left side of my car got foam and spray waxed. Two others witnessed what I saw as well. After explaining this to the cashier, he Only took a few dollars off, when i should have either gotten the car rewashed (halfa**) or at very least more than half off the price. Five months ago there were customers that were arguing with the owner because they couldn't use their prepaid coupon books (gift cards) or coupons. He claimed he didn't have too because he was the new owner It was under the same business name. Period! That left a bad taste in my mouth. After that he changed the name of the business. I ONLY give businesses 2 chances within 6 months if I have had a bad experience. I will never be returning here and I will be complaining to the Westcheter county consumer affairs division and Yonkers consumer protection. read more

i stopped by this car wash in yonkers on midland ave cause i was in the area on a sunday nfl football morning and the most important reason is that my siblings dog took a dump and threw up in the rear cargo area and the smell is horrible . it's a bit crowded but line is moving and it's a full service car wash with a bunch of package deals and if you come after 8pm they have a welfare deal that knocks off 4 bucks they are quick from wash too dry and no sloppy job . the windows were streak free and carpets were spotless . overall a good place to bring your car for a wash day or night . This is the WORST car wash!!!! Came in for their "best" as they call it and I was told it was the same thing as during the day but at a discounted rate. I went in and asked the girl behind the counter to make sure it would be washed and vacuumed like the sign said and I was told and she said yes. I pointed it out to one of the attendants and he said something I didn't understand and went to fix it (I thought), but when I got back in the car it was still dirty. I had purchased a book of car wash tickets and used 7 out of 10. Left town for three months and returned to find the car wash under new management. They refused to honor the pre-purchased wash and actually made the line back out to let me out. When you buy a business, the purchase price typically considers obligations of this kind. In other words, the new management was paid to provide the car washes. The new management is poor management and is dishonest. In order to save the cost of providing 3 car washes that they were paid for, this so-called "manager" cheated a regular customer -- I had been going there for several years -- and without hesitating to inconvenience other customers to do it. So now, whenever I get the chance, I recommend against using this car wash. read more

After asking for a simple wash and armor all the tires. I was given a ticket for their top of the line wash costing $23.99. After the car was done, I noticed none of the workers had touched my tires.
