i had better car washes and i had worst car washes so i will put trinity car wash located in ardsley in the middle. i really cant ask much for a basic 15 buck car wash but the car is a bit cleaner then before the wash and the interior looks cleaner especially the floor mats. i didnt have to wait long and the washing equipment looks fairly modern and new. nothing special about this car wash joint but its worth the 3 yelp stars i am giving . read more

I went to this car wash because it is close by and had good reviews on google. Admittedly my Jeep was more dirty than usual, as I had removed the carpet for the winter months. As I pulled in, the greeter looked upset as my truck is lifted with big tires. I guess to him it meant more work. I am happy to pay whatever it costs for a good job to be done, and figured they would charge me a few dollars extra. I am not fluent in Spanish, but I understand enough to know the towel crew was pissed off. One of the guys even went on to say: "Sh!t, I guess I'll wash just half the tires." I didn't say anything and let it go, but when they told me the truck was ready, it clearly wasn't. Soap all over the outside and door jambs, tires partially shined, and the windows still have smudges. Also there are still clumps of dirt on my floor as well as god hair in the trunk. I've uploaded pictures to support this, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. The girl at the desk was nice but I guess the workers operate on a square footage quota. I understand I didn't pay for a detail job but that isn't what I was expecting either. The outcome is deplorable. read more

I've been coming here for years and today I realize that I've been charged extra because I have an SUV. It's not a Tahoe and it is not a suburban It's not One of the big jeep wranglers. It's not a Hummer and it's certainly not a Range Rover. It's smaller than a BMW 750 I which doesn't get charged extra money When I asked the girl at the cash register what determines the SUV surcharge she had no clue Coming out of the car wash was a very small perhaps the smallest Mercedes SUV smaller than a Passat. They were charged extra money also but not the Passat So I would like to know from the owner of this car wash when does the SUV surcharge take place are you discriminating against everyone that owns an suv no matter what the size? I paid $21.95 for full service to include vacuuming the trunk because I had sand in it. The entire car should have been vacuumed, cleaned/wiped down. The trunk was not vacuumed and the rest of the car was barely cleaned. I called as soon as I got home and realized they never opened the trunk. The lady offered for me to come back and clean it again. This is not the first time they have done a substandard job. I won't go back.
