I'm a dog dad. I LOVE bringing my dogs with me everywhere I can, and there is genuinely NOTHING like seeing a happy pup with their head out the window smiling. With that, of course, comes a bit of a sacrifice. It is inevitable that dog hair & messiness will occur. After a long winter and a messy spring, my Subie was LONG overdue for a PROPER cleaning, and there currently does not exist a car wash capable enough to do the job I needed to do, and my little handvac is woefully under-powered. I called around, the mobile detailers did not give me any confidence that they would do an adequate job. Checking with on-site detailers, Debbie was the first to call me back. I sent her photos and she came back with a rough estimate that was lower than the other guys. I dropped off the car with her and she walked me through her process, which I always appreciate. It is important to me that service professionals are transparent about the work they are doing. It goes a long way to instill confidence! Due to the nature of the work, Debbie worked with me to arrange pickup the following day to allow her plenty of time to get into the nooks and crannies. Suffice to say, Debbie's efforts surpassed my expectations. I knew that the job I was asking for wasn't going to be a quick one, and as such, when I saw my Subie restored to practically Brand New Car On Dealer's Showroom Floor level, I was elated! The interior restoration exceeded expectations: The front cockpit shows no sign of dust, pollen, streaks or fingerprints. In between the seats, the tight corners and edges, clearly shampooed and conditioned. But the exterior work was truly something else, too. I suspect Debbie will be seeing a lot more of me... While the scope of work meant my overall bill was definitely at the high end of my budget, it turned out to be lower than I had anticipated!!!! Another detailer had given me an estimate that was higher by almost 20%, so I'm sure the actual total would have been outrageous by comparison. Our main concern was getting rid of some tough and stubborn stains on all of the seats. I'd never gone to a detailing place before, so I was a little intimidated while searching for a place that could clean the interior of my boyfriend's car. Fortunately, I found Auto Detailing Center owned by Debbie. She put any worries that I had to rest. She knows her stuff and takes pride in the work she does. When I brought the car in for an estimate, I met Debbie and she gave me an honest assessment of the extent of the work that would need to be done. She explained what equipment she uses, too. Then we scheduled a time for me to drop off the car and pick it up. I was shocked when I picked up the car. The interior was so clean! I was amazed. You see, this is an older car (a 2004 model) that's never had interior cleaning done to it. That's 12 years of dirt and grime that has collected over time (actually it's scary to think about that too long). But Debbie worked her magic: - Air tool cleaning to remove all heavy stains - Hot water extractor on the upholstery and carpets that were really soiled - And trim detailing (door jams and windows cleaned) - Plus she threw in a car wash and cleaned off the brake dust on the tires (and there was A LOT of brake dust) Debbie did a thorough job and I am more than pleased with the outcome. Long story short: I don't think the quality of service matched the price I paid. I am going somewhere else for my next car detail. Now, let me start off by explaining that I must have misheard the owner when she quoted me a price on the phone because I thought she quoted me a price that was $35-40 below the average price. I figured since it was a small business, they reduced their prices to be more competitive. The actual price I paid was $50-70 above average (excluding tax) which I would've NEVER paid if I heard her correctly). That being said, I feel like this is my fault because I did not ask for a proof of price quote before I left my car with her. Now, as for the quality of work. It was ok but it was NOT worth the price I paid. The fabric on the car seats & middle area were still dirty. She told me before I picked up the car that there were still stains she couldn't get out. I went home and tried to clean the console myself (just to see) and surprise surprise the stains came out. There were footprints on the car mats (driver and passenger), they could have done a slightly better job vacuuming the car. The driver seat had dirt on it and the trunk still had dirt rolling around in the back. The front console and driver / passenger side consoles were cleaned but there were still areas that could have been cleaned better. I had to go over those items with a Clorox wipe, when I got home. Overall: It's not worth the price. read more

I dropped my car off afterhours, and it was finished by mid afternoon the next day. The car was squeaky clean, and she paid a ton of attention to detail. I have delayed in writing this review b/c I've been a bit busy, but my car was detailed probably a month or more ago, and it is still gleaming with an occasional rinse. There was buildup in my wheels and under the car, and it was all gone when I got back the next day, the car even rides better! I will be coming back here probably twice a year to get a touch up now that its been initially detailed. I'd highly recommend Debbie, and although my car didn't have too many big issues, I witnessed her doing wonders with a car that had many more issues. Fair prices and very good work. We brought two cars in. Our 2003 civic was in ok condition. Debbie steam cleaned the interior and applied scotch guard to the seats. Car interior looks great. The second car was a little more problematic. We are using our friends 2008 Prius and it was quit messy and and smelled fairly bad. My husband made this appointment for the car. I have to say that this was great service and I believe great results... We had no particular major issue, just a well-loved car interior to revive. Debbie was very forthright and thorough. What my husband told me to expect actually happened. I arrived at 10:02 AM: Debbie greeted me, shook my hand, handed me keys for a loaner car, and, later, called me to come pick up the car. The Scotch Guarding to it was a little extra, but it looks so good! The cost of it, I think was VERY REASONABLE... And, I did not expect her to wash the exterior - but she threw that in. It looks so clean and Debbie is right its amazing what the beige cloth seats and carpet interior can hide from people's view. My husband kept a few momento-coins in the car... Keepsakes from my husband's childhood homes. They were set aside to be kept safe during the cleaning and I did not notice until I got home that they were still in the safe keeping place. I called and she has them. I'll go pick them up tomorrow morning: yes, she is open on a Sunday... That is called good customer service. She is not a CAR WASH joint... She runs a locally owned and managed business. It is GREAT to see local businesses thrive. This Auto Detailing Center is just as good as it gets!
