Had to drop my 2024 F350 off for a warranty issue with the left side driver and passenger doors. upon arriving asked for Joe the manager was greeted politely and professional,showed him the issue dropped the truck off the following afternoon was done the next day issue resolve. i also had a few scratches on the tailgate which he was able to touch up for me when asked how much it would be told me not to worry about it. definitely would recommend this place for all you body work needs read more

They did a pretty good job of fixing my wife's handy work on her a6. I've attached before and after shots. There was a little confusion as to what I thought I was getting and what I got, but their prices were good and overall the car looks better. Also, they were quick to respond to questions that I had throughout which I appreciate. read more

I am writing this review due to an extremely, ridiculously terrible experience. The date of the minor accident with a curb in a parking lot (not even another vehicle) was 04/03/2022. My car was picked up by Wayne Motors Auto Body on 04/04/2022. After 54 days on 05/27, they FINALLY called and said that our car was ready to go. My 17 year old son that drives the VW Jetta TDI went to pick the vehicle up. He made it out of their parking lot and onto route 23 only to find that the vehicle wouldn't accelerate over 20 MPH. He parked next door, walked in the pouring rain back to Wayne Motors to give them the key and had to Uber home. Joe, the employee at Wayne Motors said that he drove the vehicle for over 20 minutes on the highway going 70 MPH so this made no sense. However, after they towed the vehicle back the same day, they later told us that the air flow turbo intake part that they replaced was after market and too big so it was getting too much air flow in order to accelerate over 20 MPH. Therefore, he clearly was NOT honest about driving it for 20 minutes on the highway going 70 MPH. After 12 more days of the vehicle in the shop, they called on 06/08/2022 and said it was ready. My son went to pick the car up and there was a loud knocking in the tire. Wayne Motors towed the vehicle back to the shop on 06/09/2022. Wayne Motors had my car for basically 9 more days and on 06/17/2022 just before 5pm when they closed, they called and said the car was ready, yet again. My son picked up the vehicle and barely made it home. The sound that it was making when he pulled up left me in a panic! Allstate then sent my vehicle to the VW Dealer and the news they gave was terrifying!!! On 06/23 the VW dealership called to let me know that they drove it around to the back and could hear the knocking sound and that the car is not aligned. He said he wanted to get it on the lift before he drives it just to make sure. He called about an hour later with horrifying news! He worked on my car 09/2021 and said he couldn't believe what Wayne Motors did to my car. He said there were bent parts, missing bolts, incorrect bolts, stripped lug nuts and several other issues that needed to be corrected. As of the date of this review, we have been without our vehicle for 101 days and counting. This is absolutely absurd and should have never been handled in such an unprofessional way! Also, we pay far too much for insurance for us to not even have the car for over 3 months! The fact that Wayne Motors allowed my 17 year old, inexperienced driver to leave on not one, not even two, BUT THREE times in a vehicle that they KNEW was not properly repaired nor SAFE TO DRIVE is 100% unacceptable!! I have never once had a worse experience as a consumer! I am 100% NOT SATISFIED with the manner in which this was handled! What are they doing that your not aloud to see? Are they doing something illegal that's why your not aloud to to see what they are doing. You go anywhere elseyyou can stand somewhere safe to watch what'shhappening with your vehicle. The inspection station is iffy to me since they tried to refuse to do my car because I want to stay with it, what is so secret that they have to hide your information from you. I've had people at inspection station by the state looking at my car for something you are not even inspection. Why you going through my car, revving my engine and opening my hood when your not supposed too because that's not your job and you looking to fail someone because the state inspection is a con, employees think they are better then anyone else and you have no reason to refuse anyone unless you have something to hind. read more

I picked up my 2003 envoy today and was so excited to see the job well done I needed the entire hatch ,window and break light fixed and it was completed very professionally and the bill was extremely reasonabl. I had some work done here after a tire shop damaged my rocker panel and door. Also some had chips on the hood fixed. I got estimates from many shops, and this place was the lowest (now I see why) When I picked the car up the first time, the interior trims were not put back properly and the windshield washer nozzles were not hooked up. Also, the door and rocker job was done terribly. To make a long story short, I had to keep coming back for them to basically re-do the job and it still isn't quite right. I don't recommend this shop. Go to Black Oak Auto Body or Mountain View. I'm being generous with two starts because the people were very cooperative, but come on, this is a luxury car dealer, have some quality control. read more

My 2011 Sienna was replaced AC condenser in 2017 at Wayne Motors Auto Body, and gradually loosing cooling power since 2019. I called Manager Joe, and he asked me to check in immediately and quickly fixed the problem, so I am "cool" again to drive the car during the hot summer. Many thanks to Joe and staffs. read more

I can't say enough nice things about this place. They were accommodating and reassuring at a stressful time. They did a beautiful job repairing the accident damage to my '04 Focus making it look almost as good as new. Wow - what a great experience! I haven't been to an auto body shop in forever. This pace is clean, convenient and has great staff. The grill on my car broke off after being hit so I popped over to get an estimate. They did the estimate immediately then scheduled me for the service. I went to pick up my car and they had cleaned it! I would definitely recommend this place to others. I don't have a Lincoln either. Awesome. read more
