I have a minor incident and had to replace the front bumper and grill. Given the popularity of this auto body shop, it wasn't the easiest to get the earliest appointment. However once repairs started, they were completed promptly and the final product is similar to getting a car off the lot (freshly cleaned and washed). Quality of repairs is high, service is detailed and informed and reasonable for quality. I am more than happy to recommend to other Yelp folks and personal friends!

The shop has lost its way - what a shame. This place used to be top notch for service and support,…read morebut it has gone downhill fast. All the good techs have left in the past few months, and ones that remain call in sick. This happened to me twice on two separate Saturdays - only finding out when I showed up for my appointments. The shop owner seems more concerned with splitting the showroom with in to support a Pokemon store (huh??). Talk about losing focus on your core business! As a fan and supporter of small business, I am very sad to see this happen. Unfortunately I think it is beyond repair, and I will be going elsewhere to finish the work that they started. Such a shame. I won't be returning.

I couldn't be happier with the work Patrick and the team at PNA did on my 2025 Toyota RAV4…read more From the beginning, Patrick took the time to explain every step of the installation and made recommendations based on sound quality instead of simply trying to sell me more equipment. His attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding. My system includes an ARC Audio X2 800.8 DSP/amplifier, JL Audio speakers, Infinity speakers, Beyma A-pillar tweeters, a Rockford Fosgate subwoofer, and sound deadening. The installation is exceptionally clean, everything works perfectly, and it looks completely factory. The biggest difference came from Patrick's DSP tuning. He transformed the system into something I honestly didn't think was possible in a RAV4. The soundstage is wide, the vocals are perfectly centered, the bass is tight and controlled, and every instrument is incredibly clear. The music is balanced, detailed, and enjoyable at any volume. Before the tuning I liked my system, but after Patrick finished, it became a completely different experience. I would rate the sound quality a 9.5 out of 10, and it now has the refined, premium sound I was hoping to achieve. If you're looking for a shop that truly understands car audio, DSP tuning, and high-quality installations, I highly recommend PNA. Patrick's knowledge, craftsmanship, and passion for great sound really show in his work. Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

These guys are LEGIT. I've been obsessed with cars and trucks since the original Gran Turismo on…read morePS1, and ever since I was old enough to drive, I've been customizing my vehicles. I've visited at least 50 custom car shops over the years, and NONE have delivered the level of quality that Fl3xin Autoworx does. I bought a Rivian R1T to start a small business, but a month into it, I got rear-ended by an 18-wheeler, which left my truck with a destroyed bumper, towing chassis, and rear quarter panels on both sides. I spent weeks visiting various shops, trying to find someone who could handle the repairs and add a few custom mods. I even got estimates from Rivian-certified shops, but they suggested I declare the truck a total loss, which was not an option for me. After weeks of searching, I turned to Perplexity, an AI assistant, for help, and it recommended Fl3xin Autoworx. I reached out to one of the owners, Freddy, through Yelp, and he responded within five minutes. We discussed what I wanted, and he asked me to bring the truck in for an assessment. Freddy was upfront and honest; he even pointed out that the replacement quarter panels I bought weren't necessary because he was confident they could smooth out the existing ones--something not many body shops would suggest. I've had cars wrapped at shops in Jersey, Long Island, and Queens, and the wraps always started to peel within a few months. It's been two months since Freddy and his team wrapped my truck, and there isn't a single sign of distortion. The quality of their work speaks for itself. I cannot recommend Fl3xin Autoworx enough. I'll be posting pictures of the finished product soon, once my new Sony camera arrives, because the iPhone just doesn't do justice to how incredible the truck looks. If you're in Bergen County, you won't miss me--I'm the one driving the Camo White Rivian R1T.

The customer service I received was great, a true reflection of their commitment to the car enthusiast community. Their system is efficient, professional, and customer focused. This is not your typical tire install shop, FAP Auto offers a range of services including mounting with "Road Force Balance", wheel and tire services, powder coating, and suspension work. They take the time to do things right, especially with high-performance tires like Pirellis, so make sure to allocate a couple of hours for the install. There is a customer waiting area in the rear of the garage with a few seats, which is a nice option if you choose to stick around.
