I have a minor incident and had to replace the front bumper and grill. Given the popularity of this auto body shop, it wasn't the easiest to get the earliest appointment. However once repairs started, they were completed promptly and the final product is similar to getting a car off the lot (freshly cleaned and washed). Quality of repairs is high, service is detailed and informed and reasonable for quality. I am more than happy to recommend to other Yelp folks and personal friends!

Second, his estimate was thorough, specific and I was sent a written proposal within hours. While his estimate was not the least expensive of the three that I got (it was literally the average of the highest and lowest), it appeared reasonable. He thought the body work required would take one week to a week and a half. I got the car back in four days! The work was immaculate...my car looks brand new. And, best of all, it was about 20% less than the estimate! Finally, no one at Car Kraft solicited me for a review. I can recommend Car Kraft of Englewood without reservation!

Two Brothers Auto Body - Simply the Best!!!…read more I can't even begin to explain how amazing Two Brothers Auto Body was! From the very first phone call (where I was basically crying about my car being hit by a truck) to the very second I drove my totally repaired car off their lot they made everything so easy and stress-free. I've never been in an accident before, so I had no idea what to expect -- but they walked me through every single step, handled all the back-and-forth with the insurance company, and kept me updated the whole time. Jay was absolutely incredible to deal with -- professional, patient, and just genuinely kind. He answered every question I had (and I had a lot!) and really went out of his way to make sure I understood the process and kept telling me not to worry. The turnaround time honestly blew...my...mind!! I thought it would take weeks, but they had my car looking brand new so much faster than I expected. The quality of the work is flawless -- you'd never even know there was damage to begin with. I am putting up a picture of the side of my car which was crunched in and my doors were mangled. He (yes my car is a "he") looks BRAND NEW! If you're ever in an accident and want a shop that actually cares, this is the place. Two Brothers made a crazy stressful situation so easy, and I'm beyond grateful for how they treated me and my car. I can not recommend these guys enough. Thank you once again

A lot of the reviews on this page are for the dealership, and not the service center. I get it - I…read morebought my car there too, and that experience was really pretty awful. However, the service center is a different animal. Initially I took my car there for service just because it was under warranty and there wasn't anyplace closer. And over the years, I have to say they've treated me right. My car is well past the warranty stage now, but I still go there because it is a good experience. Appointments are generally available whenever you want them. They will give you 'real talk' about what is important vs what is just recommended by the Lexus maintenance schedule. And I don't find their prices to be abusive. Sure, it might be higher than other places -- service at the dealership usually is. But the couple of times I've gone other places for minor things (tires, etc.) the cost savings was not giant, but the hassle certainly was. Part of what you pay for is customer service, and I've pretty much always been happy with the customer service here. Should you buy your car here? Maybe not. But if you already have a Lexus and you need service, these folks are legit.
