From the very first phone call (where I was basically crying about my car being hit by a truck) to the very second I drove my totally repaired car off their lot they made everything so easy and stress-free. I've never been in an accident before, so I had no idea what to expect -- but they walked me through every single step, handled all the back-and-forth with the insurance company, and kept me updated the whole time. Jay was absolutely incredible to deal with -- professional, patient, and just genuinely kind. He answered every question I had (and I had a lot!) and really went out of his way to make sure I understood the process and kept telling me not to worry. The turnaround time honestly blew...my...mind!! I thought it would take weeks, but they had my car looking brand new so much faster than I expected. The quality of the work is flawless -- you'd never even know there was damage to begin with. I am putting up a picture of the side of my car which was crunched in and my doors were mangled. He (yes my car is a "he") looks BRAND NEW! If you're ever in an accident and want a shop that actually cares, this is the place. Two Brothers made a crazy stressful situation so easy, and I'm beyond grateful for how they treated me and my car. I can not recommend these guys enough. Thank you once again

The owner, Jay (just like me!), was incredibly friendly from the start and took the time to explain every detail of their work. My car was promised to be ready in 24 hours, and he definitely delivered on that promise. If you're looking for an auto shop, I definitely recommend this one.I got two quotes from other places before arriving here, and they were quite expensive with job estimates of 48 to 72 hours.I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Jay and his team for the incredible work they've accomplished. A lot of the reviews on this page are for the dealership, and not the service center. I get it - I…read morebought my car there too, and that experience was really pretty awful. However, the service center is a different animal. Initially I took my car there for service just because it was under warranty and there wasn't anyplace closer. And over the years, I have to say they've treated me right. My car is well past the warranty stage now, but I still go there because it is a good experience. Appointments are generally available whenever you want them. They will give you 'real talk' about what is important vs what is just recommended by the Lexus maintenance schedule. And I don't find their prices to be abusive. Sure, it might be higher than other places -- service at the dealership usually is. But the couple of times I've gone other places for minor things (tires, etc.) the cost savings was not giant, but the hassle certainly was. Part of what you pay for is customer service, and I've pretty much always been happy with the customer service here. Should you buy your car here? Maybe not. But if you already have a Lexus and you need service, these folks are legit.

My wife's car needed maintenance on a rattling noise…read more She was able to get a loaner for a week because we had a big snow storm last week. Communication with her car was slow but probably they were backed up from the snow storm. The people at the front who receive the cars work really hard. Saw them disinfect the car and apply a plastic cover on the driver seat.

Before placing the order, I spoke with Amyn, who clearly explained the process and made everything seamless from start to finish. Amyn and his staff are not only highly knowledgeable but also demonstrate top-tier workmanship. The customer service I received was great, a true reflection of their commitment to the car enthusiast community. Their system is efficient, professional, and customer focused. This is not your typical tire install shop, FAP Auto offers a range of services including mounting with "Road Force Balance", wheel and tire services, powder coating, and suspension work. They take the time to do things right, especially with high-performance tires like Pirellis, so make sure to allocate a couple of hours for the install. There is a customer waiting area in the rear of the garage with a few seats, which is a nice option if you choose to stick around. Keep in mind, it's a working garage, so you'll see and hear everything that comes with that. But if you're a car person, you'll probably enjoy it. Definitely recommend FAP Auto to anyone looking for honest, high quality automotive service. They do good work. I'll absolutely be returning! dp @vinopotato

Update: got the car back, these guys really don't know what they are doing. Interior covered in…read moreoverspray, all my carbon fiber trim feels like sandpaper, water damage on door panels, paint work was crap. Carlos lied and said he did an alignment and all suspension was good but the control arms are still bent and car drives sideways. These guys charged my insurance $8500 for an $800 job and still didn't fix anything. Car is junk now....Oh boy there's so much more I can say but I won't. Just DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO NO LIMIT!!! They will tell you whatever you want to hear and will not deliver..... Hey Carlos, since you won't answer my texts and keep dodging me, how about a refund and I'll bring the car to someone that knows what they are doing. Car has been in the shop since April 15. Expected completion date was may 10. On May 14 Carlos says the car will be completed on may 15 and he will cover the cost of the additional rental days. On may 17 Carlos said the car was ready. Upon arriving to pick up the car, I noticed the car was not done correctly. Carlos agreed and said I couldn't leave with the car in that condition. Carlos claimed it would be ready in a week. On June 2nd I reached out for an updated date and received no response On June 6th I reached out again saying I just needed confirmation the rental was still being covered. Carlos stated it is and it will be ready in a week. On June 24 I reached out again for an update with no response. On July 3rd, today I called and Carlos said the car still isn't ready due to paint issues and will need two more days. Now it's August 13th and proceeding with legal action.
