Two Brothers Auto Body - Simply the Best!!! I can't even begin to explain how amazing Two Brothers Auto Body was! From the very first phone call (where I was basically crying about my car being hit by a truck) to the very second I drove my totally repaired car off their lot they made everything so easy and stress-free. I've never been in an accident before, so I had no idea what to expect -- but they walked me through every single step, handled all the back-and-forth with the insurance company, and kept me updated the whole time. Jay was absolutely incredible to deal with -- professional, patient, and just genuinely kind. He answered every question I had (and I had a lot!) and really went out of his way to make sure I understood the process and kept telling me not to worry. The turnaround time honestly blew...my...mind!! I thought it would take weeks, but they had my car looking brand new so much faster than I expected. The quality of the work is flawless -- you'd never even know there was damage to begin with. I am putting up a picture of the side of my car which was crunched in and my doors were mangled. He (yes my car is a "he") looks BRAND NEW! If you're ever in an accident and want a shop that actually cares, this is the place. I don't usually write reviews, but I really want to share my experience at this place for anyone seeking top-notch service at a fair price. The owner, Jay (just like me!), was incredibly friendly from the start and took the time to explain every detail of their work. My car was promised to be ready in 24 hours, and he definitely delivered on that promise. I usually do not give reviews, but I must say Jay was great to work with. He is very professional and did a superb job. I have an old car with low mileage. One of the panels had a rust spot with paint problems. I went to get quotes at a few collision places, one didn't even want to attempt it because of the rust spot. Since I had a good experience with Two Brothers years ago, I came in for a quote. The cost was lowest and quite reasonable. They have had my Porsche for the last FIVE months, and for the last two months, they have promised to deliver the car; I have to follow up every week to find out the status, and there is a new excuse every time. I am dealing with a person named Jay. He claims to be the owner, but I have only seen empty promises from him as an owner. Also, his follow-up is terrible; I rate it 0 out of 5. Someone from my office or I have to call him repeatedly for a response. I would not recommend this place. After explaining to him that the lease on the car has already expired and that I am still making payments for an extended lease, he has no sense of urgency. The work was excellent and the repair looks brand new. Very professional, although I only interacted with the owner Jay. He let me know off the bat what needed to be done to my vehicle and he told me how much, he looked thoroughly at all damage. I told him I needed to make sure the repairs were seamless since its a leased vehicle and he worked magic! Awesome work, and done right on time. Absolutely excellent service. I went to the shop with some major bodywork needing to be done on the bumper that 3 other body shops quoted with prices ranging from 400-1000 dollars. The dealership said that nothing short of a new bumper would work. I did however hear a technician from one of the body shops mention that there might be a relatively easy fix. None of the salesmen there or other body shops brought this up again as a possibility. I was almost ready to shell out the 400 until I came to Two Brothers, and one of the mechanics there came out to take a close look at the bumper, and in less than five minutes, got to work repairing the bumper back to a great condition (not perfect but amazing for how the bumper looked previously) in just 10 minutes. No wait in line, and the whole job only costed 50 dollars! They really care about their customers here and are much more understanding than the other shops of how prohibitively expensive bodywork can be. Professional, knowledgeable, and truly helpful. I had an accident in a parking garage that left some major scrapes on the side of my car that went down to the metal. I took my car to a bunch of places for estimates, and Two Brothers came in the lowest by far. I decided to go with them since the owner Jay seemed professional and to know what he was doing. I'm so glad I did. I just picked up the car and it looks great. The paint was blended perfectly, and you can't tell there was ever any damage. I definitely recommend them since they did an amazing job, finished it in the time they said they would, and were extremely reasonable in terms of price. I had to leave a review for my new "Go to guys" I over herd a few barbers talking about where they get custom work done for there cars..so earlier that week I got into a major accident car had to be towed..so I ask Him where they located and he gave me a number told me to ask for Nari..hands down the nicest set of guys in the business. GREAT SERVICE... I went to the shop with a broken passenger side mirror. Since the mirror was actually dislodged from the car, Jay said he would reattach the mirror . The following day the job was completed, but Jay was not satisfied with the finished product. He promised me he would get another mirror and install same. The next day I returned to the shop and lo and behold, my car had a new side mirror perfectly installed and without an additional charge.
