December 5, 2016 Dear Matty and son…read more Just to let you know how much I appreciated your service last week. You agreed to have my Sienna front panel and bumper ready Thursday noon after I left it with you Tuesday morning. This was short notice and your compliance was above and beyond. Your son was kind enough to bring me to Dave's Shell so I could pick up a 2 day rental at 10:30. My Sienna was ready as promised on Thursday. The repair was perfect - like the accident never even happened - and in addition, all scratches not part of the job on the van on the side and back were taken out without charge and without even saying so. Wow. Again your son followed me to return the rental at 1:00 pm. Avis announced that they were going to charge me a full day $140 extra for being 2 hours late. The 2 day had cost $90. When I objected Avis would not back down, Dave told them to do an early return at 10:30. When I thanked him Dave said he did it out of respect for Matty and Sal. Double wow. You guys are the greatest. Thanks again. Regards Brian Canes

But the moment I reached out to move forward with the work, he completely backed out and declined the job. If a shop is going to waste your time writing up an estimate after already having doubts, only to refuse the actual repairs later, they shouldn't offer estimation services in the first place.

I got full coverage exterior PPF, some interior PPF and window tints for my Panamera GTS here. The price won't be the cheapest around but its very reasonable and you will get the best job done. Cheaper shops use pre-cut/printed pieces of PPF that dont fit perfectly, you'll see the edge of the PPF on each body panel. These guys lay down massive uncut pieces, and cut them by hand to fit your car. All edges are rolled into or under each panel so you don't see a single edge anywhere. I've had compliments on how well this PPF is done from friends, car detailers, and mechanics. They'll take care of you after sale too. Took about a week to get my PPF done. A few weeks later, I came back for them to check all of the edges to make sure everything was perfect. Over a year later, I noticed one spot on the side skirt that must have taken a big pebble and they fixed it for free.
