Professional, reliable, to the point, on schedule service. Our CRV got damaged door on passenger side from an accident, so I picked FLA through my insurance, since it was the closest authorized shop for me. Allison from FLA contacted me and they gave scheduled time to bring in the car for estimation. On arrival, one of the FLA member wrapped up the estimation process within few minutes. Since my car was drivable, they let me take it back, cause the new doors were back ordered, that would take several weeks. It took about 4 weeks for the new doors to arrive. During this time, FLA kept in updated regarding the progress of my order. Finally when it arrived, got call to drop off my car and was given 2 weeks of estimate to complete the repair job. To my surprise, they called me exactly after 2 weeks to pick up the car. The doors were replaced and whole passenger side is fixed as good as new. They also did a car wash and vacuum. They also facilitated my request to park the car on the street so I can pick it up at later time. Overall a great experience! They have all the awards and recognition for a reason. read more

Tom Jr. and his crew continue to give great service at very good prices. I was first introduced to Tom at his old location decades ago - first with a blowout on my 911 and later for a new set of tires. Tom introduced me then to TOYO and gave me a very good price on high-end TOYOs. (Even the Porsche dealer admitted that he liked the tires and the price.) I continue to use Fort Lee Tire and what prompts me to write today was a bad leak on my Goodyear Eagle F1 -on a BMW 850i. The leak was so bad I wasn't sure I could make it to Tom's from NYC so got a referral from a neighbor to a local tire service. The price quoted was $799 for the Tire alone. It was so high I decided to take the risk and drive to New Jersey. Glad I did. Exact same tire from Tom was hundreds of dollars less. Great staff, took time to show me where the leak was. Inspected the wheel and found no damage. Continually reliable service at very good prices from someone who's expertise in Tire read more

About a week ago I hit a deer. I was going very slowly, just passed a stop sign. Be careful they're everywhere. There is only 1 place I would go Fort Lee Auto Bodyshop. Tommy is the man. I 100% trust him and when your dealing with body shops, it's a blind item. I've know Tommy for years, he also takes care of my tires and brakes. read more

Set expectations very well, made sure I kept driving my car until they had all the parts they needed. Once they had it, they were done even faster than they said they would be, and I got my car back looking better than it did before the accident. Would absolutely recommend the kind and competent people here! read more

Great work with appreciable attention to detail. My truck was hit, I had it flat-bedded to Fort Lee Road auto body...and they took care of the rest. No after market parts, no B.S. Last winter my car slid into a truck as I was attempting to park in much too deep snow. My 2 MPH mistake put dents in several places on my relatively new VW GTI. Geico has an app that is supposed to allow the user to record the damage and upload the photos for appraisal. The app kept failing during the upload so I eventually had to forward everything to a rep in Boston via email. (This will fit the narrative in a minute). I took the car to Fort Lee Road Auto Body and had my various bits of minor dents and scratches assessed by Rosario. We scheduled the repairs. They made the repairs. Their customer service was impeccable and the work was indistinguishable from it-never-even-happened. But a few days later I noticed that the most minor of the dents on the right rear door had not been repaired. It was so small that one could only see it in certain light. Was this my fault for having not better explained all the problem areas? Was it Geico's for not properly coordinating repairs? Was it the shop? Who knows but I was the one who drove away happy after signing off on their work so by rights I owned the dent. A little embarrassed over complaining about something so small I drove by the shop. Rosario was on vacation but John (?) assessed the dent and didn't ask any of the questions that I posed above. He simply said, "We'll take care of it." Rosario came back a week later and they did. Like it never even happened. read more

I recently had a minor accident and scratched someone else's car. We came here together to estimate the cost of repairing the damage. I honestly don't know if he was giving us a fair price (don't know anything about cars), but the employee we spoke to was polite and gave us the rundown of how much it might cost even though we weren't necessarily getting it repaired there. I really appreciate businesses that are not pushy, and this experience makes me feel that if I were to need body work in the future I would feel safe coming here. read more

Tom at Fort Lee Auto Body is the best. I've been a customer of his for years at Fort Lee Tire (on Lemoine Ave in Fort Lee). I was so happy to finally track him down. He repaired a valve leak on one of my tires. I was in and out in no time and his prices are very reasonable. I trust him one million percent (I am a female so this isn't always the case) and highly recommend this business. read more

It's very hard to find a reliable auto maintenance/repair shop. Their predecessor, Fort Lee Auto Body in Fort Lee (which I found after years of trial and error) was so good that I transferred over, the quality is as excellent as before. This place is trustworthy, they give estimates that are detailed, straightforward and do a great job. The staff is friendly. Was not surprised to see the company is authorized by many car insurance companies and car dealers. Won't be surprised if they build another site/expand once more people find this place. read more

Fort Lee Road Auto Body was referred to me by a friend. In my experience, it's never a comfortable process when you have to deal with accidents, repairs, insurance companies or obtaining a rental car. You're always hoping you're getting a good deal, that your vehicle is in good hands, and you're not getting robbed. My friend was right. Fort Lee handled my situation with the utmost professionalism. They stayed in contact with me every step of the way. When I dropped my car off at the shop, the rental company came to pick me up so that I could get my rental car. It truly was a painless process. I picked up my vehicle today, and the work is exceptional! My vehicle was hit in the back pretty badly. You'd never know it, by the end result. I cannot thank Fort Lee Road Auto body enough for their pristine work. I highly recommend them. You are in good hands. You won't be disappointed! read more

I needed to make repairs to my car and having just moved to northern NJ in July I didn't know where to bring it. Tom and his company were referred by a friend and I could not be happier. They were all very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They did a fantastic job with my car repair and pricing was more than fair. Better than the auto body shop I had used for years in Westchester. Highly recommend! read more

I have been to this facility several times with a very old Civic. The work done was reasonably priced and excellent. Insurance preferred vendor for a lot of auto insurance companies. Steady stream of people every 15 minutes showing up Monday morning with variety of insurance carriers. Explained everything clearly. Very professional. Nobody likes to be at the body shop -- means something went very wrong -- but if you have to, would definitely recommend these guys. Run a tight professional ship -- definitely the opposite of the shady mom-pop shops. read more

I recently had an accident with my vehicle and was my first since I've been driving. I had just purchased a new vehicle and was hesitant to where to take my car. My insurance company Liberty Mutual had recommended Fort lee Road Auto Body so I decided to have my vehicle brought there. From the very first phone call to them they were very nice to deal with. Spoke to Jeanine and John and explained to me what my next steps were and gave me an appointment to come for the estimate. The next day brought in my car and John took care of me from the beginning. He was very helpful. After he explained the estimate he should me what was going to be done on my vehicle. He was very informative. I have to say the shop and office were extremely clean and organized. The shop is located in a quite residential area. I felt very comfortable to have my car fixed at this facility. I scheduled my repairs with John which was about 2 weeks out but I was willing to wait for quality work. So when my appointment came I dropped off my car. They were so nice. They even called Enterprise for me so that they could pick me up right at the shop. The next day The shop called me to give me updates on my vehicle. John told me that they found some hidden damage after they started the work. He said they would handle everything and not to worry. They contacted my insurance and took care of everything. That was Tuesday John called. By Thursday John called again with an update and told me my car was being painted. By Friday my car was complete and I was called to pick up my car. That afternoon enterprise dropped me off at Fort lee Road. My car looked better then new. Everything was perfect. My car was cleaned inside and outside. John even polished a scratch I had on my door which came out. They were so helpful that I would recommend them to anyone. They really did a great job and I was glad I had them fix my car. read more

I can't speak highly enough about the level of customer service I experienced at Fort Lee Road Auto Body. My family was dealing with a medical emergency and as we were pulling into the hospital emergency entrance we hit a pot hole on the street and blew out a tire on our car. Having to deal with the medical emergency is stressful enough but getting a flat tire at the same time is too much to handle all at once. As an avid Yelp user I did a search for an auto body shop in the area. When I found this place on Yelp and read all the positive reviews I knew that this was a place I need to call right away. The day I called them also happened to be a very rainy day and I was worried it would take a long time for someone to come out to tow our car. But I was so surprised when the tow truck driver arrived so quickly. He was very professional and hooked up my car in a matter of minutes. After having my car towed to Fort Lee Auto Body they were able to replace the tire right away and the very next day it was ready for pick up. I highly recommend this auto body shop and will be a customer for life. read more

I haven't gotten my car fixed there yet but I went recently there for an estimate. I was surprised by how thorough they were about estimating the cost of my repair. Amongst all the auto body shops I've seen recently, Fort Lee Road Auto Body gave me the most detailed description of my car's damage. They really know their stuff! Being a young and naive driver, I am really grateful for their professionalism and honesty. I would definitely recommend this place! read more

They did a good job on my car (as far as I can tell) and were generally nice enough on the phone. However, as the other reviewer points out, their soonest appointment was a month away and when they finally got my car they were so s.l.o.w. I felt it had been held hostage. That being said, the end product seemed pretty decent. read more

Highly recommend Fort Lee Road Auto Body. John was a gentleman and never gave me anything but honest answers. Five stars is what they deserve. read more

They are efficient, prompt, courteous and do great work. Nobody wants to need an auto body shop, but if you do this is the place to go.

disapointed with the lack of cooperation, instead of understanding time which they do not care about your time constraints they are slow and all they think about is money. when i was asked ablut the insurance check i told them i put it in the bank because it was addresed to me i was told i should of done that just signed it over to them. Really my name was on the check. i have no problem paying for the work that was done not at all but i have gotten the impression that they think im not going to pay my bill which has been taken negatively. i was told it would be ready tuesday or wednesday which was good because i was off pretty much and it would of been easier to get there nope its now thursday and still not complete but should be done today but it doesnt matter. We all have scheduals. now im working my second job as a medic and dont get off until they are closed so now my daughter has to walk back and forth to work an additional three days in this heat. Talking about a shop working with a consumer. Note this one. very disapointed. Even asked if they had a shoot to put it in they said yes but why put it in after hours if she still cant get the car. communication is just not there. wnen this is complete i pray my daughter doesnt get into another accident because i wont be suckered into coming back to this place again. read more
