At the time, it was during a week day, within less than five days, my car came back as if nothing happened. I was already so thankful to Tommy and his staff, I completely forgot I meant to review the business the first time. Scammers!! Where is 0 star option because 1 star is even too much for them to deserve. I mean WTF!! They keep your car for over a month on purpose so they can rack up storage fees. Their actual body work is terrible. When my car was finally finished after over one month in their shop, it overheated on the way to my house and had to be taken back and 'fixed' for another week. When I got it back my wheel alignment was totally off and I was leaking coolant. I brought it to another body shop where I was told they just did a total rush job and all of the hoses were loose. Had to pay someone else to fix their work. I asked them to do me a favor since they had my car for over a month and just fix some nicks I had on my back bumper while they were painting my front bumper. Got my car back and they didn't touch my back bumper (when questioned, they said they did their best??!!) but had the nerve to to affix a license plate holder bearing their name to my rear license plate when I was in a front end collision and nothing needed to be touched on the back of my car. I can't even begin to explain what a disaster my experience here was. Had a problem with the drivers side door not opening and the handle busted as well as inside door alignment on my corvette. This shop had the car for almost 3 weeks. For a door! Finally picked it up and lo and behold it opened! Only problem is when I got home it was stuck again and the inside door frame cover fell off. I was so frustrated it was actually worth the money to NOT go back there.So i bring it to another shop and in ONE day it's fixed! And the so called 'lazy handle' that Charlie stated came from the parts dealer wasn't lazy at all. It was LAZY work when installing it that caused it to droop. STAY AWAY!! We brought our Porsche Cayenne S to be fixed here. It had damage to the driver's side. The owner told us it would take a week or so. It ended up taking 3 weeks. He didn't repair the car correctly so we brought it back. It took anothr 2 or 3 weeks and was still not repaired properly. Finally we gave up and took it back to the dealer. The dealer was appalled at the repair. Prestige actually used GLUE to fix parts of the door and the headlight. It should have been screwed down. It cost us more money to fix Prestige's repairs. If you have a high end car....Don't go there. We had to learn the hard way. For this review, I would give negative stars if I could. read more

The worst crook ever. Stay away. The owner, Charlie, cannot be trusted at all. He lied about everything. We had 2 cars in for minor body work. He took each of my cars for personal use without permission. One of our car, Mercedes, was used over 100 miles for his personal use without our permission. When we caught him, he first denied it then admitted to it saying he was running some errands and his wife wanted to test drive it so she can decide if she wanted to buy a similar car!! His shop damaged one of our car while it sat in their lot/shop but he tried to get away with it by not telling us. He did a very poor job of repairing and it took over 3 weeks of excuses to get the job done, which he originally told us would take 3-4 days to do.. The overall job was done poorly. I have warned everyone I know to stay away from this place. read more

Dishonest and overpriced. The owner (Tommy) will claim anything to get you into the shop, but in the end will not deliver. A minor job took a week to complete, despite promising to finish in 3 days - costing double in car rental; promised to fix other small dents and scratches for the same price - and didn't even touch them; the quality of the work was far from perfect - leaving a noticeable rough/inconsistent pattern along the edge of the fixed element; accused me of picking the car up late, even though I had called almost everyday to check on progress and was patient with delays. A significant portion of their business appears to be fluff - just a presentable image. What happens behind the scenes, as it turned out, is not better than your typical body shop with somewhat experienced manual labor. This job cost almost $2000, while realistically (from experience) it should have been closer to $1000, and only if it came out perfect. Considering I was new to this area, and read a few good reviews, I thought it was worth the quality - definitely not. For anyone who decides to try them, just make sure you get everything in writing, with clear and specific language, along with clauses to cover delays and deviation from agreement, and photograph everything.
