Took about 20-25 min once I arrived and result and price were very good (cash discount available). Was glad I didn't have to get windshield replaced. Had a broken windshield recently and tried safelight first. They weren't very helpful, as I was trying to get oem glass. The people I spoke to at Premier were very helpful and did his best to work with me to get what I needed. They did a fast job and I was on my way. I recommend this place and believe they'll do the best to work for you, not against you. Extremely thankful for this business! I have such a busy schedule and rely heavily on my car. They were very responsive when I requested a quote for my Tesla through Yelp and they were able to come next day. They asked for a picture of the damage on my windshield and let me know it could be repaired. They came right on time and called me in the morning to give me my appointment window. They let me know all the risks of this repair and it was very quick! Everything went great and I couldn't be happier. I can barely see the repair and am shocked with the quality. I hope I won't have to use these guys again, but if I do I will for sure call them. My windshield wiper scratched my entire windshield. I thought this was something that could be buffed out but it was so large that I had to have the winshield replaced. Got an estimate from several places in the area and premier had the best price. They were able to do it the next day, but I opted for a week out. They called the morning of my appointment with a two hour window. The installer arrived right at the start of the two hour window which was awesome. He was at my house for about 45 minutes outside replacing the windshield. He even replaced my original inspection sticker and EZ-pass that I had on my windshield. Had a huge rock hit our windshield on the GSP a few nights ago. Crack started to spider out and my truck needed a new windshield asap. Talked to Ed from Premier and he advised he would order windshield and have it done the next day. Price quoted was under insurance deductible and cheaper than safelite. A few hours later I got a call from Ed stating due to some cancellations because of the weather, he would have one of his guys pick up the windshield at the warehouse and fix it today for me. I drove to shop around the block from my house and was in and out in about a half hour !!! Clean job, mirror mounted and all looks good . I had a crack in my windshield that started to grow. I reached out to Premier Auto Glass and they were able to get me a replacement installed the following day. They had competitive pricing for the research I did. They called in the morning just as I was told on time to let me know my technician would be at my house between a two hour window. This isn't like a cable installation where they show up an hour after the window closes. This tech showed up right at the start of the window and performed the replacement quickly and efficiently. He was polite and courteous with the whole process. I usually use safelite when I had windows replaced in the past but went outside of my comfort zone this time around. I am glad I did, I recommend this company for anyone that needs glass replaced. Hopefully not, but if I ever need a replacement again I would absolutely use and recommend them! read more

Got a tiny rock chip "repaired" a few months ago, and it recently expanded into a giant crack while the car was sitting in a parking lot. Despite quoting "You can rest assured that we offer a Lifetime Warranty on our workmanship." on the front page of their website, they DO NOT offer a warranty on their repairs. Now I have to pay for an expensive windshield repair or pay an equally expensive insurance deductible, without even the original repair cost covered. I did a lot of research and after reading a lot of reviews came across this company. The pricing was way cheaper than any other company I had come across and they were willing to come out the quickest. Irene was helpful with answering my questions and was able to set me up an apt ASAP. Ed came to my work and was very friendly and a fast worker. The process was pretty easy which i needed. They came within the hour after they said they would. My car has the smart technology and was told there is a small chance the camera and sensor wouldn't work after the window was repaired and replaced. The experience and speed of service that I was given deserves 5 stars. However with the luck I have, I did have to go back to the dealer to get the camera recalibrated. All week after driving my sensor was not working and was showing an error message. The dealership said the camera was mounted and installed back wrong. I just wish it could have been put back correctly, and I didn't have to be inconvenienced with this after dealing with the windshield crack. If you have a normal car without the smart technology this wouldn't even be an issue. read more

ZERO STARS. Made an appointment earlier in the week to replace my windshield and told them I would go in Sat morning and they told me he normally isn't open but would for me. Night before I was left a message that if I couldn't make it to call right away and let them know. I didn't get the message til an hour later when they were gone. Showed up 8:50am this morning and waited til 9:30 with another guy who also had an appt and no one showed. Called all 3 numbers they have and no answer, no message.
