I can't say enough good things about this business. Chris came out, was super nice and professional, did great work at a fair price. 30 min after he left, I noticed my hood wasn't and wouldn't shut all the way. I wasn't sure if it was something he did, so i called him. He met me at a Wawa on my route, discovered that it was just some rust that had built up on the hood clasp (not his fault at all), fixed it for me and wouldn't take any money for it. Stand-up guy. Kris was absolutely awesome, both as a person and in his profession. The price was very reasonable, and he opted to not cut corners even though the job would take a longer time to complete. One can clearly see the passion and expertise in his work, through the amount of precision, focus, and attention to detail exhibited. The result was a flawless piece of work that looks like it just came out of the factory. After driving the vehicle again, it felt like driving with a brand new windshield, with no noticeable leaks. I was fortunate to have found Kris and he will definitely be the first person that comes to mind for any similar issues in the future. Thank you again, sir. read more

Great job! Great personality and friendly, while respectful. He arrived on time and off to work he went. Replaced the rear door window and left everything spotless. He completed the job earlier that I had expected. Very good job at a reasonable price. Thank you. read more

Your stats and sites say you perform what I was looking for to be done and I was not expecting to just get a reply that we don't do that.

Professional, very competent, friendly, and responds quickly. Chris, the owner, and his team, did a quick, clean, and fairly priced replacement of the windshield for my Mercedes. I asked many questions via Yelp messaging prior to scheduling the service and each question was answered promptly and with reassurance. Very easy to work with, and Chris allowed me to hover/watch the replacement, and explained things as he went along (because I kept asking questions...). Chris wasn't fazed by constant questioning and in the end did a great job and ensured all was done to both his and my satisfaction! I highly recommend AutoKraft & Glass and would certainly use again if (unfortunately) the need arises! read more

Rock chip repaired by Chris. Chris did a fantastic job repairing a rock chip, and saved me the cost of a new windshield. You can barely see any mark at all. He was fast and very professional. I would highly recommend Auto Kraft and Glass, I rate them with 5 stars. Marlene T read more

A rock projected from a car in front of me created a crack in my 2018 Rogue windshield. I contacted Auto Kraft having seen an article about them in the local community paper. They had an appointment available the following day and I was back on the road by noon. The price was lower than another quote I received. I had a very good experience and would definitely go back to them. read more

Good evening Yelp, unfortunately the job did not finish well. The technician came home and removed the old molding and windshield, found the leaking at the passenger side and rust on the top corners , he cleaned up and installed the molding unsnapping right the corners on the windshield,( but I thought that he knows his job). Glued the frame for installation , so as result the corners were open again, and inside of the car the roof by the margin is open. I asked for a solution, because it will happen the same problem again, so he said that he is not going to fix the other's mistakes. On Saturday I called him about a solution but he said that the solution is to removed everything or to add glue on the corners. I sent a message again and the asked me to pass by the store ( I was expecting a right solution) .After a lot talking he glued the gaps at the corner and gave a lifetime guarantee if anything happens. I had original parts very expensive and I just requested a professional for a good job done, I paid $319.89 and gave him a good old windshield after his service, I never thought to have this result. So now I have to find how or who will have mercy on me to re do this job professionally with ethics. read more

I called Auto Kraft & Glass at about 10 am. Spoke to Chris who was extremely helpful and let me know that he could be at my home in the afternoon. He quoted me price that was very competitive, showed up as promised and did a great job on replacing my truck's windshield. He was extremely courteous, professional and very thorough. I'm hoping I don't have to replace any other auto glass but if I do, i know who I'm calling. read more
