I had a crack that happened and spread Saturday afternoon and by Sunday it was fixed very well by Ian. He told me that due to the climate and moisture it wouldn't be a perfect job and that makes sense as it was snowing with cold temps. He was very responsive via phone and on a Sunday helped to schedule me in and have it taken care of. I had most places that would push me out a couple of days and maybe have me get a new windshield. The crack was bullseye crack a little smaller than a dime and spread about 8 inches. The quoted price was very fair and much less than the big shops. I would like to say that everybody that I interacted with at Glass Doctor were very respectful and…read morecourteous. Unfortunately, the people mowing my lawn kicked up a tiny rock that shattered the window next to my front door. The process was pretty easy, I took measurements they requested and sent a few photos. Someone came out and measured everything. To be fair, the window was double paned so there was still one intact window but the broken one was shattered and there was broken glass all over the place. The person I spoke to indicated that due to the location, they would expedite fixing it. It was a pretty big shock that it wasn't fixed for almost 3 weeks. They said they were waiting for the replacement window to come in and it would be the same everywhere which could be true. They offered to come and clean up the broken glass, which I appreciated. They fixed it without any issues. Now, you would never know it happened. I tried to get ahead of it and pay the remaining balance the same day they fixed it which was a big mistake. For some reason, it didn't register with them. Almost four months later, I have received 3-4 calls from them about my "outstanding balance". I have the charges on my old statements (I paid the first half before, second half after) so I definitely paid. It has been extremely frustrating.

The vanity is missing shelves and mirrors. I called so many hardware, plexiglass and wood supply stores seeking help. It was so frustrating because they kept telling me the job was too small so they couldn't take my order. I was also very sad to think that my husband's plans for his vanity project would never be realized. But on a whim, I called Dave's. The woman who answered the phone said she could absolutely fill a custom order for glass vanity shelves. She could have the edges polished, too. I was so relieved that I started to tear up. The bill came out to just below $100. They did a beautiful job. Now that the shelves have been installed, I can actually use the cabinet. At some point I will return to Dave's to ask them to cut mirrors to size to complete the project. So grateful for the help!
