Personally, customer service along with knowledge from the person working on my car plus humbleness and punctuality are the best qualities I look for in a business and a hard one to find. I found Chris Breezy Customs on yelp and let me tell you, I struck gold hidden in Larchmont. From the moment I contacted Chris on yelp and noticed he responded right away, I knew he was the guy to go to. A person who takes time to respond to you from their busy schedule is a person that shows that cares for their customer. I went to Chris to install HID lamps on my 2015 Ford Fusion SE Hybrid. The moment we arrived, I believe is his brother, he greeted us with a warm welcome and offered my girlfriend and myself some water. Honestly I thought he was going to bring tap water so I said no, but my girl said yes and it was actually a water bottle. Which I ended drinking half of it. Anyways, his brother also let us watch Netflix while we were waiting. Punctuality is one of my thing and hate for someone to tell me to go at certain time and then end up waiting. Chris told me to be there at 3pm on a Saturday and I got there half hour early. He started to work on my car exactly at 3pm. Man this guy is awesome. My HID are looking awesome and for the price plus a year warranty, couldn't ask for more. I also had him installed a shark fin antenna which came out perfect. My car is looking fly thanks to Chris. At all the Yelp users, if you are looking for someone to work on your car like if it is their own, all I can say is go to Chris Breezy Customs. You won't be disappointed, I am not. I have known Chris for over 10 years he always took pride in his work he started out as a tint technician and now he owns his own Auto customizing shop CONGRATS to you.Chris is the type of person if you can't make it to him he will make it to you he always put his customers before himself he is a very loyal respectful and honest person. Chris always makes sure his customers are comfortable in the waiting area which has a flat screen t.v with Roku and Netflix plus much more cable service. CARELESS!! SWIRL MARKS ALL OVER $160,000 NEW VEHICLE. INEXPERIENCED KIDS WASHING CARS. Brought in my 2020 Mercedes Benz G550 that is 1 month old and has 1100 miles on it for a wash and wax. Called to make appointment and spoke to Christian. I asked if they had time for a wash and wax and he told me they had a 2:30 opening. When he called me to tell me my truck was done I asked them to lock the car outside. I asked how much so I could provide a credit card and he told me $63. I asked how he could have possibly waxed the car for $63 and he told me " Oh you meant the paste wax. We don't have that. I'm gonna tell Chris to get it though cause your interested." I didn't argue because I was in the middle of a family party. When I picked up my truck it was covered in swirl marks , my running board looks like someone put steel wool on it, and there was a soapy film on the entire passenger side. For a company that I had heard such good things about I couldn't imagine this to be my experience. I came to Chris by recommendation of a Lexus dealership. I was very impressed from the start. His shop is clean and comfortable. An Hd TV setup with Roku and Netflix. He even gave me and my girlfriend bottled water while we waited for him to work his magic. Chris gave me his take on what to do with my 2016 Lexus IS 300 F sport. He said 35% tints and match the tail lights to that. I was nervous at first for him to transform my car, but I could not stop looking at the car as he was working on it. I've had tints done before and these look the best by far. He uses quality products that translated into a beautiful finish on my car. I was extremely impressed with his passion and dedication to my car. He is not only a professional at customization but he is overall a great person, honest and generous! I recently was referred by BMW of Mamaroneck to have Chris tint the windows on my new BMW. Chris was very professional and attentive to my concerns. I wasn't sure of the tint% to go with and he reccomended what not only he felt would look the best, but what tint% would work for me - as i explained to him that I have poor nite vision. Needless to say Chris was right. The windows came out awesome, the tint% was perfect, and i was so glad he suggested what he did. He went above and beyond and trimmed the tint tops so there is no line, and he even put my registration sticker and ez pass on for me. His price is very reasonable and does an amazing job!! The way you determine if you're getting good customer service is how a business handles an issue when it arises. Chris went above and beyond on an issue I had with head lights that was not his fault but more so a manufactures error. Chris went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved in a professional manner. He also did my tints on my BMW which were PERFECT. He's awesome at his craft. I was looking to sharpen up my A4 with a grill, tints, chrome delete and trunk spoiler. I did some research of body shops that specialize in detailing and Chris Breezy Customs popped up. I checked out their ratings and feedback, and called up the shop in confidence to get my car hooked up. I brought my car in around 10:30/11am and everything was done before 5pm that day, including a wash that I could not say no to. Perfect experience coming to this shop. Found them on groupon and called up for a appointment. They were able to give us the online price since we wanted to pay cash in person for a car starter. Coming to the shop it was very professional giving us an appointment the next day, showing us the product choices in detail and doing a car inspection before we left the keys with them. They estimated about two hours until it was done and got a call back in under a hour. I recently had my car tinted at Chris Breezy Customs and I have to say that they did an amazing job. I used every ounce of OCD in my body to find an imperfection somewhere throughout the car and after meticulously checking every inch of all windows, there weren't ANY flaws. Ya know those bubbles or circles that never dried out on your old tint job? Yeah...not gonna happen. Simply put, these guys do legit work and are very fairly priced. Chris is an absolute gentleman. He made sure the tints on my 2013 Altima were perfect and he took time to explain the different options of tint shade that are available. I initially thought I wanted a darker color but I'm happy I went with the 35% because my black interior gives the illusion of a darker tint. It looks amazing. The shop also has the autostart so I will go back before the new year to get one put in so I can warm my car remotely before the snow starts sticking. I had a bimmertech rear-view camera installed at Chris Breezy Customs and it was an excellent experience. I was a little skeptical about the place by looking at the perfect 5 star ratings but after visiting Chris I understood the reason.
