I had my 2026 Range Rover ceramic coated by Darien Detail about two months ago. They did a great job and were very careful to do a complete and perfect job. This week, I took my Rover to be hand washed ( not at Darien Detail) and noticed some large scratches down the front hood. Needless to say I was quite upset. I immediately called Justin at Darien Detail and he said bring it in and let me see what we can do to help you. He put one of his best men to work on the Truck and got it back looking like new. They did ok. I had to come back 2 times to get stuff fixed and now I am seeing even more issues on my car. They didn't clean it properly the first time I was there. It's like they had someone new do the work and everywhere I got ppf it's like my paint is melting off. For 2800 it has caused me more problems then help. read more

Dirk and his crew are great: very professional and competent, with excellent customer service, including post-install. They are clearly experienced as they work on all kinds of high-end cars. I had PPF and tinting done and they did an excellent job. They do a custom install and wrap the PPF around the edges of the panels, which for me was a crucial thing. There was a small issue on one of the mirrors, where the film had curled up a bit and Dirk took care of that right away, removing and reinstalling the whole film on the mirror. I had started with a full-front PPF install, but was so happy that I came back for them to do the rest of the car. If you are considering them, I suggest you schedule an appointment with Dirk and go check the place out: their shop is super clean and organized and Dirk is a pleasure to deal with. If you couldn't tell by the other reviews, this is a special place. I got the enthusiast detail on my Focus. These guys are so detail oriented and so passionate about what they do and it shows. My car looks better than brand new, with a deep shine that I know will last. Upon picking up my vehicle, I was given a tour of the shop. It's a pretty impressive place that really reflects their obsession for detail and perfection. It's filled with light so the detail techs can get the job done right. I've gone to other detail shops that detail for less but do a lousy job. Trust me, it's worth paying a little extra to have these guys do it right. Dirk and his team did a full-front Expel on my new 2017 Q7. Before pick-up he noticed a small bubble on the front bumper and notified me right away. He re-did the whole panel and even threw in a couple small add-ons for the inconvenience (door handles...etc.), plus delivered the car personally instead of making me pick it up from about 10 miles away (that's a long ten miles on the I-95 corridor). It's been less than a week but after some highway driving with salt on the road and a fresh wash yesterday, it looks pristine. Really pleased with the product so far and incredibly pleased with the quality of work from Dirk and the great communication and customer service. I recently purchased a Porsche GT3. Dirk and his team performed a new car detail & paint correction, custom full body wrap in XPEL Ultimate PPF, CQuartz Finest Reserve coating on all painted surfaces, wheels & calipers and Fly By Forte on all exterior glass. When I picked it up, I was floored by the quality of the job - the car was perfect. The PPF install was virtually seamless with all of the edges wrapped and the CQuartz Finest Reserve topped it off nicely with a beautiful gloss. It truly exceeded my expectations. I am the second owner of my 2014 BMW 228i - jet black exterior. The previous owner lived in Minnesota - and had a pet cat, that according to him "slept on the hood" a few times to stay warm.
