There was some stubborn bird poop on the hood when I arrived, but instead of safely power washing it as they claim to do, it's clear a scraper or abrasive tool was used--leaving visible scratches that cut through the paint. This damage happened during the wash itself--not before. To make matters worse, other spots of bird droppings weren't even cleaned, so the job wasn't even done properly. When I brought this to Jesus' attention, I was met not with concern or professionalism, but hostility and aggression. I calmly asked him not to put his hands in my face, yet he continued to do so and even swiped at me as I was getting back into my car. His response to the scratches? Repeatedly offering to "buff it out," which is not a solution when the paint is physically damaged. No apology. No explanation. No refund. Just defensiveness and an aggressive attitude. The experience was unacceptable from both a customer service and vehicle care standpoint. This place is already overpriced for what you get--but worse, you may leave with more damage than you arrived with. I will never return and strongly recommend against this car wash to anyone in the Lower West Chester area. If you value your vehicle's condition and basic human respect, take your business elsewhere.

Whenever I am on Long Island, I budget extra time to bring my baby, um- my car, in for some pampering. The staff is quick and efficient, and the service is unbeatable. They clean everything! A reasonably-priced basic wash includes vacuuming, windows cleaned inside and out, dash and console are wiped down, and door & truck sills are dried. For another couple of bucks, you can have the trunk vaccumed or the tires shined...there is a menu of a la carte services to choose from. They even take the extra second or 2 to hook the floor mats, rather than just tossing them back on the floor...a pet peeve of mine that other car washes do. On my last visit, I was pleasantly surprised to see they use an air gun to dry the hard to reach places like behind the side view mirrors...ingenious! No more drops when you drive away:-) The owner is a nice guy and very meticulous about the care each car receives. He carefully checks over each and every vehicle before it leaves the lot. He obviously loves what he does and cares about the service his customers receive...and it shows. Plan to be here for at least 15 minutes if it's not crowded, longer if there is a line. It's worth it. You will not be disappointed, and your car will look new inside and out :-)

Brian was about 15 minutes late for our appointment but he texted to advise of his late ETA. Traffic can be unpredictable so that was understandable. He was very cordial and professional. Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results. Some of the glass wasn't cleaned and still had my dog's nose art all over it. Seats were vacuumed but not wiped (dried applesauce on door panel and headrest) I ended up wiping the inside down with armor all wipes the next day. This car was cleaned for 2 hours. Our other car was vacuumed, and the dash was dusted and wiped. Cup holders and seats were still a bit dirty. Nate did mention that the carpet had a few deep stains that needed an extractor.
