They put the van on a flatbed, drove us back to our senior living facility and lifted my husband (well over 200 pounds) out of the driver's side and pushed him into the apartment. I am having it repaired there and they have been very helpful. I have not seen it yet, but am being kept up to date with the progress. Milton did a great job with an unusual request to move my car from an unsafe location just outside the dealership parking lot. Another towing company inexplicably left my car partially in a busy roadway instead of safely in the Acura Dealership parking lot. AAA dispatched Lone Star to tow my vehicle to my mechanic. The driver showed up and refused to do…read morethe tow. He said due to "no one at the mechanics garage was there to receive the car." I said " when has that ever mattered when they have a drop box?" He said "it's policy." I called AAA and they said "no it's not policy!" AAA had my car towed the following day with a different tow company with no issue at all. Clearly at 5:00 pm on a Friday this driver just did not feel like driving in rush hour traffic. I waited 1.5 hours and got zero service. This also caused me to rent a car a day early- money out of my pocket!!! I am also reporting them to BBB. Do no waste your precious time with this company. They are a joke!!
