We took off a star because the end cost was more than double the initial estimate. We were initially quoted $700 for the work based on the pictures I sent, and after a phone call when I explained the issues, he said give or take $200 more, but in the end, we had to pay $1,500 (plus a $100 tip). Dino explained that this was because there was some work needed that wasn't visible in the photos I sent. It might still be a good price overall compared to what I'll pay at the body shop, but for other potential buyers, just make sure you send all the photos of the things that need repairing so that you don't get surprised by the end cost.

But they went above and beyond when I went back to complain that one of the blind spot sensors in my rear view mirrors wasn't working any longer. Not only did they have their mechanic next door provide a full electronic scan of my car, they also took the time to remove the original bumper they repaired to be sure nothing came loose.
