Exceptional Service at Lobalbo Northeast Auto Body Shop! I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Lobalbo Northeast was so outstanding that I feel compelled to share it. First off, the speed at which they fixed my car was nothing short of impressive. I was prepared for a lengthy process, but Lobalbo Northeast proved me wrong. Their team worked diligently and had my car looking and running like new in no time. It's not just the quick turnaround that amazed me, but also the quality of the repair. They truly understand the value of time without compromising on the quality of their work. And then there's Kathy - whose kindness and professionalism were evident from the moment I walked in. She kept me updated throughout the repair process, answering all my questions with patience and a smile. It's rare to find someone who not only excels at their job but also adds a personal touch to the experience. To sum it up, if you need auto body work, Lobalbo Northeast is the place to go. Quick service, exceptional quality, and outstanding customer care (kudos to Kathy!) are what you can expect here. Wow, after reading the posted reviews I have to concur with every one of them! I had what sort of turned out to be minor incident with the bottom of the bumper of my car, I had spoken with a few local shops for a quote and based on Lobalbo quoted me we'll just say that the prices were, a bit rich for the actual issue. Since I live in the neighborhood my last stop was Lobalbo and *that's* when I found out the fair market price for my problem(thanks Cathy!). Anyway, fast forward, Cathy offered to put a piece of plastic under the bumper and also to screw the plastic into bumper which for the most part resolved the issue. I asked her how much it was and she said no worries, absolute legend! All of the staff that I met were super friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping me, in this day and age that is exquisitely rare as their workmanship showed through their kindness. So, 2 things: 1. Lobablo gets all of my business in these matters going forward, 2. I'm definitely going to drop off some donuts(or beer) for the folks at the shop because they're awesome. Thanks Lobalbo(and definitely Cathy as well for making it happen)! read more

I just picked up my car, a Tesla S, which had been keyed. The car looks like new! While Labalbo (Norwalk) was only paid to fix the area that was keyed, they did the whole side of my car and removed a few minor bumps and abrasions as well. I am delighted with their work. They were very easy to deal with as I was able to pick up and drop off my rental car there, using Enterprise. Also, they have a special relationship with State Farm, my insurer, so all I had to do was pay my deductible at the end of the process after I could examine the completed repairs. I highly recommend Lobalco to everyone and will certainly use them again if the need arises. read more

This is for the location on Main Avenue in Norwalk, CT. We just picked up our Jeep Wrangler and the body work they did was outstanding! Not only did they stay under the 7 estimated days, (it was completed in 5 days), but they buffed out some scratches on the sides! We needed to turn in our lease and they got us right in and right out, understood the lease return process and even suggested an auto detailer close by. Kevin Mancini and Bruce were super terrific to work with! It was so convenient and easy as our insurance carrier Geico is on their premises. Outstanding customer service and high quality work. We highly recommend this auto body shop! read more

My car sustained heavy damage to the rear end due to an accident. Geico steered me to LoBalbo in Norwalk so I went there for the estimate. The workshop was clean and well organized and the staff was very professional and respectful. The estimate was prompt, thorough and accurate. They had protocols in place to manage the covid risks. These guys did a great job repairing my car, on time and as promised, despite the pandemic. It looks as good as new. I had a very minor issue with a liftgate sensor which they diagnosed and repaired immediately. I can confidently recommend them for auto body repairs. read more

I'm am so glad I took her car to this place there Quality of work was amazing. I left the car there and had to go back because I forgot my garage door opener.
