As a 72 year old man, I've had numerous cars and even more accidents. I have had the "pleasure" of having Lobalbo Shop of Norwalk work on my cars many times. I just wish to tell everyone out there that their work is incredible! I just picked up my car, a Tesla S, which had been keyed. The car looks like new! While Labalbo (Norwalk) was only paid to fix the area that was keyed, they did the whole side of my car and removed a few minor bumps and abrasions as well. I am delighted with their work. They were very easy to deal with as I was able to pick up and drop off my rental car there, using Enterprise. Also, they have a special relationship with State Farm, my insurer, so all I had to do was pay my deductible at the end of the process after I could examine the completed repairs. This is for the location on Main Avenue in Norwalk, CT. We just picked up our Jeep Wrangler and the body work they did was outstanding! Not only did they stay under the 7 estimated days, (it was completed in 5 days), but they buffed out some scratches on the sides! We needed to turn in our lease and they got us right in and right out, understood the lease return process and even suggested an auto detailer close by. My car sustained heavy damage to the rear end due to an accident. Geico steered me to LoBalbo in Norwalk so I went there for the estimate. The workshop was clean and well organized and the staff was very professional and respectful. The estimate was prompt, thorough and accurate. They had protocols in place to manage the covid risks. These guys did a great job repairing my car, on time and as promised, despite the pandemic. It looks as good as new. My wife's 2021 Mazda 3 got rear ended on I95. I was looking for a reputable Body Shop in Norwalk CT and came across this place online. I seen that they had great reviews. I'm am so glad I took her car to this place there Quality of work was amazing. I left the car there and had to go back because I forgot my garage door opener. To my surprise they already had the whole rear bumper removed and were checking to see if it had other rear damage which it did. Needed new bumper bar and new rear exhaust. These guys were amazing. Amazing experience getting the side of my CRV fixed after a hit & run accident in Costco parking lot.
