Update to my last review. Vehicle went to another shop and was fixed within two weeks. This "business" claimed back ordered parts...yeah right. But we also learned that the car wasn't started since the accident so they left my vehicle sitting with the hood open for months and lied about it. Stay far away from this place. read more

I am writing this in hopes someone will avoid the mistake I made of brining my car here. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in July. Having just gotten the car I was very distraught. I was recommended this shop by Allstate stating it was in good hands with repubable people... I was hesitant at first and should have listened to my gut. During these 4 months that my car was in the hands of this shop, I was receiving calls about how parts were being ordered, how the car is being broken apart to assure accurate damage, and how the front bumper is completely fixed. After 2/3 months of my car being in the owners hands, "Jim" stopped answering my calls. Here we are 4 months later. I finally had enough and showed up the auto shop only to find my car smashed up the same was it was when it arrived. In fact it was in worse condition as it was sitting outside with the hood open, no tarp and debris everywhere for 4 months. My car is now in WORSE condition than how it arrived there thanks to Knights Auto. Please heed my warning and DO NOT trust this shop by any means. read more

My car has been through a lot rear ended twice. Jim is legit the real deal! He's so responsive and my bumper took a week to be finished. They took my car for a wash and vacuumed too how amazing is that?! My car looks brand new! They had my car for a month just for a new fender and bumper cover. When I finally got the car back I drove it around and the paint started chipping off of the bumper and fender. Bumper was completely covered in chips from regular driving on roads and highway. When I showed it to them they refused to do anything about it even though the said they guarantee their work. Regardless of what other reviewers are saying this is absolutely what happened to me. Do not use them look somewhere else. read more

I was referred to this shop by AllState. It's hard for me to judge mechanics, because I don't understand much of what they do, but they definitely made a great impression on me. - Jimmy returned all my calls, and went into great detail about what he was doing, and never rushed those conversations. - I never got the impression that I was being fast-talked. - They're sticklers for making sure that every repair they do matches factory specifications - They cleaned up scratches on my car that had nothing to do with the repair they were doing - Jimmy even picked me up from my job when my car was ready! (Granted, my office is near his shop, but I definitely appreciated it) I don't know if the service would be any different if AllState wasn't paying for most of the repair, but I'm definitely going to return to this shop for future repairs, so we'll see :) read more

Avoid this ripoff! I was waiting for Mercedes Benz Roadside Assistance when this scammer pulled in a tow truck, jumped out carrying a gas can, and proceeded to empty the contents into my new E400. The truck looked clean and well maintained, the driver was clean cut and in his 40's, and I assumed he was sent by MB Roadside Assistance. After thanking him profusely for arriving so quickly, I asked him if he was pouring Premium fuel and he assured me that he was...when he finished, he asked to pay approximately $100. I was shocked and surprised because MB Roadside Assistance is provided free of charge ... when I questioned him, he insisted I call "the owner" to arrange for payment and resolve the issue with MB. It turned out MB never called Knight Street Auto. The whole thing was a scam. He was on his way home, recognized an opportunity to take advantage of someone ---- and has obviously gotten away with this scam in the past. My credit card company reversed the charges, but I now have possible engine damage because of the crap in poured into my car. Engine light when on soon after he left! Avoid this ripoff! If he goes through the trouble of scamming strangers, imagine how much he is ripping off his auto body customers. read more

My son slid down an dark country road during a really bad ice/snow storm. Hitting a telephone pole with a 6 month old Honda Insight Hybrid resulted in a car that was just about totaled. Our insurance company gave us a choice of several shops. I choose KNIGHT because of the reviews I read. Boy, did I make the right choice. Jimmy is a gem. He knows how to work with the insurance company, he knows how to fix cars and he knows the technical issues that are overwhelming with exotics and hybrids. Not only did he fix the car, but he taught me a lot about new cars. As a techie it was an amazing experience. My son and I picked up the car on Saturday. My son looked at the car and thought it looked better than when we picked it up at the dealers. Jimmy had it detailed and the interior completely cleaned. Then Jimmy sat him down and spent almost an hour explaining what was done and what my son should look out for while driving the car as the damage was so extensive and so many components were new. Although they drove the car he was concerned that something might come up that did not show up on there test equipment or during their driving test. We've now put several hundred miles on the car and it's working perfectly. My final comment: You couldn't find a better place to have your car repaired. read more
