It took under two hours and I was done. They would've come to me but because of snow I thought it was better to bring it to them. It worked out great. They have a comfortable waiting room and Kim is great. She's knowledgeable and personable and fun to talk with. They took my insurance so I had no charge. They have a small parking lot entrance to the left of the signs and the entrance to their office is toward the end. The waiting area is decent enough and works well for a local independent mechanic, definitely not here to expect dealer service center amenities. It was a quiet morning and they got to work on my car pretty straight away. I got my car back in less than an hour with the oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic and owner was quite friendly and very courteous definitely seem like a great local business. Location wise there's not much around as its mostly an industrial area so if you need major works done definitely plan on transportation. Overall very happy with the service and definitely would be back for my future auto needs.
