He worked around my very busy work schedule to fit my car in. I told him I was selling my car and they truly went above and beyond, they even cleaned my engine. I had a tiny rust mark right outside of my wheel well that has been bothering me for a few months now (my car is a 2013) and they not only got the rust stain off, he touched up the point it originated. I had several scuffs and marks on my front bumper and it's like they just replaced it. I'm truly shocked as to how amazing the exterior looks (especially because I drove across the country three times). My favorite part though, out of everything they did is my headlights. They look incredible and it made me drive home tonight so much better. I didn't realize how bad they had actually become until they fixed them! Additionally, to make things more difficult for them- My golden retriever recently turned 1 year old (so she went through her puppy and summer shedding phases) and it honestly looks like she never stepped foot in my car. Their prices truly do not reflect their customer service skills, extreme professionalism, or the effort they put into detailing. I was reluctant to spend that much initially because I'm selling my car, but I would have spent far more had I known it would shave off actual YEARS of use like it did. I will never go anywhere else to get my car detailed and I can't wait to go back with my new car in a few months!

I called a few other detailing shops before deciding on Magic Auto.  I was first interested because…read moretheir pricing was very fair.  I had spoken to a few other places who were asking way too much and touted their skills and experience but I soon realized they were going to put my car through the same process as every other car.  After speaking with Ethan and John I was able to see they are students of the craft and are open to learning about new products, and took the time to understand my concerns.  Since my car is older we wanted to make it shine while removing as little clearcoat as possible.   The headlights were also yellowing, so I asked them to use a specific process to properly restore them and prolong this from happening again.  I also had my own products I asked them to use, which we discussed and came to an agreement on how to proceed.  I am a very demanding customer, and I like to understand many details of how I am spending my hard earned cash to which John & Ethan were very accommodating.  Overall the car came out great, and I love driving it even more.  I plan to bring my other Mercedes along with my wifes Honda Pilot to get the paint polished and protected for the winter.  These guys treat your car as if their own and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Last year before I drove to Florida, I brought my new 2022 Tesla to King's Hydro Detailing for ceramic coating, PPF the entire front of the car and window tinting. The day of delivery, the car looked amazing! Look at the pictures, what an awesome job. Then, I noticed a few spots. The owner told me, this is typical of the PPF process. Let the sun bake it in and those small imperfections will go away. Well after two weeks in the Florida sun, the imperfections did not clear up. Then over the next few months, I rubbed a curb and messed up a rim. Any ceramic coating needs to be refreshed before a year so I brought my car back to King's Hyrdo. I showed the owner where the PPF never corrected itself in Florida sun and the rim. I'm heading out of town, you can have my car for the entire week. I'm told, Bill everything will be resolved. No worries. I came back on Friday to a finish that looked like the car was off the showroom floor. The rim? How in the hell did they do such great work? Looking at the rim I can't see the repair, very impressed. The PPF (plastic film) they used a heat gun on one part and it smoothed out the imperfection. I told the owner, I was cursing you for the past few month over this PPF, waiting for the sun to do its thing. Haha I'll tell you all considering PPF protection, if there is a blemish that bothers you, don't wait. I'm just so busy so I put it on the back burner.
