Today, I pulled up and was turned away because I was told my tires were too big. I explained that I have a rewards card and have been a customer for years, but I was told they had never seen me before. It was frustrating and disappointing to be treated like I was not a regular customer, especially after supporting this business for so long. I will gladly spend my money somewhere else, and I recommend others do the same.

This car wash was by far the best experience I've had at a car wash ever. They go above and beyond cleaning the car inside and out and even went on my leather with a leather treatment, took out my floor mats to be washed, everything. My car was spotless and even looked like it had been detailed inside! The customer service inside the store was a wonderful young lady helping me out to select some air fresheners and a new phone holder for the car. I was even given a free so freshener because I bought the best service level of car wash- which by the way- was only about $35!!! This place is absolutely incredible and I won't ever settle for a lesser car wash. 10/10 would recommend!

He worked around my very busy work schedule to fit my car in. I told him I was selling my car and they truly went above and beyond, they even cleaned my engine. I had a tiny rust mark right outside of my wheel well that has been bothering me for a few months now (my car is a 2013) and they not only got the rust stain off, he touched up the point it originated. I had several scuffs and marks on my front bumper and it's like they just replaced it. I'm truly shocked as to how amazing the exterior looks (especially because I drove across the country three times). My favorite part though, out of everything they did is my headlights. They look incredible and it made me drive home tonight so much better. I didn't realize how bad they had actually become until they fixed them! Additionally, to make things more difficult for them- My golden retriever recently turned 1 year old (so she went through her puppy and summer shedding phases) and it honestly looks like she never stepped foot in my car. Their prices truly do not reflect their customer service skills, extreme professionalism, or the effort they put into detailing. I was reluctant to spend that much initially because I'm selling my car, but I would have spent far more had I known it would shave off actual YEARS of use like it did. I will never go anywhere else to get my car detailed and I can't wait to go back with my new car in a few months!

I called a few other detailing shops before deciding on Magic Auto.  I was first interested because…read moretheir pricing was very fair.  I had spoken to a few other places who were asking way too much and touted their skills and experience but I soon realized they were going to put my car through the same process as every other car.  After speaking with Ethan and John I was able to see they are students of the craft and are open to learning about new products, and took the time to understand my concerns.  Since my car is older we wanted to make it shine while removing as little clearcoat as possible.   The headlights were also yellowing, so I asked them to use a specific process to properly restore them and prolong this from happening again.  I also had my own products I asked them to use, which we discussed and came to an agreement on how to proceed.  I am a very demanding customer, and I like to understand many details of how I am spending my hard earned cash to which John & Ethan were very accommodating.  Overall the car came out great, and I love driving it even more.  I plan to bring my other Mercedes along with my wifes Honda Pilot to get the paint polished and protected for the winter.  These guys treat your car as if their own and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This is a leased vehicle and now because we only wanted to care for the car, it has damage because they do not maintain their equipment. Seats were vacuumed but not wiped (dried applesauce on door panel and headrest) I ended up wiping the inside down with armor all wipes the next day. This car was cleaned for 2 hours. Our other car was vacuumed, and the dash was dusted and wiped. Cup holders and seats were still a bit dirty. Nate did mention that the carpet had a few deep stains that needed an extractor.
