If I could give this auto body shop negative stars, I would. I dropped off two cars for repairs…read morefollowing an accident in early October. The owner promised that both cars would be completed within a week. One car took 11 days, and the other took 18 days. He probably would still have had the second car if I hadn't sent a text demanding that it be finished by Friday or I would take further action. Both cars were repaired horrendously. The first car's hood is not aligned properly, the paint is bubbly, and the windshield washer fluid reservoir was never fixed. On top of that, the car is shaking, and the owner claims they don't perform alignments. What kind of auto body shop performs frame work without ensuring the vehicle gets a proper alignment? The second car is even worse. The entire front end is misaligned, and one headlight sits noticeably farther back than the other. There are spider cracks and bubbly paint throughout the repair work. The owner reused trim pieces that had been scratched up inside his shop, and they aren't even clipped in properly. The skid plate underneath the car is cracked and completely disconnected, and there are large chips in the hood's paint that were not there before the repairs. When I confronted the owner about these issues during pickup, he argued with me instead of taking responsibility and making things right. I have never encountered a more unprofessional or rude business owner. I took both cars to another auto body shop today to have the repairs corrected. The staff there couldn't believe that a shop would allow vehicles to leave in this condition. Save yourself the time, money, and aggravation. Stay far away from this place!

What impressed me most was the paint work. My car has a three-coat pearl white finish, which is not easy to match, and Dino blended it perfectly with the rest of the car. You cannot tell where the repair was done. It is clear that he genuinely loves cars and takes pride in his work. He was pleasant, straightforward, and easy to work with from start to finish.
