My 'experience' at BelAir Auto Collison was, well, astonishing to say the least. With what's going on out there and the opportunity to take advantage of a female customer clueless about cars, I expected grief, wanted a miracle, and rather than it be naive, it became a reality. I brilliantly drove my 16 year old Honda fit in my own driveway enclosed by railroad ties, over one to make room for someone to park behind me. The next day when I pulled out, I ripped the front bumper off, this time completely. What to do? I put the seats down, picked it up and put it in the back, drove to Honda in Smithtowm who said over the phone they could fix it, but couldn't. They recommended Tom at Belair and I drove through Smithtown, the most humiliating experience with all the beautiful cars everyone drives now, not like when I was a teen- 1970s. I pulled up and asked for Tom, one of the owners . . for HELP. I was speaking to him. Within one hour my car was put back together, and I drove off with it explained to me: it looked good but needed to be replaced. The price for this was incredibly reasonable. During this time, we serviced over 500 customers for decades, so we are more than well aware of what it takes to make it in such a sophisticated market. Also during this time, we naturally were exposed to countless services and businesses ranging from "very good" to "very bad". And simply put, Tom, and the entire crew at Belair go significantly past the top tier of "very good" and actually attain the level of "Exceptional". A position only attained by a very (very) small number. They recently handled several items pertaining to my vehicle, and both times they managed to exceed my expectations. Something very few are able to do. Their level of integrity compels them to work at guaranteeing your satisfaction. I can't say enough about Tommy and Kyle and the crew down at Bel-Air auto body those guys are the absolute best. I was recently driving. I heard a whistle coming from my driver's door. I thought it might've been the weatherstripping. I stopped down to see them and determine what was going on. iIt turns out that my Sideview mirror was loose Somebody must've banged into it or whacked it. I don't know. they immediately asked me for my keys started dissembling my inside door panel 15 minutes later. My mirror was all nice again. I asked him what I owed him. They told me absolutely nothing who still operates a bissiness that way these days who's better than these guys HUGE shout out to the boys down at BELAIR AUTO BODY. Fantastic experience getting my 2022 Subaru repaired at Belair Auto Collision. I read previous reviews and decided to give them a call. Kyle was amazing and helped me with the whole repair process and dealing with Allstate Insurance. Kyle made the painful process of being in a car accident very pleasant by handling all of the repairs, dealing with the insurance adjuster, making follow up phone calls and emailing Allstate to keep the process moving along. I have dealt with other local repair shops, and nothing compares to the service I received at Belair. My car was ready on the exact day they said it would be ready for pick up.
