After an issue with another body shop we used for many years, we decided to try Schubert's Auto Body since it was recommended and much closer to our home. What a great choice! Our Chrysler Pacifica van was in an accident and the customer service, communications, and quality of work was fantastic! There was a significant amount of damage since the van has so many electrical features located in the front end where the damage occured. They helped us every step of the way from arranging to pick up the van from the place it was towed after the accident, to handling the adjuster visits and keeping us up to date during the repair process. Everyone was so helpful and polite and the van was returned to us looking brand new and sparkling! Thank you Steve and the entire staff at Shuberts! My parked car was hit on the passenger side on two separate occasions. When I got my 2019 Subaru back it looked brand new. Not only was the major damage repaired, but all the smaller scratches on every side had magically disappeared. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. The representative Chris was obnoxious and terrible. In addition, he demanded that we pay in cash which was very shady and dishonest. We were charged over $700 after our car was towed on a Saturday and picked up on Monday because his shop is closed on the weekend. The service was horrible. read more

My son recently got in a car accident and the car was automatically towed to Schubert's, which was about a mile from the accident. The next day I had it towed to the body shop that did former work on my son's car and they were hit with a bill for over $700 from Schubert's for the car being there not more than 24 hours. There were administration fees, clean up fees (which the scene of the accident was not cleaned up, even the next day) and many other unknown and unnecessary fees. They didn't even look at my car, it was towed the next morning. My body shop was quite surprised when they saw the bill. When I called Schubert's, they tried to put me on hold for 20 minutes to avoid me and told me they were closing soon and couldn't really talk. Sad, because they are in my neighborhood. In the stress of my son having the accident, I think it's very unfair that they tried to rip off my insurance company or, even me, and I certainly didn't need more stress. I would never recommend such a dishonest company to anyone, especially in my neighborhood. read more
