I have been dealing with Townline for many years now. The old owner, Freddy was the best. Fred has since passed and his son Bob is running the place. I had an issue with my paint, that was done when Fred was running the show. Brought my car to his son and explained the situation. He was so honest and straight with me, that I was taken back. You don't find that much anymore. He took care of the problem in a timely manner with no charge at all. Hats off to him. I had my 2013 Ford Focus at Town Line Auto Body for repairs over the last week or so. The work they did and the service they provided compelled me to right this review. My car was hit by a woman who was backing out of her driveway (in a residential neighborhood) way to fast and didn't even look to see if any traffic was coming. Well I was coming. I leaned on my horn and hit my brakes but she kept on coming until she entered the street and slammed into my right front fender and front bumper. The damage totaled almost $3000 with also broke my tie rod. Geico gave me my choice for who I preferred to perform the repair. Since Town Line Auto Body was next to my office I decided (for convenience reasons) to take the car to them. They were outstanding in every category. Right from the start they kept me informed of everything that was transpiring with my car. They arranged a loner car from the car rental service. The time they said that they needed to repair my car was accurate to the day and exact hour! The work they did was perfect. You could not tell the car was hit by this woman no matter how hard you tried to find something that might give it away. The staff truly cared about me and my concerns for the car, I could not be happier. If you ever need anything done to repair any damage to your automobile from a car accident, this is the place to go. Ask for Ernie and tell him Jeff from the office next door sent you in. They do great work in a timely fashion & are honest and don't try to scam woman who know nothing about cars like your typical body shop owner would do. Since the unfortunate passing of the owner Freddy, I have been dealing with his son Bobby who took over, and Ernie the head of the body shop and they have been great. The woman behind the counter, Darlene, is also very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this shop for all your auto body needs AND they also have a mechanic on site as well.
