2024 Dodge Durango SRT. Recently had a very bad collision with my new Durango. After years of bad experiences with Bodyshops I started using reviews to steer me in the direction for this repair. My insurance company forcefully suggested one of their shops. The reviews were horrendous. Being a single woman, the hard truth is that it can be extremely intimidating bringing your car in for any kind of service and/or repair. I did not have that experience at Bob's. My brand new car was hit while parked and needed repairs to the back bumper and quarter panel. Bob himself could not have made this any easier.
