The guy did nothing but lie - I even started recording the phone conversations and playing them back to show how crazy of a liar he was with us. The whole experience from the paperwork not being done right , the car not being ready or cleaned when we came to pick up, they don't even put gas in the tank! We had issues with car after ( AC didn't work, roof leaked, had to replace brake pads after they claimed to have just done them... Never returned our phone calls of course. We ended up having another dealership work on the car and said they are known for being scumbags. They tried to go though the extended warranty we purchased through capital motors and it was very limited in what they covered. For example, they covered the new AC condenser ( but wouldn't cover the freon to refill it). They only reimburse up to $100 per hour for the technicians time so you have to pay the difference in what the dealership charges per hour. If something isn't covered in the warranty - they won't cover the technicians time for that portion of the repair. When you are at the dealer, you will see them begging people to leave good reviews. Go back a couple months, they had like a 2 star rating. All the sudden they have 4.7. We are in the process of reporting them to the better business bureau. Hope my review can save others from dealing with this place. Honestly - shit happens and we bought a used car but this place is awful. so many other things I haven't even mentioned occurred. THEY ARE BAD

I controlled the entire situation. They did get my business because I just didn't want to waste any more of my precious time and kind of got something I was looking for. I also want to follow through with my sales person who honestly was a pleasure and very straightforward with me. I will not mention any names, but I did spend a certain amount of money and I didn't even get everything that the car came with I will be posting a photo of what they promised me and that was nothing. I hope this helps whoever decides to go there and deal with their sales team or finance team and I don't appreciate getting talk down to not when I'm the consumer. I'd say pass this one by and look elsewhere.

When I picked up my vehicle, all of the windows were rolled down and the interior smelled strongly of smoke and chemicals. The odor has never gone away, and as of June 25, it is still just as strong. Despite multiple visits to the dealership, another oil change, replacing the cabin air filter, and removing every personal item from my vehicle, the smell remains. It causes headaches, coughing, and eye irritation for both me and my passengers. Even after a short 20-minute drive, the odor lingers in my clothes and hair. The most frustrating part has been the inconsistent communication. I was initially told that no one in the service department could smell anything. Later, employees admitted they did smell the odor. Then, after speaking with others in the back, they returned and claimed they could no longer smell it. It's difficult to understand how the explanation kept changing. I gave Nissan 112 every opportunity to make this right, but instead I received conflicting explanations and no permanent solution. At one point I was even offered a complimentary interior cleaning for my brand-new vehicle, only for that offer to later be withdrawn without explanation. I expected much better customer service after purchasing a brand-new vehicle. Instead, I have spent nearly two months trying to resolve an issue that began immediately after a routine oil change. Because of this experience, I can no longer recommend Nissan 112 to anyone, and unfortunately, I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership again.

And through a coworkers recommendation of Marisa, a sales associate, we took a drive to Patchogue. There are 2 locations. One is for their used vehicles and the other for the new vehicles. This review is solely for the new vehicle lot. Marisa was a gem. She never rushed us or made us feel like she needed to hurry us along to get to the next sale. She sat with us for hours to decide exactly what we wanted and helped us go through every detail of ordering what we wanted that wasn't present on the lot. You always dread the finance guy. Going into an office to sit for hours and debate what's fair but Rich was amazing. He really cares about the people that be does business with. He's like that uncle that everyone flocks to at the family bbq's. They don't make em like him anymore and you'll never find that level of customer service in the city anymore so I highly recommend taking the drive to Brown's if you're looking to buy a new car.

The car had visible cracks and damage to both the grill and the bumper that was NOT shown in any of the pictures on their website. Keith told me that there are no hidden fees when working with Hyundai 112. However, Keith tried to increase the price by over $1,000 on top of the DMV and other fees that are always required. After being called out on this Keith tried to claim that this was to make the car "certified". The thing is, the car is already preowned certified through the dealership and company, it is already included in the listing price. Keith "did not know" that the car was preowned certified on their own website so I had to physically show him. He then said that "This changes things", he then went to his manager and lowered that random $1,000 fee they added onto the final price by $400...still having their made up fee. After I decided to leave and not buy the car, Keith became extremely rude and angry. He began to yell at me in front of everyone in the dealership and was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Claiming "Anywhere else you go you will get random fees!". After I left here I was able to find other dealerships who wouldn't try to scam me out of my money. Be weary of this this place! Honestly, your best bet is just to use Carvana, skip the BS and lies that places like Hyundai 112 spew at you.

This establishment is the epitome of the stereotypical crooked car salesmen. They passed the inspection immediately of the 2012 Volvo XC90 with a taillight out and 2 bald tires. I had to chase down initial work agreed upon in the sale. On my way to the dealership 10 days after purchase, an 02 sensor malfunctioned. 2 days after that, transmission problems. Although it is entirely covered under NYS Lemon Law, management at 112 Auto Plaza lied and attempted to avoid paying the transmission shop they outsourced the work to. Afterwards, they refused to take any calls from myself or the shop for days. Two months later, the car is still broken and they have forced me to take legal action. Between tows, rental cars fees and diagnostic fees, I am exhausted. I know this to be true, these people are corrupt and do not care for others. Please do not support their business. Most of them were the usual: weak offers, pushy tactics, and the classic car salesman clichés. Then we decided to give Mazda 112 a shot, and right away, it felt completely different. No swarm of salespeople rushing us the second we walked in. Instead, we were greeted by Joe C who was down-to-earth, zero pressure. He just asked what we were looking for, showed us exactly what we wanted, and patiently answered every question without rushing us. My wife had her eye on a particular pre-owned Mazda CX-5 we'd seen at a dealership in Smithtown, but they were about $2,000 off where we needed to be. Joe not only gave us way more for our trade-in than Smithtown did, but he also offered a super fair price on the car, and they certified it at no extra cost to us. The overall deal was significantly better than other dealers and Everything after that went incredibly smooth. I kept waiting for the finance guy to hit us with surprise fees or try to upsell a bunch of stuff we didn't want want , but It never happened. We paid exactly what we'd agreed on, no games. The finance team was professional, straightforward, and just as non pushy as Joe. Bottom line: this was hands-down the best car-buying experience we've ever had. I'll 1000% be back to Mazda 112 for my next one, no question. If you're tired of the usual dealership nonsense, go see Joe C.
