    I have purchased over 30 new cars in my life from Audi Corvettes Cadillacs Buicks Pontiacs diamantes the list goes on and on. I found Bright Bay Lincoln to be very untruthful in everything they told me when I purchased a Lincoln MKX along with its extended warranty. They were untruthful and extremely rude. They lied about a loan me car about service about picking up cars and delivering them they told me what I wanted to hear when purchasing the car. Corporation takes no action against these dealerships and they are allowed to get away with their dishonesty. I know I will never purchase another Lincoln again not only from Bright Bay but from any other Lincoln dealership. If the calling Bright Bay a number of times trying to make an appointment they told me they would call me back and let me know when there was a car available neither Tom the manager ever returned my phone calls. Or his secretary unfortunately we are at their Mercy. I can only tell you about my experience with this dealership. Stay away.

    I recently purchased a used Lincoln MKT. My salesman John Fariello was so professional and made my buying experience an absolute pleasure!! I got a great deal and am loving my new car definitely would recommend to my family and friends

    I will not get tired of posting comments on Yelp because of how unresponsible these people are..They give you a pretty face when you go in to buy a car but after that you best believe they will be the worst. I have taken in my Lincoln Navigater afew times and do not leave happy.. Last time i took my car which was Friday because my car is having electric problems and they did not fix the problem all they did was the inspection that was expired they told me they would reset the car which they DID NOT DO because i didn't have to fix anything with the radio.(they for sure know how i like to listen to my music )The car was literally ready in an hour after dropping it off. I called in today March 23 and explained what was going on even told them i have proof and the guy i spoke to told me he did not care about the proof i have also said that they would have to see the problem them selfs so he's practically calling me a lier

    If anyone has to deal with this place I highly recommend dealing with customer service rep named Janice, this person will go above and beyond anyone else,in my personal opinion if not for her I think my car would have still been in the service center thank you so much Janice.

My 94-year-old mother-in-law went in alone to return her leased Hyundai Elantra. Her lease buyout was approximately $12,000. Instead of acting with integrity, the finance department "took care of her" by signing her up for a $21,000 loanjust to keep her payments at $300. They effectively overcharged a 94-year-old woman by $9,000 on a car she already owned the rights to. When I stepped in to resolve this, the experience went from bad to worse. The Director of Used Car Sales offered a low-ball trade-in of $14,000 for a car with only 7,300 miles--nearly $3,500 below the KBB value. When I pointed this out, he became aggressive and told me, "I'll give you a quarter to call them," mocking the situation. Prospective customers beware: 1 This dealership lacks the basic integrity to protect vulnerable seniors. 2 Their trade-in offers are insulting; you will get thousands more at Carmax, Carvana, or through KBB. We are currently exploring all options, including reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General's Consumer Protection division. If you care about how your elderly family members are treated, stay far away from this establishment.

Our salesman Paul was helpful and straightforward with us. He and one of the managers did everything they could to get us to take the car home that day, which wasn't entirely a bad thing. However the stress began when it came time to sign papers. It was the end of the day and everyone was ready to go home, including us. We wanted to take our time and thoroughly review all of the paperwork. The numbers weren't making sense to us or adding up. Finally they claimed they must've made a mistake and "accidentally" entered a fee twice. This fee was around $2,000 so that was quite a mistake! This seemed very shady so we were ready to walk away, but in the end we decided to go through with it since it seemed like everything worked out in our favor. In conclusion, we did experience some unnecessary stress and they may or may not have been trying to pull a fast one on us, but we love the car and liked the salesman we dealt with.

It seems this dealership is living off its reputation from years ago; while the older positive reviews might have been true once, the recent negative feedback is 100% accurate to what I experienced. This was, without question, the worst car shopping experience I've ever had. Here is why: Arrogant Staff: The employees were dismissive and condescending. I have never felt so uncomfortable and disrespected by a place trying to earn my business. The IT Glitch" Excuse: They use low advertised prices to get people in the door on busy weekends, then claim they can't honor the price because of an "IT mistake." I was shocked to see other recent reviews mentioning the exact same excuse--it's clearly a calculated tactic, not a technical error. Pricing Games: Unlike every other modern dealer who will discuss pricing over the phone or provide a straightforward quote, this place hides the "actual" price behind layers of BS and extra fees. We ended up taking our business elsewhere and had a much faster, more honest experience. Save yourself the headache and the "extra" pricing--don't waste your afternoon here.

    Starting from the delivery of my 2024 Ram Crewcab Laramie 5.7 this dealership has fumbled the ball…read moreagain and again. This Truck was delivered hanging off the back of the car carrier with something hanging and flailing off the top of the tailgate. Whatever this object was, was damaging the upper right tailgate and the the upper right quarter panel. Someone tried to hide this by using touch up paint and failed miserably, the truck was sent to their bodyshop to be repaired and it was and they got paint overspray on the bed stake plastics. The truck was ordered with a hitch reciver and hitch to tow a 19' boat which i was suppose to pick up in the Outer Banks of The Carolinas, and the dealership was aware of this seeing that I explained this to the dealer before hand.( The Truck was delivered with no hitch), looked like they may have pulled it off for another vehicle. After finally recieving the truck back, the next day, in the morning I heard the Engine making a loud ticking sound (like a valve tick at start up cold, back to the dealer she went. They returned her and said it was normal, I disagreed. After some research I found that there is a class action Rico lawsuit against the Brand for this exact problem, loud ticking because the lifters or the Rockers in the valve train system have oil starvation and whipe out the timing cam over a period of time. Dealer says not to idle the truck too long as a precaution. (REALLY!) It was also explained to the service advisor that the truck wasn't steering correctly, as if the front tires were plowing causing the tires to prematurely wear out at 15,000 miles. But again the dealer found nothing wrong, but now the tires are worn almost bald on the outersides of the front tires, lets see what explanation they have for this. Along with the above mentioned problems there is still others like the Heated mirror on the driver's side dosent work properly, most of the time or not at all, and to add the driver's side windows is struggling to close. Much slower than the passenger side.I As of today I dropped off the truck to them again to try to resolve these issues, plus the recalls, only to wake up to a truck that wouldn't start, 10 volts showing on the gauge cold, starts after a jump but if you turn it off it won't start back up. To boot i was promised that there would always be loner trucks if I needed, seeing that without my truck i cannot provide or take care of my families needs. Mind you that I also leased another vehicle, 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L which also has a hand full of re calls just like my 24 Ram 1500 Laramie. She's next ! Wish me luck ! Im going to need it.

I bought a used VW EOS from them and within 6 months had to trade it in. What does that tell you? Manager in charge couldn't care less. If you have any problems, write to VW corporate like I did. Start a paper trail or it will become your word against theirs. Even though it's been over a year, every time I hear a story, I cringe. And YES, I do hold a grudge. I am not a rich person by far and I work very hard for my money. My decision to go to them cost me money. I hope my fellow yelpers choose carefully.

For the first hour with him, he was visiably helping other people, trying to make multipel sales and bragged that he had customers all over the place to us. We were quoted 289 for a Tucson 2 days before we came in again to close the deal. Upper management and Dave Santiago gave an excuse and backed out of the deal and offered the car for $70 more per month. Feeling angry that they wasted 3 hours of my time and insulted my intelligence, I left while he tried to re-negotiate. This arrogant ...hole followed me out and dropped a few f bombs on the lack of class I had, even though backing out of a done deal is the lowest class you can portray. What a tool, avoid at all costs.
