Never mind my previous review. Will still say it was quick , and everyone friendly however I was deceived and that really pisses me off. I stated MULTIPLE times I had payments remaining in old lease and would ONLY be interested in doing a deal if I can pay zero down , old Lease was wiped and would pay just taxes dmv and dealer fees. I said multiple times I don't put money down on leases .I was assured this was the case. The next part is partially my fault for being tired and not questioning anything , but once you are in finance you don't see the actual deal sheet it's all on computer. Long story short part of taxes and fees ended up being 3k in cap reduction , ie I put down 3k on a lease. Hopefully they will make this right. I totally not sure about this place. The finance guy talked down to me like I was beneath him while he was wearing a $40,000 watch I knew what my car was worth and to be honest unless I stood my ground they would've given me less than what it was worth, but I didn't let them do that. I controlled the entire situation. They did get my business because I just didn't want to waste any more of my precious time and kind of got something I was looking for. I also want to follow through with my sales person who honestly was a pleasure and very straightforward with me. I will not mention any names, but I did spend a certain amount of money and I didn't even get everything that the car came with I will be posting a photo of what they promised me and that was nothing. Stay away!!! it was nice at first. Allison sent a video of the car to me and was prompt in the morning with a email, but she immediately asked me to fill out a application before anything else which I thought was fishy. I was then transferred to a sales person named Jen who left me hanging and had to leave with an emergency without telling me. Then Chloe took over and it seemed too good at first, but it all went South!! They advertised a car I wanted for 34,000. I sent them the car gurus pre-estimate that I had. They agreed that everything looked great. Then I proceeded to fill out the application, only for them to then make the price $8000 more!!! I immediately was upset and expressed that and then the sales person Chloe said " Let me talk to the owner.". Supposedly he said he could get it to 36,000, which was still a good deal in my eyes so I decided to continue to proceed.. then she came back and said no actually it needs to be 37, which I was still fine with. Then after I waited a couple hours for the finance person to get back to me, he changed the price back to 42,000 with all the numbers he had and told me that Chloe never said that. Dishonest sales process. My father and brother spent almost 10-12 hours combined in two days working on a lease for a new Sentra. The salesman told them what they wanted to hear, promised to make their number worked and said if we signed that day (yesterday) they would meet the number. Came back that credit history was not long enough length wise, so I gladly cosgined to help with the credit support. Finance "stopped answering" once 6PM hit and we were told 10AM today that they will get the answer, since it did not look like they reviewed my credit. They took the deposit from us as well. Now at 130PM, after this whole process started 130 PM yesterday, and 5 hard hits to my credit later as a cosigner, they suddenly could not meet the deal they offered and agreed to yesterday, and came back trying to convince to finance at double the monthly price instead, which is not what was agreed upon. It is poor practice to agree to a sales deal and not deliver an honest result; especially to try and work more money into a finance deal, while putting hard inquiries on individuals credits without the intention to close. Stay away from this dealership at all costs. We dealt with their off-lease division because we saw the truck we wanted on carmax and they had it at their dealership. We called to ask if there were hidden costs and for the fine print, but they told us that was the price before tax only. We got there and the salesman waited for our son to fall in love with the truck and for us to say we were ready to do the deal....then all of a sudden he told us that there was a mistake and they actually paid more than the advertised price for the truck, that we had to pay for shipping the truck from PA to NY (carmax listed the truck as in NY for over 2 years), and approx 3-4 extra charges that increased the price of the truck by $6,ooo before taxes and fees. In 30+ years of purchasing cars I've never seen such shady sales practices and such obvious deception. When I asked if he was serious about the price he just said "If you go somewhere else they will just do the same thing I'm doing." We purchased the same truck, just newer and with more options from a more reputable dealer 24 hours later. After going back and forth between us and the "manager", we tried explaining the maximum amount I could finance & he wasn't having it. We waited 20 minutes for the car to be brought out. When we view the ca, we noticed the car had damage to the right rear panel. Have a 2024 Altima. Took it last week for an oil change. Got a call telling me that our coolant was completely dry. They had to do a full flush that we had to pay out of pocket for. When we spoke to the service writer, we were told to "call corporate" and we didn't hear that from him....Called corporate and they did absolutely nothing. The case manager told us that there is no supervisor at corporate as well, when we asked to speak to a supervisor, because she kept going on about us wanting repairs, when we simply asked for a refund for the flush. Actually told us to bring it to another dealership to get a second opinion as to why the coolant was bone dry at only 28,000 miles. And this was high end coolant that they use. The basic answer from all involved was that it evaporates. Not to mention, that if we took it to another dealership we woud have to pay out of pocket for that as well! Everyone beware. I was NOT overly excited about a vehicle, I was NOT emotional and allowing my emotions to walk and talk. I was very calm, cool and collected when I walked into this dealership today to purchase a certified used Nissan. I was NOT happy with the sales person Eric. At first he was very personable, polite and professional. Half way through the "deal" on this vehicle, I made a counter-offer comment and said "that's more than I would like to spend." In HOPES of them working with me a little more and dropping the price by another thousand, possibly $1,500. My offer was NOT unreasonable. This man comes back at me with, "You think you're just going to come in here and offer me that? Then maybe this isn't the vehicle for you." Excuse me? UNPROFESSIONAL! It was a haggling tactic on my part to counter offer your offer. And you come out and insult me? You are in NO position to tell a CUSTOMER what they CAN and CAN'T afford. Yet he kept bragging about how he spent 12+ years in this dealership, I don't see how that's possible if this is how he treat his clients. But it gets better. The vehicle I was interested in, already had a pending offer, this man seemed pretty confident that the offer wouldn't go through. So I decided to NOT put down a deposit on the vehicle and told him kindly to call me if something changes. I told him, "If it's meant to be then it will be, if not, then it wasn't meant to be." Again, not allowing my emotions take hold or be too excited about this particular vehicle. He seemed APPALLED that I refused to put down a deposit on a vehicle that already had a pending offer on it and he says "I hate when people say that. Dropped my 2020 rogue off for *routine* service - inspection, oil change, tire rotation. They called to tell me my cabin filters needed replaced and I said okay. Picked the car up and my AC no longer functions. Dropped it back off and was told they did me the "courtesy" of waving the $200+ diagnostic fee, then presented with an over $400 PARTS ONLY estimate and the explanation that my AC motor "blew." Was told the service manager would call as soon as he came in at 11am - it is now 330pm and I have heard nothing. I dropped off a fully functional car, and picked up a non functional car, 4 days before I leave for a road trip to canada with 4 other people. Jacob has been wonderful in communicating and understanding, but management clearly does not care. Accidents happen, but to imply that a PERFECTLY FUNCTIONAL part of my car just *happened* to quit the same exact day it was worked on is unacceptable. I bought a 2023 Nissan rogue back on February 24, 2025 on April 15 my control arm snapped in half there was absolutely no damage underneath the vehicle. The car was towed to Boone. The next called me to tell me there damage done to the vehicle that the rim had extensive which was not true. The only thing I could say was my fault was when I bought the used I did not check around the whole vehicle two days after I bought the vehicle. I took the car in for a car wash and realized that the rim had some scuffs on it. They proceeded to tell me that the tire was changed. The tire has never been changed on that vehicle since I've owned it so that's how I knew they were lying. They would not honor the warranty. They said that it was my fault and the vehicle was looked at prior to them getting it and they said there was no damage at all that it was a clean break. I have pictures to prove it. There was absolutely no scratches underneath the car at all just that one piece broke repair nothing but liars. They should be ashamed of them shit themselves. My daughter overpaid $18,000 for a 2018 used car, sales personnel said it's a used car market after Covid prices drove up car values, but we figured it only had 33k miles on it and it appeared to be a clean car so I'll buy it. My daughter didn't get her license for 7 months after the purchase so it was barely used. We drove it for the last 3 months and put less than 3,000 miles and the motor ceased up. The salesman no longer works there, the sales manager, Nick Galeja, said it's outside the manufacturer warranty and outside the used car warranty that there's nothing he can do about it. There are lawsuits against Nissan for this exact same issue. They are trying to push it through my comprehensive insurance which would mean I have to pay for repairs. They said there is water damage.(I have two car garage) and got the car too them with in 9 hours of it happening. I have filed a claim with corporate as this is clearly a flaw in their window design. I write my review and make a financial demand for the money we were wasting on our monthly payments for the car and insurance. Nissan 112 contacted us and didn't apologize and said, we're sending you a rental car. Mind you, we bought a Lexus SUV... they sent us a small compact 4 door Nissan sedan. It got delivered to us with car hair all over the seats, literally everywhere, and vomit on the rug. It was like done intentionally. It was hysterical. We had the rental car for two weeks and then we finally got our plates. Over $1000 in fees and then expenses, tears, sleepless nights, anger, frustration... the whole spectrum. Brief history which led me to write this; I had received a letter from Nissan-112 about a month ago, "guarantying me a loan" even though I had filed bankruptcies well over 5 years ago in defending my family's home from some unscrupulous individuals (husband & wife team, her being a divorce lawyer!). Their letter was specifically written as it pertained, more for me (& those possibly like me,) who filed for bankruptcies, and I thought what a great way to get past these anomalies and start getting my life back together. This sincerely just proved to be a disappointment as first feeling optimistic, there was hope especially in this economy. This "LOAN" was contingent on meeting their Three (3) Requirements; Proof of Min Income, Ownership of House and a Valid Driver's License, which I did! They said I could achieve a loan in a written email after submitting my requirements. Well after asking them to specify what type of loan I might obtain and rates, it seem that they did not want to nail anything down in writing and kept insisting I "come down" when I insisted again, they got back and increased their income min from what was originally stipulated in their letter. When I showed them their original document specifying "min", they asked again for me to "come down". When I again requested preliminary info on loan and rates, they told me I could not get a loan as I had filed multiple bankruptcies to be considered! The point is, I was made to feel extremely disappointed after being "led-on" for a significant time and I believe they would have offered me something, If I went down to them personally, but would have used the excuse for the additional fees and charges they would possibly implement as a result of my BRs and who knows what else!! Just though to forewarn any good folks contemplating spending their hard earned dollars to BEWARE OF NISSAN-112'S Tactics of what seems unethical "Bait and Switch" Tactics!!
