Terrible experience.. I brought my jeep to him in September 2022 for new spider gears, a gear ratio…read morechange from 4.56 to 4.10, and a replacement axle bearing/seal assembly. He gave me a price of $1500. He ordered the parts and made my appointment. I dropped off my jeep about a week later for the job. A few days go by and I hear nothing from him. When i inquire how the job is going and what progress has been made, he said the gear set he ordered was wrong, but he has a set of 3.73's in stock that he assured me would be good for my application (3.6l automatic transmission with 35" tires) so I reluctantly gave him the go ahead to do the work. When i got my jeep back I quickly found out what a terrible mistake 3.73's were. My jeep had virtually no pickup, I lost 5mpg, and my transmission was constantly shifting between 2nd and 3rd gear while I was driving anywhere between 15mph and 30mph. I called him, left message after message and no response.. finally I heard back from him and made another appointment to have my original gears reinstalled and was charged an additional $600 Even though it was his bad advice to put the 3.73 gears in. I pick up my jeep for the 2nd time. The next day I found gear oil in my driveway leaking from the driver side axle seal. Here we go again, more ignored phone calls, another 4-7 days of text messages unanswered and more frustration. I eventually get a hold of him and pick another day to drop off and fix the leak. He told me he replaced the axle bearing and the seal. I pick it up, and find later that it's still leaking. I start the frustrating process of getting a response from him all over again, and bring it back. This time he sends me a picture of my damaged axle saying that someone was rough on it that last time it was taken out. My reply was "you were the only one who worked on it". He then told me he ordered an axle and he would take care of it. The axle came in, and I was told to drop it off again. My jeep sat in his yard for at least 2 weeks before he put it on the lift and now he discovered that he ordered the wrong axle. He said that "the axle came in too long".. I immediately know that was B.S. and he was lying to me. It's a Dana 44, very common rear end. So instead of ordering the correct part, he sh*t rigged my damaged axle and reinstalled it. No good.. this time the leak was even worse and I had to spend over $250 on gear oil just to keep it from running dry and destroying everything inside the case, but now I realize that didn't matter. The gears were already starting to howl and I could feel the vibration while I drove. Now I have $2100 invested in my noisy howling rear end that leaks. Awesome... I propose a new plan. I buy a set of new axles, seals, bearings, and retainers (another $800 or of my pocket). He buys new gears and installs it all. He agreed to this. I ordered the axles and have them in 3 days. He ordered a set of gears and surprise surprise, he ordered the wrong gears again.. He said he ordered another set, and so I wait again. A month goes by. I tried calling him to check on the status, no answer.. I tried texting him, again, no response. Eventually, he responds and says to bring it in and he has the gear to fix it. I drop it off and let him know that I want all of my old parts back. 4 days later I stop by his shop (why would he bother to answer a text message or a phone call from me now..) and he said that it's done. I look in the trunk, no old parts.. I asked about them and he said they were in the dumpster and I was welcome to fish them out. He found my old axles in the shop and gave them to me. I asked about the gears and what work he did, and at that point he started cursing me out and told me to "get your sh*t and get the f*ck out of here".. So, I left, and here's my resulting review for him. If you're looking for someone to do the job cheap, take short cuts, not return your calls and cause more problems than you originally brought your vehicle in for then he's your guy! If you want the job done right the 1st time, find a different shop.

Never mind my previous review. Will still say it was quick , and everyone friendly however I was…read moredeceived and that really pisses me off. I stated MULTIPLE times I had payments remaining in old lease and would ONLY be interested in doing a deal if I can pay zero down , old Lease was wiped and would pay just taxes dmv and dealer fees. I said multiple times I don't put money down on leases .I was assured this was the case. The next part is partially my fault for being tired and not questioning anything , but once you are in finance you don't see the actual deal sheet it's all on computer. Long story short part of taxes and fees ended up being 3k in cap reduction , ie I put down 3k on a lease. Hopefully they will make this right. Otherwise adding it to my list of deceptive Nissan dealers. Will say sales man Jim called me and again seems pleasant and sincere and would still go back to him. But something is wonky in finance

I controlled the entire situation. They did get my business because I just didn't want to waste any more of my precious time and kind of got something I was looking for. I also want to follow through with my sales person who honestly was a pleasure and very straightforward with me. I will not mention any names, but I did spend a certain amount of money and I didn't even get everything that the car came with I will be posting a photo of what they promised me and that was nothing. I hope this helps whoever decides to go there and deal with their sales team or finance team and I don't appreciate getting talk down to not when I'm the consumer. I'd say pass this one by and look elsewhere.

Went to Pep Boys for a SIMPLE tire plug because I had a slow leak from a small hole. That's it. I…read moredropped the car off, went to grab food, and came back over an hour later just to be told all four tires were "dry rotted" and I needed a whole new set of tires instead of the simple plug I originally came in for. Meanwhile, they somehow made the hole BIGGER than it originally was and didn't even bother putting air back in the tire until I asked because I still needed to drive home. The second I left, you could literally hear the air leaking out louder than before, and the tire started making horrible noises while driving. And when I came back after waiting all that time, the guy goes, "Yeah, I was just about to call you." Sure you were. The funniest part? I got home, my dad plugged the tire himself in minutes, and now everything is perfectly fine. So clearly they absolutely COULD have fixed it -- they just didn't want to. It honestly felt like they were more interested in trying to upsell me into buying four new tires than actually helping me with the simple repair I came in for. If I wasn't out east and just trying to make it home, I honestly would've never stopped there in the first place. I know better. My options were either stop at the closest place and hope for a quick plug or end up calling BMW Roadside Assistance for a flatbed over a simple nail hole. I even tipped them despite them doing basically nothing for me because I try to be kind to people. Regret that now. Waste of time, dishonest service, and a completely frustrating experience.
