Henry at Nissan of Bayshore made my entire experience smooth, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable…read more From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, attentive, and never pushy..just focused on helping me find exactly what I needed. He really cared about getting it right for me. On top of that, Henry was just a great person to talk to. We had some really nice conversations beyond just the car, especially about his dogs, his pitbull and his French bulldog. That personal touch made the experience feel much more genuine. If you're looking for someone who's not only professional and helpful but also kind and easy to talk to, Henry is definitely the person to see. Highly recommend working with him! Thank you! I had no intention of actually going to this dealership. But, I must've applied for financing or…read morethey received my information from Westbury Nissian, because I was contacted by a Wilmer, and told I qualified for zero down financing. I went in at 5:30pm and waited almost 45 minutes before I was even seen. No Wilmer... I asked for him and two different gentlemen came to help me. One sales associate (tall bearded guy) basically asked me, "what's your problem" because I was complaining about not working with Wilmer. I explained to them, I had been told by Wilmer, I qualified for a $33,000 zero down loan. I sent him paperwork and really didn't feel like starting over with someone else. He informed me that Wilmer only made the appointments. Really? Because, I feel like Wilmer asked for some wild information, if he only set up the appointments. Mind you, I'm with my daughter, my two month old granddaughter and my Son-in-law. Now, it's about 6:30, at this point. Ok, to the crux of this whole thing... I have a 2025 Mitsubishi Mirage... in my name that I pay the financing for, but ex drives it. Ex is the financing for a 2021(?) Ecosport my daughter drives. I made it clear to Wilmer... I can't trade Mitsubishi in because Ex drives it. Fast Forward, I'm called in "early" to the finance manager, (maybe) Freddie. When, I say asshole... he calls me in with a condescending attitude, "I'm calling you in early. Help me help you." Then, hits me with your approved, but then asks where's my Mitsubishi? He has the NERVE to say to me, "you seem upset and frustrated at me, I can stop helping you and you can leave if you want!" I said, Yes, I'm frustrated- all of the terms I agreed to are now changing, you literally put together a whole loan (I was approved for) predicated on me trading in a car, that I made clear I can't trade in. As soon as, it looks like I'm walking out the door, He said, "I can do something else here. Just go wait outside." It's now 8:30, my daughter is nursing my grandaugter in her car and I'm sitting with my SIL. My daughter comes in upset and says, "Did either of you guys send 'the guy' outside to talk to me?" We said, no. My daughter tells us... she didn't know how the guy knew she was out there, but he opened up the car door, while she was nursing to ask her for paystubs. Now, my SIL was pissed off, the bearded Salesman, happens to come over in the midst of all this. My SIL looks at my daughter and says, "Was this the guy?" She says, yes. My SIL looks at him and says "What's going on? Did something just happen?" (Literally all he said) the salesman played dumb, My daughter interrupted and said, it was really inappropriate for you to walk over to my car, and open the door while I'm breast feeding. Meanwhile, at this point, it's hitting me that they asked for her pay stubs. I asked why, and bearded Salesman says, "Oh, because Freddie decided to put her on the loan." So, my daughter is emailing financial stuff to them, and they call me back to the finance room. Freddie starts by saying, "I'm a helpful guy, but, does anyone you're with have a problem with my guys? I can't have any fighting or anyone getting hurt." I went through the whole event and not once did he apologize. He shrugged and said, "Ah well, I wasn't there I don't know what happened"... WHAT??? Then, why are you involving yourself? I started to address the fact that he added my daughter to the lein, he actually said to me "Is she not an adult?" Adult or not... it's my loan and I have the right to decide who is on it. My daughter is 20, out on Maturnity leave, makes less than me and has 0 credit. So, I'm confused at how she's actually going to help me. He said, it will prove to the bank why you need a second car. Never in my life... He and I are going back and forth. Then, he decided to submit the paperwork in the morning. So now, it's almost 9:30, baby crying and we leave with nothing. Freddie tells me he will be in touch with me the next day after he hears from the approval department. The next day, I'm at work. Texting back and forth with Dave. Finally I call Dave and he said, I haven't heard from Freddie either. Dave said, let me call you back. He calls back and tells me Freddie never submitted the paperwork (after I got the approval with my daughter) because he didn't think the bank would like the statements she supplied... what? We were approved, they just wanted bank statements... unbelievable. Yesterday, I go into a Jeep dealership, turns out my credit was almost 200 points higher than Nissan tried to tell me. In addition, I qualified for a loan (alone no cosigner) without having to trade my Mitsubishi in for the new vehicle. FM also told me, that the reason that the bank was trying to get me to turn in my Mitsubishi was because, they financed my Mitsubishi, and my payment was due (not late) but it looked I owed them money. Nissan could have told me that and I would have just paid the bill.

After checking the tire, I found what looked like a bolt in it. I went right to Pep Boys and Juan took me in immediately. I brought my vehicle to Pep Boys because it was experiencing a significant shaking issue. I…read morespecifically requested that the vehicle be thoroughly inspected and test driven to accurately determine the cause of the problem. Based on your diagnosis, of control arm replacement and front tire and front rims. I authorized repairs totaling $2,291.62. After these repairs were completed, the original shaking issue remained. Your technicians then informed me that the tie rods were the cause and replaced them at no additional cost. When that failed to resolve the issue, they said it was my back rims causing shaking of vehicle, that failed to resolve issue as well. I was then told that the vehicle required a rack and pinion replacement, which would have resulted in thousands of dollars in additional repairs. They said they will order parts and have yet to contact me. Because I had lost confidence in the diagnosis and lack of customer service. I sought a second opinion from another repair facility. The second mechanic immediately identified the actual cause of the problem: both rear brake calipers were seized, requiring replacement of the rear brake calipers, rotors, brake pads, and brake hoses. After these repairs were completed, the shaking issue was completely resolved. It is evident that the repairs performed by Pep Boys did not address the reason my vehicle was brought in for service. Had I relied on your recommendation, I would have unnecessarily paid for an expensive rack and pinion replacement while the actual problem remained unresolved. Additionally, after reviewing my paperwork, I discovered that the invoice provided to me contains another customer's name and address instead of my own. This represents a serious mishandling of customer records and raises concerns regarding your recordkeeping and customer privacy practices.
