This is a picture of the conversation I had with Jayla

My Experience was horrible. I spoke to a women Name Jayla in reference to a 2024 Honda Accord Sport. Before I drove a total of 100 miles there and back with the intentions of purchasing the vehicle I asked her Jayla, will there be any dealer fees? She told me No. So when I arrived I test drove the car, Jason was my sales rep. I agreed to buy the vehicle but was advised there will be a $4000 dealer fee since I'm not using their bank (coldly). Told me there is nothing else he can help me with even after I told him what Jayla said. His response after that was that Jayla is new.

Front of driveshaft destroyed including a U-joint cap that was shattered - somehow missed by their service dept during safety check.

Do not ever purchase a used vehicle from this dealer. They charge you a top notch price for a not top notch product. I purchased a 2004 S10 pickup from them a few weeks ago that had extremely low mileage. I was told this vehicle was close to perfect. I was told they have a former GM tech there who went over this top to bottom and they did a lot of work to it. I call bullshit. After starting to use this truck I began to notice many issues I feel should not have been missed during a proper used car safety check. First the parking brake does not work. That is a safety issue. The pedal assembly does not lock in place, a common issue with these vehicles so the pedal assembly needs to be replaced. It also has mismatched rear shocks on it, one looks new, the other looks original and of course that one is no good. So they either only replaced one shock or it came into them that way ans they did nothing about it. It also has a bad driveline vibration during highway speeds and it makes a squeaking noise when driving it. I thought it was just a bad U-Joint, not a big deal but it turns out the whole drives haft is destroyed. And they supposedly had a GM tech look over this? If that's the case he sucks and needs to sell his tools asap. There were about 4 to 5 burned out light bulbs on this truck and the brakes are making a hell of a noise. I haven't got to finding out why that is but seeing what I found already I am not optimistic. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to purchase a used vehicle from this dealer. There are only 2 possibilities here. Either they sold this vehicle knowingly with these issues and did not want to do anything about them, or they didn't even bother to do a proper used car safety check on this vehicle. Either way not good.

Thaddeus was the kindest most patient car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was a pleasure to deal with and I love my car!

He gave me a price of $1500. He ordered the parts and made my appointment. I dropped off my jeep about a week later for the job. A few days go by and I hear nothing from him. When i inquire how the job is going and what progress has been made, he said the gear set he ordered was wrong, but he has a set of 3.73's in stock that he assured me would be good for my application (3.6l automatic transmission with 35" tires) so I reluctantly gave him the go ahead to do the work. When i got my jeep back I quickly found out what a terrible mistake 3.73's were. My jeep had virtually no pickup, I lost 5mpg, and my transmission was constantly shifting between 2nd and 3rd gear while I was driving anywhere between 15mph and 30mph. I called him, left message after message and no response.. finally I heard back from him and made another appointment to have my original gears reinstalled and was charged an additional $600 Even though it was his bad advice to put the 3.73 gears in. I pick up my jeep for the 2nd time. The next day I found gear oil in my driveway leaking from the driver side axle seal. Here we go again, more ignored phone calls, another 4-7 days of text messages unanswered and more frustration. I eventually get a hold of him and pick another day to drop off and fix the leak. He told me he replaced the axle bearing and the seal. I pick it up, and find later that it's still leaking. I start the frustrating process of getting a response from him all over again, and bring it back. This time he sends me a picture of my damaged axle saying that someone was rough on it that last time it was taken out. My reply was "you were the only one who worked on it". He then told me he ordered an axle and he would take care of it. The axle came in, and I was told to drop it off again. My jeep sat in his yard for at least 2 weeks before he put it on the lift and now he discovered that he ordered the wrong axle. He said that "the axle came in too long".. I immediately know that was B.S. and he was lying to me. It's a Dana 44, very common rear end. So instead of ordering the correct part, he sh*t rigged my damaged axle and reinstalled it. No good.. this time the leak was even worse and I had to spend over $250 on gear oil just to keep it from running dry and destroying everything inside the case, but now I realize that didn't matter. The gears were already starting to howl and I could feel the vibration while I drove. Now I have $2100 invested in my noisy howling rear end that leaks. Awesome... I propose a new plan. I buy a set of new axles, seals, bearings, and retainers (another $800 or of my pocket). He buys new gears and installs it all. He agreed to this. I ordered the axles and have them in 3 days. He ordered a set of gears and surprise surprise, he ordered the wrong gears again.. He said he ordered another set, and so I wait again. A month goes by. I tried calling him to check on the status, no answer.. I tried texting him, again, no response. Eventually, he responds and says to bring it in and he has the gear to fix it. I drop it off and let him know that I want all of my old parts back. 4 days later I stop by his shop (why would he bother to answer a text message or a phone call from me now..) and he said that it's done. I look in the trunk, no old parts.. I asked about them and he said they were in the dumpster and I was welcome to fish them out. He found my old axles in the shop and gave them to me. I asked about the gears and what work he did, and at that point he started cursing me out and told me to "get your sh*t and get the f*ck out of here".. So, I left, and here's my resulting review for him. If you're looking for someone to do the job cheap, take short cuts, not return your calls and cause more problems than you originally brought your vehicle in for then he's your guy! If you want the job done right the 1st time, find a different shop.

The next part is partially my fault for being tired and not questioning anything , but once you are in finance you don't see the actual deal sheet it's all on computer. Long story short part of taxes and fees ended up being 3k in cap reduction , ie I put down 3k on a lease. Hopefully they will make this right. When I picked up my vehicle, all of the windows were rolled down and the interior smelled strongly of smoke and chemicals. The odor has never gone away, and as of June 25, it is still just as strong. Despite multiple visits to the dealership, another oil change, replacing the cabin air filter, and removing every personal item from my vehicle, the smell remains. It causes headaches, coughing, and eye irritation for both me and my passengers. Even after a short 20-minute drive, the odor lingers in my clothes and hair. The most frustrating part has been the inconsistent communication. I was initially told that no one in the service department could smell anything. Later, employees admitted they did smell the odor. Then, after speaking with others in the back, they returned and claimed they could no longer smell it. It's difficult to understand how the explanation kept changing. I gave Nissan 112 every opportunity to make this right, but instead I received conflicting explanations and no permanent solution. At one point I was even offered a complimentary interior cleaning for my brand-new vehicle, only for that offer to later be withdrawn without explanation. I expected much better customer service after purchasing a brand-new vehicle. Instead, I have spent nearly two months trying to resolve an issue that began immediately after a routine oil change. Because of this experience, I can no longer recommend Nissan 112 to anyone, and unfortunately, I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership again.

I went to leave again and didn't even get passed the front of the store and the issue is still happening . They brought it back into the back- after about an hour the front desk kid- I asked him what was going on- he said well we put in bad spark plugs ? What why are you changing spark plugs for an oil change - he said I don't know- he said you asked for an engine diagnosis and the engine light was on- I said no - there was no lights on at all- until after I went to pick it up. They said it would take a few minutes to get good spark plugs -they didn't have them in the store and had to order them from a different store ps it was not finished yesterday In the meantime I called my fleet company who told me that they were told I said that the car was misfiring and the engine light was on- which is a blatant lie- first of all how the heck would I know they car was misfiring ? And honestly it's a fleet car- the car is well maintained and taken care of by my company . Plus - I was back at my house at 11:14 pm(based on the uber logs) and according to the report from the communication thread attached with my receipt I complained about the problems or it was sent for approval at 1- which is an hour after I received the text with the diagnosis that no lights were on and I believe they were looking at brakes but it passed inspection ... I don't know what kind of scam you ( or your employees) are running over there - but my company and the fleet company are aware of the situation - of performing services that were not remotely necessary - fabricating 'driver complaints' .I did not ask for any other services other than oil change and inspection. I didn't even get a new message that my car was brought back in last night - because they totally screwed up a car that had no issues other than needing an oil change and inspection . I picked it up today and was told it was a clogged air filter ?!! What? I said what happened with the bad spark plugs from last night- the kid at the desk said idk he just heard it was a clogged air filter - and it was extensively test driven this morning (there's no miles other than the 1 I put on trying to drive out of the lot twice ). I don't know if this is what you do to fleet customers or all your customers - but I can assure you - I will tell my story to everyone - and I personally will never step foot in any pep boys again- Oh And I was refused a receipt today for the additional repairs that were supposedly done
