WARNING stay away.! I have an almost brand new car and I brought it in here today for its first professional car wash. I know every scratch on that car. Somehow my left side view mirror got scratched badly and when I informed the owner mr. Parks, he became very argumentative and told me to call the cops because there was no way his machines could do that. So I did. Well I haven't been to the car wash since the lockdown but I decided to bring my car to clean off all the snow and salt on my car. I've been coming here for years. To my surprise when I pulled up I saw that the price of the basic went up to $20 and that's the starting price. I must say I got a very good car wash and for that I give 4 stars but I deduct 2 stars for ripping us off and charging us $20 for the basic. I understand there's a pandemic and they have to make up for lost revenue but an average person like myself can't afford this high price and I will be washing my own car more often as soon as the weather warms up. read more

Best Wash on LI Deer Park Ave. If the sales Traffic was so busy I will come here. Hope the owner knows what kind of Nice wash they have. Always a Five Star Review. The one Confusing thing is how to come into the Tunnel. Like they need an Enter sign where you come in and so people can get there sooner. The equipment is fantastic and it seems great. Several times I've gone there and floor still has stuff on it. The last time I went my son had blue cotton candy and had gotten some on my backseat after they washed and dried when I got in to leave I said why and how is this stuff still on my seat, they came over sprayed something and wiped and said better now. I paid over 45 dollars for the worst jog ever on a 2021 Jeep Gladiator I told them that extra care had to be in the interior because it wasn't done in 3 months as I was away and the outside was new . They spray shine on tap of dry food without Cleaning first. I spoke to owner or manager and he didn't want to see what I was complaining about . I did not asked for my money back, I ask for a rain check for me to return later or another day because I was late and he said no . Been coming here over the years and the last time I went was a disappointment. It's been steadily getting worse and now I'm going to start looking for another car wash. A basic car wash is $20 which isn't bad but it's the bare minimum. Went for the early bird special which is $2 off. My car was the only one there since I came right when they opened and they had about 5 workers cleaning my car. After a minute or 2 of cleaning they left and waited for another car that was coming through the car wash. I looked around and no one acknowledged me that it was done or anything so I sat for another minute or so until one of the workers looked back at me and gave me a thumbs up to take the car. The dashboard was still wet and had streaks on my radio screen because they didn't completely dry it and they didn't vacuum the back of my car. The sections that were vacuumed still had dirt and sand left over. I'm not looking for a spotless wash but there shouldn't be a good amount of dirt/sand still left over after it was vacuumed. If you just want a quick cleaning for $20, than this place isn't a bad spot. read more

My first time trying this car wash and I was more than disappointed. I paid for the gold and when I sat in my car it felt like a basic with armor all. The inside was vacuumed but not cleaned. You can't just wipe it down with armor all, make it shiny and think your customer will be ok with that after paying for a gold wash. Next time I need a quick basic wash I might consider Deer Park Car Wash, but never will I pay for gold to get the basic again. Try actually cleaning and not rushing to get to the next car. read more

Great place. Don't let the long line turn you away...they move QUICK. Literally as soon as you pull up they begin so don't leave picking up random items off your floor until then. I got the basic clean which came to $16.28. Outside wash/dry, vacuum, mirrors, wipe down interior...I think that was it. You pay inside and drop your tip in the box outside the door. Best car wash on DPA. The prices are awesome , early bird specials , and deductions of the premium package. (I'm actually here now typing this) The workers there are hands down the best. They advise you on which package is best for your needs , they smile all the time , and pay attention to DETAIL ! Many times I see the owner come out and dry the cars out with them. I go to this car wash frequently. The reason being that the men who actually wash the cars are great. It's the owner that is awful. Today I had enough washes for a free wash. I wanted my tires armoroled so I knew I'd have to pay an extra $4. The manager refused my credit card and told me I'd have to pay with cash because he imposes a $10 minimum purchase on his customers. In good faith this owner could have let me charge this amount to satisfy his customer. I didn't try to buy candy, I was trying to pay for the extra charge. But no he fought me about it and would not do it. The $5 bill that I had in my wallet was for a tip for his employees. But he took that away from them. He is an arrogant owner with a terrible attitude towards his patrons. read more

The store is nothing special, little trees, mud flaps, etc., but check out the machinery- all new and modern. Worst car wash experience I have ever had. I usually just wash my own car but since I didn't have time I figured why not try out this car wash. Well I drive a Jeep Wrangler and have a tire cover for my back tire. First of all I was rushed through there and had no idea what was going on. When I got home from the car wash I noticed my tire cover was missing, so I went back and asked the guy where it was, and he said the car can't go through the car wash with a tire cover on it. Then instead of calmly explaining that, the man at the register went on about "well if you could read it says that cars can't go through the car wash with a tire cover" very rude EXTREMELY nasty and I will NEVER go back to that car wash. He spoke that way to me infront of other customers, first and last time I will ever use this place. read more

The better car wash of the handful that exist in Deer Park. The line is usually at least 5 cars long and the line to get your car washed strings along down a side street usually impeding traffic. The washes are pretty quick and not outrageously overpriced. read more

This car wash has gone pretty down hill within the last year. The owner is nice who is usually there on most days but the other cashier is rude as hell and doesn't even make an effort to make eye contact; whatever. I get a basic wash every time and that's exactly what you pay for, a basic wash. They don't even really vacuum the inside of the car. If you have a nice car don't bring it here, you'll leave with more scratches than what you came in with. My paint also chipped from this car wash. If you can go somewhere else, go there. read more

My interior still had stuff on the seats after being vacuumed and the guy laid my opened coffee travel mug which still had coffee in it on my seat so that it leaked all over. Never again. Today I was visiting family and stoped in to get a quick wash at Deer Park Car Wash. I wanted Rainex so the attendant suggested the platinum for $34. A bit pricey, but I was looking for my new car to sparkle so I splurged. Today was a particularly busy day so I had a 20 minute wait before getting to the machine which wasn't a surprise. I walked through to pay and waited another 10 minutes for someone to take my money. Once outside, I noticed a few tire hazards such as uneven grates and potholes and wondered why a booming business would not fix what could be a liability, but that is just me. By coincidence a young man was complaining that the attendant backed up into the grate and he was quite upset about possible damage to his tire. Although I could not understand what the "manager" was saying To him it became a bit uncomfortable when he was screaming at the customer and the customers friend actually had to hold him back because they almost got physical. A woman sitting next to me said she would not come back because it was really clear the workers did not want to hear the customers concerns about his tire. Now it was my turn, because it was crowded and cars were piling up, they drove my car to the construction lot next door at the same time a tractor trailer backed into the site and practically blocked me in. Next they started draining the cesspools which stunk so bad that the attendant applying armor all to my dash stopped halfway through and left. I went back to the car wash and asked for a manager, brought him to my car and showed him the layer of dirt that was now all over my car from the trailer fan. He made no apology, just said it had to go through again. I said nothing and went back to the bench to wait another 35 minutes. As my car came out, the place was super busy and one person gave a superficial wipe and expected I would go. I asked that he open the lift gate and doors to properly dry my car and he said something to his friend in another language which I expect was expressing his feelings around my request. At this point the manager came out and I told him I was not happy with the service I received. He immediately became defensive and told me "he did the right thing by running the car though again" and I guess he expected ME to thank him because he became very agitated and started yelling at me ( like he was at the other customer) which was quite a surprise to me. I said this was not the way to do business and that I would never come back and turned to get in my car only to have him scream in my face "lady, get the f#$k out of here" and held up his middle finger in my window. When I got to my family, I was so shaken up they suggested I call to ask for the owner. After talking to Mr. Chu and getting yelled at some more before he hung up on me, I decided that YELP may help others avoid such a horrible experience. It is really unfortunate that a booming business is so ungrateful and abusive to paying customers. read more

Horrible. I had run over a soda bottle that splashed on my car and being that it didn't come off when they ran it through initially and they would have to scrub it off with a little bit of elbow grease, they first told me they don't do that and proceeded to yell at me when I asked, "You don't do what, wash cars properly?" Then after standing there like an ass for 20 minutes they finally got the manager who told me it would be an additional $25 since they would have to manually clean it and at least another half hour of my time. I asked for a refund and they said no LMAO. It was comical. Stay far far away, way better options in the same area that put more effort into cleaning your car and have way better customer service. read more

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE!!! Unless you want to pay top dollar and be treated like crap. I took my car there and was not satisfied with the wash as there was waxy residue ALL OVER my black car. I asked the owner either to re-wash the car or give me my money back as the car looked like it had never even been washed. The owner totally blew me off and refused to do either. Very unprofessional.
