So I don't ever leave a yelp review unless I feel as if it was a remarkably great experience or an incredibly poor one. This car wash was by far the best experience I've had at a car wash ever. They go above and beyond cleaning the car inside and out and even went on my leather with a leather treatment, took out my floor mats to be washed, everything. My car was spotless and even looked like it had been detailed inside! The customer service inside the store was a wonderful young lady helping me out to select some air fresheners and a new phone holder for the car. I was even given a free so freshener because I bought the best service level of car wash- which by the way- was only about $35!!! This place is absolutely incredible and I won't ever settle for a lesser car wash. 10/10 would recommend! read more

FYI I came here that day from my car dealer's, Security Dodge free basic care wash deal and added extra's to pay for and apply the basic wash towards it. So when I went to pay, the lady at the register just started yelling claiming we do not accept free car deals from any dealers and I will have to pay the full price then she went to her employee and started yelling at them. I can pay the full price but I sure did not need to be treated like this!! I don't understand why they are on the dealers list when they don't serve or honor washes for Security Dodge. Is this a tactic? At least honor a better service deal instead of yelling and screaming to keep your customers coming! They do a great job. The place is clean and they have a lot of scents available plus other stuff for the car. Tuesday is a discount day also. Since the new owners took over it seems like they let go of half the staff. So be prepared to wait over half hour for someone to dry you car. By that time it's already dry. I'm completely surprised by all the negative reviews. I've been going there for years, the woman at the front has never been rude to me in the slightest, and the workers clean places I didn't even know were dirty. After it passes through the wash itself, three or four workers descent on the car and spend up to 15 minutes towel drying the car and cleaning the inside surfaces and windows. I've never been unsatisfied by the effort or the results. I'm really at a complete loss to understand why others have had such a different experience. read more

Stay away from this car wash they are nasty people and their whole menu is basically à la carte, and they want to charge extra for the simplest things. I went in there today and got the average Joe call wash, which cost to be close to 30 bucks, and when I asked them about washing my mats the girl at the register gave me the most obnoxious face and answer can ever get she made it out like are you out of your mind we don't wash mats and I said, why would you make a face like that? It's a common question, and every car wash that I go to wash is the mats on the most basic wash so she continued being nasty and obnoxious so I didn't wanna escalate it. I basically told her I'm sure you don't have too many repeat customers here cause I know I won't be back. so I went outside in the 90° heat and saw the one guy doing the inside and outside of my car and I said do you armor all the tires and the guys response was how much did you pay? Yikes. I needed a quick exterior wash because the pollen on my car was driving me nuts. Since I wasn't worried about the interior being cleaned I just came to the nearest spot. This car wash happens to be good and the equipment cleans like a champion but I just wish it was a drive through car wash. They really could add a set of paystations and convert it. The line would be out to the street. According to what I hear its for insurance purposes. I mean what person is gonna drive through the tunnel at full speed? I dont see any problem with converting this place. It also should be noted that the prices are insane. 5,10,15 would be a nice range. I went in and got a car wash it went great until I found out they took my sons medication and I tried calling them and the lady told me to call the manager and I said why should I have to call the manager I know who was washing my car and she said well you need to speak to the manager and now it's been two days since I've rained and my son has no medication they literally stole his medication off the car and left me the water bottles in the back of my car which I told him to throw away I told him please throw away all those water bottles and don't touch anything else and they left that and took my son's medication I will be going back because it's not right that they stole somebody's sons or any Childs medication especially medication read more

I can't believe I'm writing this but yeah. This used to be my favorite car wash. I always come in and get the Mac daddy which is like the most expensive one from the washing menu. I always leave happy because they have always done an immaculate job. The last few times haven't been so great. The last time i came i removed the Matt's after the wash and they didn't even fully vacuum under the Matt's, and the sunroof window wasn't cleaned. The bottom parts of the outside of the car were still dirty with dust and smudges. I didn't say anything i just left, because it happens, but i came in on March 19th for the usual, the Mac daddy special, my car came out and they called and said it was ready, i went inside the car just to find the worst car wash job ever, there were crumbs all over the car, the middle compartment was filthy, the doors were not cleaned completely, the leather seats had a white residue on them. I politely went inside and i let the lady know that i come here all the time and that the car was not fully clean, that i had paid for the mac daddy but it looked like a 10$ wash. The lady was very nice and she told me to run it in again. So i went back outside the lady met me in the back and let the guys know that they hadn't done a good job, to run it in again, vacuum it and wipe it. As soon as i went inside they just acted like they ran it through and just barely vacuumed it again and parked my car on the side, without even telling me that they were "done". As i was waiting the nice front lady told me she thought the car was ready. So i went outside and got in my car thinking "oh wow they fixed it" but i checked and they had only vacuumed the left over dirt they didn't get the first time. They didn't wipe it, they didn't throughly clean my seats. I'm already feeling uncomfortable because i really hate complaining but i felt cheated on. i had paid 48 dollars so i could make sure they cleaned my car completely, i left a 8 dollars tip in the back where they vacuum the car and i gave the guy who wiped my car 10 dollars. Which made me feel even more upset because i took care of the employees. I went back inside and i explained to the lady how they just acted like they cleaned the car but they didn't, they had just vacuumed it again. The lady then came back outside and told them to make sure it was clean. She then went back inside. That was when i was explaining to the guy the spots they had missed, when another employee approached me and the other employee ( a 5'7 middle aged Hispanic male ) he then started talking to him in Spanish telling him not to clean my car that the car just looked dirty because it was old, that who did i think i was, that i was acting like i was driving some type of brand car. without realizing that i speak and understand Spanish fluently. I then got upset because i wasn't rude to any of them, i politely asked for them to complete the job that i paid for and they gave me a hard time. I then just asked for my keys back and i said it was fine to leave it as is. The level of rudeness was unbearable and i was not about to stay there any longer. The lady that works the front desk was extremely nice. So this review has nothing to do with her. She's a sweetheart. I did not want to write this review but i can't just be treated so abruptly, when i didn't give a reason for it. I just wanted the service i paid for, the service that i have gotten before, but instead i got met up with rudeness, no i am not rich and my car is a 2012 Nissan, but i am proud of what i have worked so hard for. I think it's so unprofessional to try to belittle a customer that has paid full price for a service and didn't get it. With that being said i had no issue with the rest of the staff the main issue was the guy who is in charge of vacuuming the passenger side. He is the one that made the comments. The other guys are just guilty of rushing the wash and clean up. I mean this car wash was the best to me. I Have been coming here for a few years and normally the car is cleaned very well and the staff is friendly. Typically they work very fast. On occasion through the years things haven't been perfect but definitely clean , quick and usually very happy with the result majority of the time. Great selection of items inside as well. I paid for the "let's get saucy" wash, includes tires etc (you can look it up). It's their middle package and they didn't do half the things they were sipppded to. My inside wasn't vacuumed, the rims are still dirty. Honestly the only really clean part of my car is the outside, which went though the machine. I was not expecting detailing but it is clear that the inside was not vacuumed at all. There is dust on my dash board still, the simplest things such as wiping it down with a wipe wasn't done. I never use this car wash because I have never experienced a good car wash but today I decided to give it another try and again beyond disappointed I picked the number 2 car wash and my car has black streaks from the rubber Wipers inside the wash and the inside of my car didn't even look like it was wiped down . I was better off cleaning the car my self . I took a wipe and cleaned my entire dash board , my door panels , my back seat , and my cup holder . This car wash used to be great. However, the past two times I went, my car came out of the wash with the entire back end still covered in soap. The employees had to wipe it away while drying off the car, which is not the proper way to clean it because it make it look streaky. And then the second time, my brand new $40,000+ car was badly scratched during the car wash. I always check all around my car before taking it to the car wash just in case that happens, so I am 100000% positive those scratches weren't there before. I noticed them as soon as I got home. When it comes to the cleanliness and maintenance of my car, I'm increibly. I honestly couldn't tell you the last time I cleaned it. Decided to be productive today and took it over for their Classic Wash, the least expenses of their packages. I'm a kid at heart, and very much enjoyed watching the car go through the wash. They even have a "Bubble Button" for young children to play with so they can get a kick out of the experience. I was honestly surprised with the amount of attention my car received from the staff after it went through the wash. They gave a thorough cleaning to all of my windows, and even went as far as to get the nooks and crannies of my trunk. For the most part, I definitely think they did an awesome job. I wish I had looked over the car before I left, however. When I got home, I realized there were a few things that were overlooked. The dusting of the dashboard wasn't finished, and a few spots hadn't been vacuumed. Despite that, I would absolutely go back and recommend to somebody needing a professional car wash. I had to ask to ask the girl to come back as they didn't wipe my inside down - my screen still had fingerprints all over it, my seats weren't wiped down as the soda from my niece was still on the seat, and nothing was wiped down. Filed a police report for my stolen FDNY placard. Was told from the police officers that this particular car wash has workers that steal all the time. The owners Michael, and Jessica STILL have not gotten in touch with me. I left my information with their cashier. My wife and I have been coming here for years. We even had our truck "detailed" once. I believe it was about $150 or something at the time. There was a dried banana peel my son left in the door handle that was still there. Despite the horrible detail job, we still came to this car wash. Mostly out of convenience. The cashier kept calling the placard a "parking pass." It is not a "parking pass" it is property of the FDNY. So any stupid little signs that say you're not responsible for personal property can go elsewhere. I think a phone call to EPA, DOH, IRS, and OSHA may be in order. read more

There's a new owner and he doesn't care about the customers. They did away with the specials - including the $10 Ladies Day car wash on Tuesdays, raised the prices. He acts like he's doing you a favor when you're trying to pay. I had been a faithful Some Guy's customer for years and years, but I'm taking my business elsewhere. A friend said they changed, I gave it another shot. Nope, still horrible. They didn't wipe down my dashboard or my console. I went in there with 4 weather-tech car mats but somehow didn't leave with all 4 mats. Still waiting for the manager to call me back. Awful!!! The brushes don't even touch the top of the car. They just spin up in the air and do absolutely nothing! The top of my car and front are still dirty. In addition the place is totally unorganized - cars that came after me (getting same wash) left before me. They would put the cars in four lines and were just working two lines. As they kept pulling cars out they would put them in the lines that were actually getting dried and moving those lines while the poor suckers whose cars were in the other two lines sat there and dried in the sun. Pleasantly surprised with the quality compared to price at this car wash. I've brought my white Jeep Grand Cherokee here a couple of times and all but one times I'm willing to give a 5 star review. No matter which wash I choose my car always looks spotless inside and out. The one time I was not so pleased is when I had asked them to remove some sap spots, and although they did not charge me, I still had a couple of large and noticeable spots left. I would've liked them to pay closer attention to the details needed in the service I had asked for.
